What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in at this property is generally at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Specific times can vary slightly by development, so please confirm exact details on your reservation confirmation or contact KBM Resorts and one of our team members will be glad to assist. We always do our best to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests when possible.

Policies

What is KBM Resorts' cancellation policy?

KBM Resorts offers a flexible cancellation policy. If you cancel more than 90 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund less a $99 cancellation fee. If you cancel 45-90 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund less your initial deposit. Credits toward future stays are not available for cancellations.

Parking

Is parking available at MSR-F2?

Please complete one of the provided temporary parking permit slips. Place the upper portion on your mirror or display inside the windshield of your vehicle. Take the lower half to the Maalaea Surf office in suite F4. The office is open from 10am to 2pm, Monday through Friday. If the office is closed, slide the lower half of the parking permit through the mail slot in the door.

Pets

Are pets allowed at MSR-F2?

Pets are not permitted at this property.

WiFi

Is WiFi available at MSR-F2?

Yes, complimentary WiFi is provided throughout the unit. Your specific network name and password will be included in your check-in instructions.
