Yes. Our concierge team books activities, tours and excursions on Maui for you, and we charge no concierge fee for planning, recommendations, bookings or coordination. You pay only the activity itself, at the vendor's standard price, and occasionally at a rate we have arranged. Because luaus, ziplining and snorkel tours can fill quickly, we suggest reaching out as soon as your dates are set. Messages in the concierge portal are answered by a real person, generally between 5 AM and 10 PM Maui time.
What our concierge does, and what it costs
Think of our concierge team as the person who handles the logistics so your days on Maui feel unhurried. Planning help, recommendations, bookings and coordination carry no concierge fee. We arrange guided tours, snorkeling and sunset cruises, surf lessons, ziplining, helicopter tours, golf tee times, fishing charters, luaus, private chefs, in-room massage, photographers, airport lei greetings and more. The activities themselves carry the vendor's standard price, sometimes at a rate we have arranged. We have no standing discount across all activities, though vendors occasionally offer their own, so it is worth asking.
How to request a booking
Email concierge@kbmresorts.com and include your property, your dates and your party size, with separate counts for adults and children. We reply with options and pricing so you can see exactly what each choice involves. Once you confirm the one you want, we book it. Nothing is reserved until you say so. For surf lessons with a group, we also need each participant's name, age, height and shoe size. We work with two trusted Maui schools, Local Pros Maui and Goofy Foot Surf School in Lahaina.
Waterfalls, Molokini and sunset cruises
Waterfall hikes most often go through Hike Maui, which offers a waterfall walk and swim, a longer Hana Highway rainforest waterfall adventure, and a day combining kayaking, snorkeling and a waterfall. Molokini snorkel cruises depart Ma'alaea Harbor in the morning; trips leaving Kaanapali Beach or Lahaina Harbor do not reach Molokini. For sunset dinner cruises, tell us your adult and child counts and preferred day, since some are adults-only. Boats departing Kaanapali Beach involve wading in knee-deep, while boats from Lahaina or Ma'alaea Harbor load from a dock.

Book as soon as your dates are set. Luaus, ziplining and snorkel tours can book up quickly, so they are the first to arrange. Each vendor sets its own cancellation window and discloses it at booking. Sailing and snorkel trips typically need 24 to 48 hours of notice, and private charters often need a full five days. To change or cancel, contact the concierge or our reservations team with your voucher or confirmation number. Any refund depends on the vendor's policy.
Rainy-day backup plans
Rain happens, and a grey morning does not have to end a plan. Ideas include a spa day, escape rooms, Maui Ocean Center, local museums, Lahaina Cannery Mall, a movie, a glass-blowing class or a show at the Maui Arts and Cultural Center. Tell us the ages and interests in your party, and we send you a tailored list so you have a plan ready before you need one.
