Honua Kai HKH-424/25

The room was awesome. Very clean and spacious. I was surprised to see beach chairs, bodyboards, sand toys, an umbrella and cooler in the closet. Great room if you are traveling with a toddler because it has a pack n play and booster seat for the kitchen table. Loved how the fridge had an ice and water dispenser. We had an amazing experience. The only thing I want to mention is the lining of the shower curtain having some spots of mold. Overall, 10/10 room!

Everything was as expected. Clean, well stocked and made are stay perfect. The location can’t be beat and the price was incredible. The grounds are well maintained and located in one of the best resorts in Lahaina. I’ve stayed all over the island in my vacations, but this was best spot yet.

The room was just like the pictures and very nice. The rental agency called to check in and make sure everything met our expectations. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and all the dishes we needed. We will definitely be back. The rental vehicle was a great to have.

Beautiful, spacious condo! We appreciated all the details we discovered during our stay in the condo, from the Maui Coffee to the beach chairs and boogie boards. We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the beautiful large lanai. The condo is in a great location in Ka'anapali, the pools/hot tubs were wonderful and the stunning white sand beach with clear water was a highlight. Would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay on Maui and felt very spoiled at our KBM Resort. Everything was so clean and well maintained. The beach was so close, the accommodation was well equipped and the bonus of our free car rental made our stay stellar!

We loved our stay at Honua Kai. The room was clean and nice. Check in process was easy. KBM was easy to work with and communicated well with the check in process. We hope to be back!

We absolutely love staying at the Honua Kai with KBM Resorts. This was our 3rd time staying here with KBM and they make check in and out easy, provide a rental car and the Honua Kia resort is beautiful! Very kid friendly with wonderful pools and poolside service. Highly recommended this place!

We love these mountain facing units with all.the. Rainbows!! HKH-424 did not disappoint and the folks at KBM were wonderful, providing clear instructions on how to access the unit, arranging and adjusting the car rental (included- but you do have to pay some fees and insurance if you choose it- still a good priced car rental for 10 Days!) we made the call to add a extra day and they were able to accommodate and gave us a fair rate for the add on! They were available as needed to answer questions and got back to us within 15 minutes the couple of times we reached out. Honua Kai is a wonderful safe resort, with everything you could ever want, the beaches are wonderful and provide everything you could want with a different adventure each day. This visit we saw turtles every day (June) and other times we’ve been we have seen whales, dolphins and flying fish! Plus the sunsets are stunning!! We will be back! And highly recommend using KBM specifically for booking this location or others through them. They have consistently been been fair and helpful. Thanks again for a great visit!

I recently stayed at this beautiful condo in Hawaii and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The condo itself was clean, spacious, tastefully decorated, cozy and well-equipped. The view from the balcony and the proximity to the beach made it the perfect spot to relax and soak in the Hawaiian atmosphere. Everything I needed was provided and the property manager was responsive, welcoming, and made check-in a breeze. This condo made my trip truly unforgettable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Hawaii!

We got back last week from our family vacation and I must say this stay was incredible. We have traveled to Oahu three times and this is our second trip to Maui so we have experienced many different rooms. This was the best accommodations we have stayed at hands down. The weather was awesome, and we saw a rainbow every single day! We enjoyed the sunrise volcano view each morning, the casual and comfortable furniture, full kitchen with dishwasher as well as a full in apartment laundry. KBM stocked the place with enough soap for the dishwasher and laundry for the entire stay (2 adults, 2 kids). They also got us more toilet paper when we ran out. The room includes comfortable pillows, bedding, and beds. We had many nice sleeps and the odd afternoon nap after enjoying the Hawaiian sun. We were surprised to have some local treats as well as amazing local coffee left in the room to welcome us upon arrival. The air conditioning makes it so that you are more than comfortable and the elevator is surprisingly fast. Feels like it only takes a short few minutes to get from room to pool or beach. We loved the pools and poolside service from Dukes restaurant which is right on site by the ocean. The beach is world class and so is golden hour. As part of our stay a car rental was included from Avis, for a small fee we upgraded to a convertible mustang. Best way to enjoy Maui is with the top down. We even had underground parking! The room looks like the pictures displayed online. The room has a really nice TV in the living room, we used it once. The huge patio with access from the bedroom and living room was excellent. Whenever we sent an email to KBM we received an email back and usually a phone call. They are extremely responsive when you ask about or for something. They are very thorough on communication in advance of your trip, you receive texts and emails with door codes and what to do upon arrival. They also have the same strong communication upon checkout. The only unfortunate thing about our stay was that we had to leave. But alas, all good things must come to an end! Thanks for an amazing stay, mahalo!

We had a great stay in Honua Kai. The room was very clean. kbm provided clear instructions and followed up with us prior to arrival and after arrival to ensure our stay is comfortable.

We booked 424 for our week stay and it was perfect. Great location with the best food truck park right outside the gates. I loved having laundry, easy access to parking, the beach, and an easy drive everywhere. We traveled with 2 adults and one 8 year old and she LOVED the pools. We couldn’t have been happier and will book here the next time we come to Maui.

Great condo, worked perfectly for my family. There were two adults and 4 teenagers (17/18 yr olds) and we all felt very comfortable. The condo was well stocked in the kitchen, AC works GREAT and it was such a pleasure siting outside with our morning coffee's and evenings meals with spectacular sunset views. Great location for families with young children, who plan to do a lot of cooking in and enjoying property. It was a beautiful unit (amazing view).

We love the view and amenities! This was our second time in this unit and it we loved everything but the appliances. Everything else was amazing! We love the pool, the comfort of the beds, the view, and everything else about the resort!

This lovely condo far exceeded our expectations. The view was amazing, and our family spent a lot of time enjoying the balcony. There were seven of us, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The unit was very clean, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy meals in. We will be back for sure. Thank you!!!

Our stay has been nothing short of an absolute dream. It has exceeded every expectation! The resort property is so breathtakingly beautiful and the access to the beach is unbelievably convenient. Incredible beach with some of the best snorkeling we have experienced. The living space is big, and so unbelievably comfortable. The view is as good as it gets! Whale watching every morning while drinking coffee on the massive deck space. The pools are soooo fun!!! The kbm employees at the resort are the best in the biz. They have been so responsive and accommodating! I could seriously go on and on! We will be back and we will be sending our friends this way.

This home #425 in the houna kai resort is more beautiful that the pictures on the website where we booked this vacation. Everything was perfect, the rooms are bigger than we thought and everything feels new and updated. Even the art on the walls is nice. The hotel has so many pools right outside the door and the view from the balcony is amazing. I can't recomend enough. I am so happy we stayed here. The KMB company that helped us was really great to work with and when we broke the coffee pot by accident we called them and they brought a new one 10 minutes later for free. Really good service. We will be back!

We stayed in unit H425. I have stayed in two other units in the 2 ocean front buildings, each time I booked through KBM. Each time I’ve been impressed with the room, KBM, and the resort. I also wanna give a shout out to the cleaning crew that cleaned our room in between the two weeks of our state. They were amazing. The two and three bedroom units are spacious and impressive. Well, I’m sure there’s always going to be something broken or that needs to be fixed. I’ve never once had a problem getting KBM to handle the problem with ease and swiftness. For every “problem“ I’ve had in all three units that I’ve stayed in they’ve been here practically immediately to take care of it. And when I say problem, I mean minor things like a broken icemaker a bug on the counter, the TV wouldn’t go on, etc. Never anything serious and again they were always right here to take care of it. The rooms in the resort itself are gorgeous. The patios and large open-wide sliding doors make this resort stand apart from the others I’ve stayed at here in Kaanapali beach. Inlcluding the neighboring property, the Westin vacation resort and the Marriott vacation resort or further down the beach. Hands-down, I would pick this one every time. The multiple pools are awesome. Whether you have a family with just adults or adults and children there’s something for you. The beach is great and it’s right out front. You’ll see turtles and whales from the beach and/or from your room. I haven’t stayed in the villas as yet but one day look forward to doing that. Everything is close by supermarkets, ABC stores, etc. If you don’t have big plans, you could probably get away without having a rental car but KBM also offers a rental car with some of their rooms and that is very nice to have. But there’s plenty to do within walking distance. I can’t say enough good things about KBM and on a Honua Kai resort. As for this unit, H425, it’s was great. The view was excellent.

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. It had most of what we needed for our 10 day vacation. Overall it was one of the best vacations we have ever had. The views were beautiful and many of us saw whales from the balcony. The beds were comfortable and we slept great. The boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, and ice chest were great to have. The resort was amazing with great pools, hot tubs, and a wonderful beach. The snorkeling was amazing! The water was so clear and we saw lots of tropical fish!

When we pulled up to the front of the Honua Kai the valet’s were so helpful. They Loaded a car full of luggage and groceries and delivered them to the condo. In the condo we loved the view of the ocean and sat out on the balcony every morning and evening. We were able to watch whales and the sunset.The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning worked great and the blackout curtains in the bedrooms were appreciated. There was plenty of laundry soap, dishwasher detergent and paper products. We were there 10 days and ran out of none. There were beach chairs, bogie boards, beach umbrella, and a large cooler.

We have been staying at the Honua Kai for 12 years and we have stayed at so many different units. We loved this one. It was big enough to accommodate our party of 6. It’s centrally located right in the middle so you’ve got full ocean views. Right next to the elevator: it’s super convenient. It’s stocked with everything you need. We’ve used KBM before as well and they’re always helpful and try to accommodate early check in. I would absolutely stay here again!

This unit was great. Short distance from elevator, amazing lenai and views, and perfectly laid out and stocked kitchen. Highly recommend. The property manager KBM was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. We will be booking this unit again along with other vacation rentals through KBM.

The ocean was visible from our room, which was SO beautiful! The entire condo and deck were gorgeous. Everyone was so helpful if we needed any help. The beach was amazing and Duke’s restaurant was delicious. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation.
