Seeking an experienced and self managing individual to fill the role of a guest experience agent for a lucrative property management company .The role of this individual is as follows; the first point of contact for concierge services, Reservations and on island guest services , building a pre-arrival relationship and confirming an itinerary of activities, conducting the intake of all guest requests, concerns, reservations and questions. Being able to utilize problem solving skills to respond professionally and efficiently to fulfill the highest level of guest satisfaction. The guest experience agent will also be assigned ongoing projects such as tracking unit inventory and conducting maintenance checklist. The guest service agent shall possess the following qualities; natural warmth and friendliness, positive attitude, courteous, self-starter, resilient work ethic, strong communicative skills, helpful, strong problem-solving skills, and hospitality that is bursting with Aloha.
