Our family had an absolutely wonderful experience staying here. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable, easy and relaxing stay. We really appreciated that there were even beach chairs and a cooler for us to use - it felt like our home away from home for the week. The condo was spacious and comfortable and we loved the ocean view and watching the beautiful sunsets from the lanai. The two pools on the property were great and we took advantage of the gas grills. The location was perfect: close to nice shops and restaurants, beautiful beaches and the cool town of Kihei where we could get anything we needed. The customer service with KBM was fantastic, beginning with the communication prior to our arrival. Throughout our stay, they were attentive, easy to reach and quick to respond to my questions. I would definitely recommend this resort and this unit in particular.

Nice place. Just down the street from the Ritz Carlton hotel. Lots of beaches near by. The place was on the golf course but couldn't be seen except from outside the lanai. It was clean and all the basics were there. Not a lot of extras but adequate. No vacuum. It rained and we tracked in leaves and stuff into the unit. Called and the office quickly delivered an ice floor broom and dustpan. We also had a minor problem with the TV and again the office staff were there and fixed within the hour. Good support from the support staff.

We absolutely loved our stay at 28G2. Beach front view to watch the sunrise and sunset. Plenty to do including hiking, beach and spa. We needed somewhere to stay near the golf course while also having beach access so this was completely ideal. As far as the space, the bed was so comfortable and the shower was amazing. Tile floors throughout were perfect for sand and water after the beach. We loved the Polynesian style of the room and the giant windows. We found ourselves sitting near the window and using the porch to enter and exit to the beach frequently. This was a perfect choice for our honeymoon in paradise.

We had a family group of 12 and rented this unit and 19G together. They are not really close to each other but they worked out for our family just fine. Both units were in great shape and had plenty of extras to help save money on renting stuff. Unit 12 A had beach chairs, soft coolers, snorkel gear, boogie boards and so much more. We were very please with the Ocean Club access too. The grandkids enjoyed the pool multiple times and overlooking the ocean from the pool was amazing. We had a wonderful stay at Kaanapali Royal, Unit P301! This spacious two-bedroom, two-bath condo was perfect for our Maui vacation. The condo is beautifully furnished and very comfortable, with everything we needed to feel right at home. Having a washer and dryer right in the unit was a huge convenience, especially for a longer stay. We also loved the large balcony--it was the perfect place to sit, relax, and enjoy the beautiful Maui surroundings. The two-bedroom, two-bath layout gave us plenty of space and privacy, and the condo was well equipped for everything we needed during our stay. It was a wonderful home base for enjoying Kaanapali and everything Maui has to offer. We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful home. The home was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated in calm ocean tones. Natural light pours into the space. The two bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms are spacious and feature fine furniture and thoughtful details. The kitchen and family area were my family's favorite place to share meals and game time. The resort grounds were well kept, and everything was clean. Both pools were well maintained and enjoyable; I spent every evening relaxing in the hot tub. There was plenty of parking. My teenage daughter loved that she could easily walk to the shopping mall, coffee shops, the beach, and other nearby resorts. This was a wonderful stay. I would recommend this home to my friends and family and hope to return.

We had 12 people total, which included 6 kids. These 2 condos worked out well for us and they were better than what we expected. We had a wonderful stay at this Maui condo! The unit was spacious, comfortable, and had a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed during our vacation. We had a fantastic first stay at the Whaler and would happily return. The location is hard to beat, with restaurants, shopping, and an ABC Store just steps away. The spacious 11th-floor balcony overlooks Whalers Village, and it was fun to watch the activity at the shops and restaurants below. Of course, our favorite feature of the balcony was the gorgeous ocean view. The unit was clean, modern, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed, including laundry and dishwasher pods, beach chairs, and a large rolling cooler. We also enjoyed the pool and the complimentary beach chairs available to guests. Overall, an excellent unit in a perfect location.

Mahana MAH-1006 was amazing! The place was veryclean with updated appliances and a very comfortable bed. The layout of the place was exceptionally well done and had all the amenities we needed. The 10th floor balcony was an incredible place to view sea life (especially large sea turtles) and to watch both surfers and the sunset. This time of the year, the sun set straight out from the balcony just between Lana'i and Moloka'i. The swimming pool was very nice (and deep!), and access to the beach couldn't have been closer. The washer/dryer was very helpful and the floor to ceiling windows on the ocean side allowed for unencumbered views of the beautiful ocean. Food trucks, restaurants and a well stocked grocery store are all within easy walking distance. Whalers Village and downtown Lahaina were very short drives from the place. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to stay in Ka'anapali! The dishwasher had a small issue but was fixed the same day it was reported (great customer service)!

Stayed here with my wife for 11 days in early September. Had a great experience renting this condo from KBM. Service and follow up from them was excellent. The condo itself was as promised and had everything I was expecting. High marks for the kitchen amenities (I love to cook) though I did miss looking through the pantry and finding whatever odds and ends had been left by previous renters, seems they cleaned out this condo very well before we arrived, still there was salt and pepper and a giant tub of turmeric (yes I did make a marlin coconut curry with it) so I can live with that. Washer/dryer in the unit and AC worked great and were essential at times. I will say make sure to bring something for mosquitos. This unit is near a golf course water hazard and you will get eaten alive on the nearby hikes, especially after a significant rain, but such is the nature of being outdoors. Overall the location was good with about a 10 minute walk to a nice beach in front of the Ritz-Carlton. I found the area comparable to the north side of Kauai, quiet with plenty of nature, good beaches not too far to drive to, two lane roads with small quiet towns spread all throughout the coast and a good amount of aloha vibe everywhere. These Kuilima units are very close to a fancy hotel that features a few restaurants and bars so walking to and from was super easy. Also the car rental that was included with the rental went super smooth as well. 5 stars will definitely rent again from KBM!

This is our second stay with KBM at Mahana and once again we had a great experience. The view was incredible, the unit was as advertised, and the amenities (stocked kitchen, baby essentials) were so helpful for our week long stay. We had a small maintenance issue and they had someone out to fix it within a few hours. The customer service was top tier from beginning to end, it made our vacation a breeze. I have stayed at three different KBV units. This one had the best king bed view of the ocean. Well appointed kitchen. Wish there was at least some salt and pepper but I'll bring my own spices next time. Love that they donate any leftover foodstuffs to the hospice. Easy walk to Kapalua Beach and Napili Bay. Nice boogey boards on deck. The unit was quiet. Wish they had some hair conditioner instead of four body lotion bottles. But overall I would stay at this unit again.

The location is stunning. The views from the villa are breathtaking and expansive. The view from the dining table afforded a place to simply marvel at the blue pacific. We spent hours at the table watching ,reading, and talking. The villa itself was squeaky clean and comfortable with an awesome king sized bed There is direct access to the beach. The Kapalua coastal trail runs on the beach side of the property. This allows for hiking up to Kapalua bay and beyond. While the villa seems private and quiet, there is easy access to excellent dining, grocery shopping , even golf if you are interested. Maintenance, was excellent and flora on the villas property was a real treat for us. We love snorkeling and had several great days at Kapalua by seeing coral, fish and turtles.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Maui at the Kapalua Golf Villas. The Villa was in excellent condition with first-rate cookware, appliances, furniture, outdoor lanai furniture, and bedding. KBM added welcoming and thoughtful touches, such as ground coffee, creamers, and sugar, and chocolate-covered macadamia nuts by Hawaiian Host. Lights and ceiling fans were on. An outdoor closet on the lanai had beach equipment such as beach chairs, folding umbrella, and boogie boards. The staff were exceptionally responsive to questions.

The complex Halii Kai is well positioned in the waikoloa area and this particular unit is at the end meaning near ocean, with nice ocean views and next to gym (very nice altho small) and pool. The unit was nicely furnished and had everything you need--plenty of bath and beach towels, several coffee options, well stocked kitchen, closet full of beach chairs, snorkel stuff, sand toys etc. beds were comfy. One king and two doubles. The pool was beautiful, perfect ocean view and lots of lounge chairs. Only negative was you were not allowed to bring any food or drinks, even water, to the pool. You had to order from them.

We had such an incredible stay at the Kapalua Golf Villas! Our unit was co comfortable and so well equipped, it truly felt like a home away from home. This was our first trip to Maui and I had such a hard time deciding on where to stay, resort or condo, and I'm so glad we settled on staying here. The location was perfect and quiet and serene yet still close to all the restaurants and attractions on Kaanapali. We loved being away from the crowds. Our favorite part was sitting on the lanai for coffee and breakfast every morning. We would absolutely choose to stay here again when we come back to Maui!!!

Celebrating my husband's birthday has always meant a special getaway with family. This year our visit to the Big Island of Hawaii was truly unforgettable, thanks in large part to this extraordinary home at One Oceanfront at Mauna Lani. If you love the beach, golfing, fishing, hiking and plenty of sunshine and staying somewhere beautiful, with every imaginable amenity, this condo is for you! From the moment we arrived, we knew we were somewhere special. Crossing the charming entrance bridge, with cascading waterfalls, lush tropical palms, and gorgeous teak accents, felt like stepping into a Hawaiian paradise. Inside, we were welcomed with a beautiful gift basket, filled with delightful local surprises, including a lovely bottle of wine. The home itself is simply stunning. Every room is beautifully decorated, exceptionally comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. In fact, it is the most beautiful vacation condo we have ever stayed in. The owners have truly thought of everything! Kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, from beautiful dinnerware, serving bowls, glassware, steak knives, 2 coffee makers with plenty of pods. BBQ worked beautifully and even the lights switches were thoughtfully labeled. An incredibly detailed welcome booklet provided information we needed to know about the home, along with maps, restaurant recommendations, and wonderful suggestions for exploring the Big Island. The garage was stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and snorkeling equipment, making our beach outings effortless. We often just stayed home to enjoy the pool / jacuzzi right off our own Lanai. Throughout our stay, everything was so beautifully organized and maintained, that we never needed to call for assistance. The concierge, Kristi, has made certain that every detail was taken care of. The photographs are beautiful, but simple don’t capture the feeling of actually being there. Tropical setting, elegant furnishings, exceptional amenities and thoughtful hospitality make this a truly 5 star experience. This was our second time staying in Residence 1303, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. The team at KBM was amazing from start to finish. They were always quick to respond to any questions we had and truly made us feel right at home. The residence itself was extremely comfortable. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the bathrooms were exceptionally clean, and the entire unit was beautifully maintained. One of the absolute highlights is the breathtaking ocean view. Waking up to that view every day was incredible, and being just steps away from what we consider one of the best beaches in Maui made the location even more special. We enjoyed our stay so much that we would absolutely love to return whenever possible. That says a lot about how much we loved both the residence and the management team. We highly recommend Residence 1303 and KBM to anyone looking for an amazing stay in Kapalua.

This is my 3rd time staying in this unit and rest assured, I will be back again. I have stayed at a unit at Kuilima East once before and while, it was nice, it did not hold a candle to this place. KBM runs a first rate operation. I had absolutely everything I needed provided for by KBM. Down to the smallest detail. Everything in this unit is new and clean. Super comfy, new and clean beds. I had a small issue and their man on the ground here Jonny B. responded immediately and rectified the problem. Jonny is knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. The whole experience, from the pre-trip communication, to the complimentary rental car, to the condo amenities and location were all outstanding. This villa was incredible, we absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to be back. Just a short walk to the Mauna Lani Beach club, which is private and just cannot be beat. Sandy shores, crystal clear water, all just a 10-15 minute walk from the condo. We loved BBQing on the ground-floor lanai and enjoying sunsets from the second story lanais, each private to their own bedroom. We traveled with another couple and are so excited to return next year. This was a great spot!! 10/10. I stayed with my husband and we enjoyed early morning walks long the coastline, and fully took advantage of the path down to the ocean to snorkel every day! Mahina Surf is a more private complex, so we enjoyed less crowds, while also being only minutes away from the action if we wanted to go out for a nice dinner, shop, golf or take a catamaran out on the water. The pool was great, incredible views and often times we were the only ones there! Plus, the condo is fully equipped with everything one could need...cozy bed, full kitchen, open concept living room and a private lanai to enjoy the stunning Maui sunsets. We're already planning our trip back next year!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Polo Beach club. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, well appointed, and had all amenities we could've asked for. The location was amazing. This is our third time in the this villa and it again did not disappoint. Walking distance to Kapalua and Napili Bay, the honoloa store, Merrimans, pools, DT Flemings, I could go on and on. The condo what we needed to make meals and cocktails, enjoy the sunset. The outdoor table is out of the wind which makes it nice when those breezes to appear. KBM provides a car which is great for drives around the island. We will be back again as we have yet to find another spot on the island that offers us so many options, so close.
