Honua Kai HKK-201/03/09

The condo was perfect! The view from the lanai was overlooking one of the pools and could see the ocean. Having the private BBQ was very nice, which we used several times during our stay. The bedrooms are roomy as well as the rest of the living area. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Overall we had a wonderful stay at Honua Kai! Booking through KBM offered a discount versus booking directly through the result - and we got the same service. Both Alexis and Justin were friendly and helpful. The booking process was hassle-free and check-in is very easy with clear instructions about what to do. The unit was the perfect size for our family and the location couldn't be beat. Having a BBQ on the lanai was awesome so you didn't have to worry about getting down to the BBQ's early to get a "space". The amenities at the resort are great and all staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. We plan to visit Maui again (likely Honia Kai) and would book with KBM again.

Konea 201 was a fantastic unit in Honua Kai. The pool, resort and ocean views were amazing.

Beautiful 2 br. unit with amazing private balcony and private BBQ. Sunset / water view is great even if just on 2nd floor. Nice view of pools and well maintained gardens as well. Can watch over the kids playing at the pool from balcony. Would rent the same type of unit (beachfront) if we come back. Higher floor would probably be a bit nicer .. but also more $$ ... No issues with KBM. Very responsive onsite and provided a smooth experience.

KBM made our trip so easy to book, we will never go back to using a travel agency!

I have to say that we were VERY pleased with our unit. We didn't have high expectations and the unit was actually wonderful. The dishwasher and TV's didn't work but KBM was on it and fixed the situation as quickly as they could. They were very responsive. The unit is well appointed and the beds were very comfortable, which can be hit or miss in rentals! We would stay again. Hints- take the stairs and you can exit and enter 1.5 flights down to the pools or down a bit more to parking. No need for the elevator. There is a cooler and beach chairs in the closet. The gas BBQ takes a Ling time to heat up.

Honua Kai 201 is a great unit to stay in. It's spacious and a good option for large families, or a multi family trip.

We love staying at this condo! It’s the 2nd year in a row. The view is amazing and relaxing and the condo is clean and well taken care of. KBM has been great to work with!! Overall, we love staying at this resort and been here 5 times with the 6th time coming up later this year. North Kaanapali beach is great with so many other beaches close by such as Napili and Kapalua Bays and DT Fleming within 10 minutes. We always recommend this resort for families!

This is a well appointed unit with everything we needed to relax and play on the beach. The view from the lanai beat expectations and made for relaxing morning and end of the day view and sounds of the ocean.

The layout of this condo is ideal for anyone, but worked especially well for our family of 6. The views of the resort pools, grounds, and the ocean from the lanai are stunning. We loved the outdoor kitchen and large dining table on the lanai. This unit is well equipped, from large TV's, to kitchen appliances, to beach chairs and boogie boards. The open floorplan creates a spacious feel. The furniture and decor are current and well cared for. We highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again.

This is our 3rd year in a row of staying in this condo and it has been great as before. The view is amazing and the comfort equally as good. We plan to come back next January. Thanks KBM!

Very pleased with resort! Pools very nice and views are awesome! Condo is very roomy and saved a lot of money having breakfast and lunch in our room. Our rental car was included in the price and transaction went very smoothly.

This was the best vacation! It was our first time and we will be back! The experience from booking, confirmation, arrival, check in during or vacation, and departure were better than my expectations! We absolutely loved our experience both working with KBM and staying at Honua Kai. KBM was very professional in all communications. Honua Kai is a beautiful property, we loved the room we chose (HKK 203) - it was an inner courtyard which we weren't sure if we would like but we loved it. The view was better than expected. The unit itself was clean and wonderful. We had an unexpected situation happen that we had to call KBM about and they were immediately on top of it, I'm not sure this would have happened with an individual owner (such as VRBO). Our daughter's friend had gotten sick and when I called KBM, they called housekeeping and sent someone up to clean the carpet and change the bedding immediately. It was such a relief to have this handled for us in such a prompt and professional manner. Right then and there I decided I would definitely go through KBM again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we can't wait to come back!

KBM is great. Everything is well spelled out in emails and they are always responsive to calls. We have used them five times for our Maui vacations and will continue to use them for future trips.

We loved the unit and having all the beach amenities provided, which saves on rentals. The detergents for dishwasher and clothes washer were well stocked. The kitchen was pretty well stocked as well. Location is great, less crowded than other areas. We will definitely return!

Our experience with KBM was fabulous. The condo was as it was listed and has a beautiful view from the balcony! KBM?s check in process was quick and easy and they reached out regularly on our trip to see if we needed anything! We have booked with private owners before but moving forward we will definitely be booking with KBM again!

Overall it was an amazing condo, the building and room were very nice and well kept! The unit we chose had a spectacular view and it looks like most units did. Loved the open air design of the sliding doors and patio. The grounds were also amazing, loved the pools and beach. We will be back for sure!

The team at KBM was phenomenal very responsive and their kind reminders via text was great. Always keeping us informed on our stay and check out process. The unit was amazing with excellent ocean views and I’m not sure if it was noted on the description but this has no balcony next door on the left which made the ocean views seem ocean front just excellent layout. I would highly recommend them and this unit.

We had a blast - loved the resort, the room was great, and the views from the room were amazing! KBM staff was very responsive and check-in was very easy. Our kids loved the boogie boards provided, and we loved the beach chairs!

This was such an amazing experience. The facilities were wonderful, and the unit itself had an amazing view. We have stayed at the Hanua Kai in the past and this by far as my favorite unit so far. The unit is well stocked with your basics plus some additional ones like the chairs, ice chest and boogie board. Excited to come back in the future!

Perfect spot to end a Maui vacation. We were a family of 4 - 2 boys 10 and 11, and the property was perfect. Beach front and easy access to restaurants up and down the coast.

We’ve stayed at honua kai before and love it. If you want to spend time at the pool though you need to get down at about 7am and put towels on chairs. You can’t beat the ocean and the snorkeling and the beautiful weather.

Wonderful unit and lovely resort with great view of the pool area and sunset. Super-clean and well-stocked. KBM staff were very responsive to questions before our arrival. Great location - visited 4 different beaches , all within a 15-min drive, plus beach in front of hotel. Would definitely recommend.

The grounds of the resort are beautiful. The sunset from the balcony was gorgeous. The pools are well maintained. Dukes restaurant on the property was very good. Inside unit 203 HKK was beautiful and well maintained. The name brand appliances in the kitchen worked well. The beds and the bedrooms were fantastic. We would definitely stay there again. Overall highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our week at Honua Kai. Our 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our needs. Staff was responsive to requests and the concierge was efficient in setting up our snorkeling excursion. The location was great, pool was good and the beach was nice.

Really, I was very happy with KBM and would recommend them in the future. I loved the stocked 'beach' supplies (towels/chairs/boogie boards/cooler). We had a problem with the air conditioner (really our fault), but Kyle called us back quickly to help us understand our mistake. No problems whatsoever and the whole process was effortless....as it should be on vacation:) Thanks!

Honua Kai Resort in Maui was perfect for us in every way! 5 stars on personnel, comfort, cleanliness, and LOCATION! Thank you, Honua Kai!

This resort is top notch. Our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was immaculate and fairly well stocked. We needed a few more bath towels and KBM delivered within a couple hours. The pools were so fun for our grand daughters and Kaanapali beach was fun too. We saw turtles almost immediately while snorkeling. Napili is close and that’s our favorite spot. We’re definitely using KBM for future trips.

We haven't been back to Maui since before the fires and wanted to take my sister and her family there as they hadn't been back to Maui in two decades. We were all impressed how spacious the room was and we had more than enough room for our two families (4 adults, 4 children). The resort itself is great with the number of pools, access to the beach, Duke's and more. Even the cafe at the Whaler's General Store was shockingly reasonable for a resort. When we had any issues during our stay KBM was responsive and helpful.

Honua Kai is the best place for a vacation! The resort is beautiful and the staff is wonderful and responsive. The location is so close to food trucks, beaches, grocery store and anything else one would need! We will be staying here again! We enjoyed meals on our lanai and watched sunrises and sunsets. Towels for the beach and pools, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler all in the unit. The fully stocked kitchen was great!

Really enjoyed our stay in Honua Kai. The two bedroom unit was huge and stocked with everything we needed. The property is awesome. Great beach, great pools, and dukes on site is really handy. Dined for dinner there multiple times, ordered take out for lunch and snacks at the pool. My five year old son rode the water slide no joke probably 50 times a day. KBM is a great host and was available for quick answers to our questions. Will stay here again and book with KBM.

We really enjoyed our stay at kbm resorts. It was very kid friendly and the grounds were immaculate. It was so nice to be able to walk right onto the beach to sunbathe and enjoy the water. Very nice that boogie boards and chairs were in the unit. We would stay here again!

We loved our stay here. From the very responsive staff to the amazing resort with beach/pools/restaurant/convenience store access all on the property. We would definitely recommend staying here, and hope to be back soon!

Absolutely beautiful vacation spot. So incredibly spacious for our family of five. The pools, ocean and BBQ areas are conveniently close. Short walk to local spots. All around great vacation!
