Over the past week, Park City, Utah, experienced significant snowfall, enhancing the ski conditions across the region. It's time to hit the slopes! 

This Week's Snow Conditions in Park City!

Snowfall and Accumulations:

  • February 13-15: A winter storm warning was issued from February 13 at 11 a.m. to February 15 at 11 a.m., forecasting heavy snow accumulations of 8-14 inches, with up to 18 inches expected in the Park City area. 

  • February 14: Notable 24-hour snow totals included 8 inches at Park City Mountain Resort.

  • February 20: The snow report indicated a base depth of 80 inches at Park City Mountain Resort, with 40 out of 44 lifts open. Let's get out there while we can! 

Weather Conditions:

Throughout the week, temperatures fluctuated, with daytime highs ranging from the mid-20s to low 30s°F, and nighttime lows from the mid-teens to low 20s°F. The weather featured a mix of snow, cloudy skies, and clear conditions, contributing to favorable skiing conditions.

Ski Resort Operations:

The substantial snowfall allowed for extensive lift operations and trail openings. As of February 20, Park City Mountain reported 40 out of 44 lifts open, providing access to a majority of the terrain.
