Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of guest rooms and common areas. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows instructions carefully, and is committed to providing a clean and welcoming environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas

• Change linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries

• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust assigned areas

• Remove trash and dispose of waste properly

• Restock housekeeping carts and supply closets

• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management

• Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

• Ensure rooms meet company cleanliness and presentation standards

• Respond to guest requests in a professional and courteous manner

• Assist with laundry duties if needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)

• No prior experience required — training provided

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Strong attention to detail

• Basic understanding of cleaning products and equipment (preferred)

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 25–40 pounds

• Ability to push and pull housekeeping carts
