We were able to check in early and the room was spacious and gorgeous. Th full kitchen had everything we could possibly need and we enjoyed eating breakfast on the huge lanai every morning. My family had such a great experience we look forward to boookimg this unit again.

KBM Resorts gave us amazing service

KBM gave us amazing service from the initial booking email to the final day. They handled our car rental, offered us an extra something of our choice to offset the closing of two of the pools on the property which they had no control over. We had a leaky sink on day 1 which was fixed immediately and there was a power outage on the island which they kept us apprised of as it went on. I highly recommend using them if you are visiting Maui.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The grounds are beautiful. The beach is nice. There is a restaurant and store on site. The location was good in West Maui. A short walk to a bunch of food trucks and a grocery store and other food options. I will say, unless an emergency, buy groceries elsewhere. While close at both the grocery store in the neighborhood and resort store, both are a lot more expensive than other places. We found Safeway a lot better option and you can sign up on the spot for shoppers program and save more money. Nowhere here is inexpensive for food but this was a lot better. The unit itself was nice. Three of us stayed and had plenty of room. Two large bathrooms. Excellent kitchen equipment. Hands down most well equipped of any condo we have rented before. We like to cook most of our own food and this was great. Another excellent thing about this unit was they leave you things you need so you don’t have additional expenses for things like trash bags, laundry and dishwasher soap, plenty of tp and tissues. They also have a large closet with beach equipment like chairs, umbrella, swim fins etc. This unit has a huge outdoor space with lots of furniture to use. It has a small view of the ocean but the rest of the view is pleasant. The unit is not new, but overall its nice. It’s clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. Another thing I was very happy with is the customer service of management. They do a great job. They are easy to contact and prompt with a response. I had questions before our stay and a small issue during our stay and they answered me promptly. Excellent customer service.

We had an amazing stay in Maui and we really enjoyed our unit at the Honua Kai HKK-234. The unit is spacious and has most everything you need. There is an amazing lanai and even a bit of an ocean view! We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend the unit. The resort itself is amazing, my kids loved all the swimming pools and the waterslide. This is my third stay at this resort and I always love staying here.

Vacationing with a family of 4 adults and a baby, we handpicked the condo and the several choices available on KBM made a difference. Location was perfect, everything was clean and well furnished. Frequent and pro-active communication in case we had any additional needs. We just didn't make use of the free car rental offer because of the size of the car and cost to upgrade being more than the cost of booking on our own. The resort has good amenities and we really appreciated that we were given access to all the amenities starting from the time we arrived, well before check in time. The condo is well equipped, large, clean and has a very large lanai, perfect for relaxing! Having a wall of windows was great during the Kona low storm allowing us to not be in the weather but not feel stuffed in a room. We had 3 adults and 2 kids, one kid slept on the couch and was comfortable. The unit has boogie boards, umbrellas, chairs and a cooler for the beach. The pools were great. A few restaurants and a grocery store across the road and food truck park next door. The boardwalk was great too. We had a great time, service at the resort was very friendly too.

It was a quick getaway and the Honua Kai resort gave us that amazing Maui experience we were looking for. Room 236 gave us a luxurious resort living with plenty of space just steps from the beach. The pool area added to the tropical atmosphere and the Duke’s restaurant on property, allowed us to enjoy a taste of the islands without leaving the property. The beach was perfect for snorkeling, whale watching and swimming with the turtles or just sitting in the sand. We are already planning our next trip back.

Had a great time relaxing at Honua Kai. Very very clean place. At night it was quiet and was able to sleep without hearing anyone above us or around us. Showers, toilets and linens were very clean. The staff was friendly and always welcoming. Pool area was relaxing and clean. I would say it’s a 4-5 min walk to beach which is great and Dukes restaurant on site is helpful, it is expensive but everything on the island is. Great time here!

You really can't go wrong with this place. This unit is overlooking a park with a peekaboo ocean view so it’s quiet without the noise of overlooking the pools. It’s close to the beach and there are beach chairs, umbrella, large cooler, boogie boards, and sand toys for guests use. The kitchen has everything you would need and there’s also a washer and dryer. Very comfortable and relaxing and has all the resort amenities! Also, it’s situated so you don’t have the afternoon sun beating on the balcony and you can sit there comfortably enjoying lunch, etc.

Traveled to Maui for a little sun. The property and unit were absolutely perfect. The unit offered all standard amenities plus more, such as beach chairs, cooler, sand toys. We love having a kitchen when we travel but this property also had a great restaurant onsite and food truck lot across the street. My son’s favorite part of our whole trip was the pool with multiple pools, lazy river, and waterslide. Great experience, can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful suite with a great location at a great resort. The suite itself is a large two bedroom with living space in the middle to separate the rooms. Bathrooms and bedrooms are quite spacious and there's a large lanai off the main living area. Definitely recommend this location for families as there's space for everything in the suite and the resort itself has amazing pools and Duke's for dining.

Overall perfect resort and place to stay. So many amenities for families (adults and children)… pool area has adults only areas and enough also for kids. Walking distance to great food choices such as Dukes, the small food truck vendors across the street and grocery store plaza with additional restaurants. Love that there’s a beautiful walkway connecting all the major resorts and beaches. I would recommend this room or KBM to anyone and stay here again — maybe just another room facing the resort area or with a personal grill.

We had a great time at Honua Kai and the unit was lovely. The room location within the Konea tower was great (2nd floor, easy access to elevator but not noisy at all). We had a partial ocean view and lush greenery. The lanai is large and we spent a lot of time out there. Great pools and beautiful grounds, although we spent much more time at the beach than the pools. Dukes restaurant on site is convenient and definitely worth a stop. Underground parking included, general store on site.
