Question 1

How many guests does a 2-bedroom vacation rental sleep?

Accepted Answer

A 2-bedroom KBM vacation rental typically sleeps 4 to 6 guests comfortably, depending on the specific property configuration. Standard 2-bedroom condos include a king or queen bed in each bedroom plus a pull-out sofa or sleeper in the living room, allowing groups of up to 6. Sleeping capacity is listed on each property page. For groups of 5 or 6, confirm the exact sleeping configuration with KBM concierge to ensure everyone has a comfortable bed rather than relying on a pull-out sofa for the whole stay.

Question 2

Are 2-bedroom vacation rentals good for families with children?

Accepted Answer

Yes — 2-bedroom vacation rentals are the most popular choice for families traveling with children, and for good reason. Having separate sleeping areas means parents and children can sleep on different schedules without disturbing each other. A full kitchen eliminates the cost and effort of restaurant dining for every meal — particularly valuable for families with infants, toddlers, or picky eaters. KBM 2-bedroom condos provide a full kitchen and washer/dryer, creating a home-away-from-home environment that hotels cannot match. A 2-bedroom KBM condo typically costs less per night than two hotel rooms at the same resort while providing dramatically more living space, kitchen facilities, and the personalized service of KBM concierge.

Question 3

What is typically included in a 2-bedroom vacation rental at KBM?

Accepted Answer

KBM 2-bedroom vacation rentals include two fully furnished bedrooms with premium mattresses, resort-quality linens and towels, a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, small appliances, and dinnerware for the full sleeping capacity, a living and dining area, washer/dryer in-unit or in the building, complimentary Wi-Fi, dedicated concierge service, and parking. There are no resort fees or hidden charges added at checkout — all amenities are included in the nightly rate you see when you book direct with KBM.

Question 4

How does a 2-bedroom vacation rental compare to a hotel for a family trip?

Accepted Answer

A 2-bedroom KBM vacation rental delivers significantly more value than a hotel for a family of 4 or more. You get 800–1,400 square feet of living space versus a single 400-square-foot hotel room. The full kitchen saves $150–$250 per day in restaurant costs for a family of 4 eating every meal out. An in-unit washer and dryer eliminates luggage overpacking and allows guests to re-wear clothes on longer trips. Separate bedrooms mean different sleep schedules don't interfere with each other — critical for families with young children or varying wake times. At the same resort, a KBM 2-bedroom condo often costs 30–50% less per night than two standard hotel rooms. Add in the KBM concierge service, and the value comparison is not close.
