First, the aesthetic ... the place was beautifully designed, decorated and appointed from the bedrooms to the kitchen to the (multiple) living areas. One of the most functional and well stocked kitchens of any rental we've used, nice towels throughout, and a nice touch to have starter soaps, dish detergent, laundry pods, coffee, etc. The big hot tub to soak after long days skiing was a perfect touch. Aside from the place itself, which again was perfect for our group of 8 (4 kids, 4 adults), the convenience to all things Park City was unmatched. The short walk to the Cabriolet gondola provided access to the Canyons Village and, by way of ski-navigation, it provides access to Park City for a day on the mountain. We were able to go from our rental at 9am across both resorts to have lunch in Park City, hop on the Town Lift, and ski our way back to Canyons by 4pm. The drive from the airport was around 30 minutes and the drive into town is about 10 minutes where parking was never an issue during the last weekend of February 2026. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend to anyone asking!

Our kids loved the ping pong table in the garage. And all of the ski storage (and industrial size boot, glove, etc. dryer) in the garage also was really appreciated. We would love to stay here again.

This unit was great! It’s very spacious, clean, and well equipped. A couple blocks walk to the Cabriolet. Made for easy skiing! The only things I will note are that two of the bedrooms are connected so you have to walk through the bunk room to get to the queen room. This was not a big deal for us, but might be for some! The hot tub was great and clean. We will come again!

This spot was perfect for our group of 7. Everyone was comfortable with their own place to crash and when we arrived it was clean and the presentation was beautiful. The hot tub was tucked away enough for our own privacy and perfect recovery tool after being on the slopes all day. Our favorite aspect of this place was how close it was to the cabriolet that takes you straight to the base of the mountain. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I can't say enough great things about this townhome! Location! Location! Location! This beautiful condo is just steps from the Cabriolet gondola that takes you right up to the mountain, so convenient after a long day of skiing. It was the perfect place for our birthday celebration with a modern cozy interior with plenty of space for a large group. From the secluded private hot tub overlooking a tree lined babbling brook it still had views of the mountain, and the sparkling lights from the Waldorf Astoria in the distance gave off a soft romantic glow at night. The owners left a guest book with all of the local hot spots for dining and groceries which came in handy for my first time there. The beds are large and comfortable with luxury linens made it easy to get a good night's sleep before hitting the slopes in the morning. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need from coffee to grilling utensils, and having an in unit laundry room was clutch too! 2 Living Rooms made finding a place to sit and relax pretty easy, but getting cozy next to the downstairs gas fireplace was the spot to be with views of the snowy outside from multiple windows. I've already got my next trip to come back planned for February and will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

We traveled to Park City for a girls trip in October 2020 and had an absolute blast! To start, the location of this condo is perfect. While not in downtown Park City, this condo allows for easy access to everything Park City has to offer. You can quickly access the stores/restaurants Kimball Junction has to offer, all of the Canyons amenities, Park City downtown AND Deer Valley. While we didnt snow ski on this trip (October) I think this area would be a more ideal ski in/ski out location. Your steps away from the Cabriolet which pops you out at the base of the Canyons, which is typically less crowded than Park City base, and let`s face it - offers better slopes! The hot tub at this condo is obviously brand new and is HUGE - all of us could soak while having cocktails and it would definitely be a plus after a day of skiing. Another perk of the location is the proximity to the Waldorf Astoria hotel. We walked down and had fun cocktails at Powder, the restaurant on site. The other perk of where we stayed is that it was close to some great hiking. We did Rob`s trail which isnt necessarily tough or easy; perfect for a group wanting to get some exercise and not overdo it! Outside of the great location, the layout of the house is ideal for a large group. We all had plenty of space in our rooms to unpack and sleep comfortably. The two living areas make it easy to `keep quiet` for those early risers and provide lots of space for wine and catching up! This is a well kept home that provides for everything you need, year round. We would recommend this place over and over again. I can say that we are excited to ski here this upcoming season AND take advantage of all the new offerings in the Canyons Village opening all the time.

You must return your rental on the day of your check out no later than the same time you picked it up.
Keeping your rental car longer than the scheduled time is subject to availability, however, if available we do charge $150/half hour.

At this time, we do not offer a credit for a free rental car not being available or a guest not wanting one as KBM Resorts pre-purchases our rental car inventory in bulk in exchange for a significant discount, and thus no refund is available for not taking advantage of our complementary rental car program.
Car rental pick up times are dependent on the hours of whichever company your car rental is with, Budget or Avis. Budget closes at 11pm so you must pick up your vehicle before this time. If you for some reason arrive after 11pm, you will need to pick up the car on the following day. Please let us know as soon as you can if your flight is delayed or you are unable to pick up the car for any reason.

"Oceanfront" view is an unobstructed 180 degree view of the ocean. "Ocean view" would be a view of the ocean with possible obstructions or a view at an angle or between two objects or buildings.

Some of our resorts do charge a daily resort fee, which covers use of the common areas. This fee ranges from 12-20 USD depending on the resort. Please refer to the property details above to see if that applies to this particular unit.
Yes, when you book a specific home, that is the same exact home you will arrive to on your vacation. Any details specified in the home's description should be honored, such as bed sizes and number of beds, air conditioning and/or heating and if there are accessibility features.
Yes, we do offer housekeeping! The departure cleaning is included in your invoice once you select dates.
