KBM Resorts was great to rent through. Honua Kai Resort is a lovely place to rent especially for families traveling with younger kids. I highly suggest room 503! KBM made sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. They were always friendly and helpful answering any questions we had. We had some problems with our room and they exceeded our expectations of making sure they helped us remedy it. I would highly recommend renting through KBM Hawaii. We definitely will rent through them again!

We loved our time at this resort. The room, which is privately owned, was equipped with the finest. Great beds, comfortable furniture, high end appliances and even a closet of things for us to use at the beach. So kind. We would come back and stay here in a heart beat!

We really enjoyed this spacious, well-stocked unit with spectacular indoor-outdoor living. The setup was perfect for our three generations. We also made great use of the pools, lawn area, and beach front path.

Our room was perfect best ever for Maui. Pool is great.

We had a great vacation at the Honua Kai - H503 at the end of May 2025. Condo was perfect size, well furnished and had everything we need to make breakfast each morning and to eat on the lanai with a morning view of the ocean. The pool area was great. We were able to find chairs at the pool when needed and even rented a cabana. The service from Duke's was timely and they came by often. The lanai at the condo was great, furniture great and comfortable. The beach chairs and umbrellas were wonderful to use and appreciated. Weather was great, trade winds definitely are there but helped to cool us off. Overall, the resort and the unit made the trip wonderful.

It was wonderful , i would recommend the following-- Private chief Jason Raffin he was awesome! I would defiantly recommend him, the food was delicious. Cleaning people come 2 times and they did a wonder job. Maxi taxi they were excellent, they got all our luggage in the taxi and super nice. Bell hops were all super nice and help us a lot, there was one guy Rexie was awesome. Forever Maui Photographer- did a nice job, even though it rained, some of the time. The pictures turned out nice. My family and I recently had the incredible opportunity to stay in a 3-bedroom condo at Honua Kai Resort & Spa, and it was a trip we will never forget. The unit itself was stunning, far exceeding our expectations. The place is decorated beautifully. The sheer size and layout of the 3-bedroom / 3-bathroom space provided ample room for our entire group to spread out and relax without ever feeling crowded. The modern, gourmet kitchen was a joy to cook in, and the expansive lanai became our favorite spot for morning coffee and sunset cocktails, offering breathtaking views of the ocean and the neighboring islands of Lanai and Molokai. The floor-to-ceiling glass doors truly brought the outside in, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience that is pure Maui. Beyond the condo, the Honua Kai resort grounds are a paradise in themselves. We spent countless hours enjoying the variety of pools, from the relaxing lazy river to many rounds down the waterslide with the kids, to long sessions in the inviting infinity pool right by the beach. The resort’s direct access to the beautiful Ka'anapali beach was a huge plus, making it easy to pop down for a swim or a walk along the shore. We were able to see quite a few sea turtles while snorkeling just off the shore. We also loved having Duke's Beach House right on-site, which was perfect for lunch by the pool or a special dinner with an amazing view. You can hear the live music from the lanai in the afternoons/evenings which is a major perk! The location of the resort is fantastic, providing a serene escape while still being conveniently close to local shops and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a warm "Aloha." For anyone traveling with a large family or group who wants a luxurious, spacious, and amenity-rich experience, a 3-bedroom condo at Honua Kai is the perfect choice. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with all the comforts of a world-class resort. We are already dreaming of our next trip back!

This is a lovely unit, very well appointed. The room has a great view of the ocean and the resort. KBM was very responsive to our needs. We would definitely recommend the unit and KBM.

We were here for 18 glorious days. This 3BR unit was fantastic. Tropical furniture and art along with a well stocked kitchen and a roomy layout really made our stay special. Things we loved...Incredible views of the main pool, ocean and the island of Moloka'i from the large lanai; great beach and boardwalk all the way to Whalers' Village; Dukes Restaurant and Bar; Great pools and slide; beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards for the beach; evening tiki torches and live music from Dukes. KBM, the property manager, was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back.

Our family has a tradition of staying at Honua Kai through KBM during the Thanksgiving holiday. The resort and location is phenomenal. KBM is excellent through the booking, pre arrival communication, check in process, and checkout. Our family highly recommends this vacation spot in Hawaii.

Aloha Honua Kai - A Maui vacation/wedding on your beautiful island was a dream come true for our daughter! Our hearts fell in love with Maui years ago especially Honua Kai. The 3 bedroom felt like home to us and the sounds of the ocean and families is Maui at its finest! This is a gorgeous condo with fantastic views of the beach/ocean, the island of Molokai and the resort's main pool. We could watch the whales from the lanai while we were there. The lanai is in the shade most of the day which allows for panoramic views without the heat of the sun all day. (When you want sun, you can go to the beach or pool deck.) The well stocked kitchen, fun tropical furniture/artwork, and live music from Duke's Restaurant were just a few of the things that really made this place feel special. Things to experience... Sunset Cruise, Papi's Ohana's cinnamon rolls, Bad Ass Coffee's granitas, Dukes for dinner, Castaway Cafe for breakfast, snorkeling and boogie boarding out front and the boardwalk to Whalers' Village.

We just returned home from a week in Maui. We stayed at a KBM property at Honua Kai resort in Kaanapali. KBM took care of every need, including upgrading our room when there was an issue with the one we originally reserved. We really appreciated the proactive communication leading up to and during our stay. We would stay at an another KBM property in a heartbeat!

504 is a great room with views of the ocean as well as the mountains. It was very clean and had everything we could ask for. My friends and I enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer!

The condo was large, spacious and well laid out and easily accommodated the five of us for our three week stay. We never heard any noise from guests in other condos. We had an amazing view from our lanai. We enjoyed having a restaurant and coffee shop on site. Having an excellent grocery store within walking distance was especially convenient. Parking for our rental vehicle was always available.

Beautiful property inside out. KBM was very responsive to my numerous questions. We also had a small issue with the dryer, which was taken care of immediately. I would recommend the property and KBM anytime.

Honestly this was one of the most well managed, worry free vacation rental Experiences I have ever had. From the beginning with my first correspondence and contract dealings; Maria Tobon was phenomenal. Responsive to questions almost immediately. She took a genuine interest to ask what we were celebrating, and how she could help... this was 4 months before our trip! Anytime we reached out to the concierge/contact email at KBM throughout the week, the response from their team and redemedy (if necessary) was top priority. The condo was stocked for every situation. Young kids, beach gear, football... appleTV to get to all your streaming apps. Really, we needed for nothing but groceries when we arrived. Providing dish washing pods and laundry pods was a VERY NICE TOUCH! I will recommend, not only this company, but this condo to med-large families. It has everything!

We had a fantastic time at this condo. Communication was excellent and check in was smooth. The condo itself was spacious and clean. There was a full set of kitchen and bath amenities. And finally, the view was just unbeatable!

We have loved our stay at Honua Kai 504. From booking to arrival and check in there was awesome communication and contact. Our condo was beautiful, big, and better than expected. Loved having the 2 king beds in the room for our kids. Bathrooms are huge and kitchen was supplied with everything needed for a week stay. The balcony was our favorite as we opened the doors every morning and evening to watch and hear the ocean waves. Thanks for making our stay here awesome and memories amazing!

I cant say enough good things about this unit. The view was amazing! We enjoyed our entire stay and we were really appreciative of all the things they had for our kids, including TWO pack N plays, a highchair and kids utensils. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay in this 3 bedroom condo. Well appointed and maintained. The property managers were quick to respond to any issues we had, down to supplying us with extra kitchen towels. There were beach chairs and a cooler to use which came in very handy as well as an assortment of games for evening fun. This round we were traveling with our adult children and having King beds in each of the rooms was a treat. I can't speak to the TV's as we never had them on. Views from the balcony of the sunsets and whales was breathtaking. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven.

It was wonderful! Excellent view from balcony. Very comfortable to live in with a larger family. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Bonus of beach items to use. Easy access to beach, pools, town, etc... Would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Honua Kai in unit HKH504. The unit was spacious and met our needs. The far guest bedroom with the ensuite bathroom had two king beds! The master was lovely with direct access to the deck, lovely spot for morning coffee. The unit can sleep 10, though we only had 5 people. There were also box fans in each room which our son and his fiancé appreciated as they need "white noise" to sleep. There were 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a cooler, 4 boogie boards and 2 umbrellas for our use. We really liked the electronic code entry system for the parking garage, door and towel kiosk. So easy to use. This unit has designated underground parking which was nice and kept the car cool. We enjoyed the pool and the beach and rented a cabana for 2 days. The KBM team was great in answering my questions ahead of time. The air conditioning turns off as soon as you open the door to the deck, even if you close it right away. But once we got in the groove of pressing the "on" button again on the AC the place stayed cool. The views from the unit were wonderful. We loved that it faced south as the sun was never directly hitting the desk so we could sit out all day and enjoy without direct sun. As it's on the outside of the U, we never felt like we were in a fishbowl, which I would think would happen if on the inside of the U. They had a nice package of coffee and chocolate covered macadamia nuts for us upon arrival. Would definitely rent from KBM again AND we'd definitely want this unit as well. Beds were comfy too. We didn't have any children with us, but they did have plastic dishes and children's beach toys available.

Unit 504 was great! We had 3 couples plus 3 grandkids, and the rooms were nice. The master bed/bathroom was awesome. The whole unit layout was good for us (even my 6'3" 15 yr old grandson slept on the sofa bed with no issues)! The kitchen was well stocked and accommodates simple dinner/meals. We grilled 'in' (dinner) 3 nights. Because we had a 3 bedroom unit, the balcony was extra long and a FANTASTIC VIEW of the ocean. All of us spent quality time on the balcony every day listening to music or the waves! An extra bonus for us was the 4 beach chairs that were used EVERY day. KBM Resorts was good to work with. They kept us informed, and the access codes were easy to use/follow. Will I rent there again AND use KBM? absolutely!

This was the most amazing place to stay. So big and nice, very clean, and perfect location. It was perfect for our large family.

Loved everything about this resort. Rooms were clean, spacious, well accommodated and provided all the essentials we would need. This resort had several pools which is great if you’re vacationing with babies/kids.

We had another great experience with KBM at Honua Kai Resort. The rooms were spacious and the 2 king room was a lifesaver. The beds are super comfy (need to know what mattesss brand they were) everyone said they slept like babies and no aches and pains in the morning. The lanai had gorgeous view of the ocean and mountains. Beautiful sunrises over the mountains and sunsets in the water. Until next time this was our favorite unit so far after 10 years coming to Honua Kai Resort.

HKH-504 for a week was 10/10 for our family of 6. We loved the unit, it was great to have separate bedrooms for mom and dad, the girls and the boys. KBM provided everything you could think of needing, from beach gear (chairs, boogie board, football) to books to laundry baskets! The unit was clean and well taken care of. Plenty of towels, garbage bags, paper towels, tp, etc. Never needed to call for anything. Highly recommend booking this unit. We will for sure be back!

The unit was as featured in the listing. There was plenty of space for everyone in our group. The unit is well equipped for everything you would need to cook dinner at home, but also everything you would need for a fun day on the beach (chairs, cooler, boogie boards). The amenities at the resort and the location were top notch! Would love to stay here again.
