We loved the resort and ease of getting to and from the beach, restaurant and pools. The room was nice, with ability to use washer and dryer. I did like there were chairs and umbrella for beach. Overall a great experience with kind people at resort. Room was good with normal wear and tear but over all clean. We will be back.

This was a great unit for just two of us. The unit was super clean and had everything we needed. I always appreciate that KBM stocks the closet with beach items. We enjoyed it all. We really liked the location of this unit. It was close enough to the resort entrance that we didn't use the parking garage, and it was quiet on the lanai. Not much backyard foot traffic on that part of the resort.

For the price, it’s very luxurious. having a beautiful kitchen and a washer dryer was amazing. the kids loved the pool. the beach was so beautiful not crowded we saw fish, turtles, octopus, crabs and eel right there. we loved the KBM. we will be back. As Hawaiians living in california, we’d like some more hawaiian food but we went and got some. best resort!!

HKH-114 was amazing. Ground level room allows for our kids to run and play on the lanai as we lounge around the room. The room came equipped with all the kitchen gear needed as well as great beach gear.

We had a great experience! Unit was clean, location is great, and the entire check in process was easy. Loved it so much we booked again while we were still there!

We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this condo. From start to finish, communication was excellent—we were always able to reach someone quickly, whether during the reservation process, with questions right before check-in, for a brief internet issue, or during check-out. The staff at the resort were extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Both the unit and the resort were clean, well staffed, and very well maintained. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would not hesitate to rent here again.

The reservation process was smooth and transparent. Communications leading up to the rental days was complete and reassuring. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of offering additional value such as the car rental option. KBM was proactive in making sure i understood the check in process and contingency plans in the event our arrival time was delayed. The unit was clean and exactly as advertised. They were responsive to any questions we had during our stay. I would use KBM in the future svs would recommend them to friends and family.

We parked in the parking garage and accidentally left our headlights on. The security team alerted KBM, and KBM used our license plate to find us and call us to let us know. We were very thankful that KBM went above and beyond to alert us of the issue!

Our rental unit at the Honua Kai was terrific! The furnishings provided by KBM Hawaii exceeded our expectations. It was well equipped - not only was it great to have the boogie boards, beach chairs and coolers for the beach, the unit itself was wonderfully accommodated with quality bedding (comfortable mattresses and bedding) and high-end pots and pans. The unit was also beautifully decorated. We loved everything about our stay! Thanks KBM Hawaii!

Very happy w KBM and the unit we had. Provided all promised and responsive to needs. Very good experience. One issue not with KBM but w Honua kai was the Pool temperature was inconsistent and sometimes resulted in being unusable for kids.

The condo is lovely and the location superb. KBM is a very attentive and thorough rental agency. Other than a restocking of kitchen items/utensils, we loved our 10 day stay in this beautiful condo.

KBM Hawaii is the BEST service in MAUI, If you want a stress free vacation and treated like a King, This is the team to use. Picking up our rental to checking into our Condo was a breeze! They will manage ALL of your needs, no need to deal with the front desk for anything, your keys will be with the valet team once you drive up! They are very professional and truly wants the best for you and your family. During a beach visit we discovered the umbrella left for the guest to use was broken, I texted Krisy from the beach to let her know we needed another umbrella and when we got back to the condo the new umbrella was already delivered. They treated us like Royalty checking in daily to see if we needed anything. We will be using KBM Hawaii for all our future trips to the Islands of Hawaii.

The KBM team are all excellent and very customer friendly. The KBM property at Honua Kai (150) was exactly as pictured and described. Clean and plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 littles. The first floor location is ideal for quick access to any of the 3 pools and Dukes. The beach is about a 2 minute walk and a great place for family photos at sunset! Overall I would give higher ratings if I could. This place was truly awesome for our family vacation.

Location of condo with very easy access to pools was great for a family with young children. Very close to beach. However, 5-10 minute walk on boardwalk to another beautiful sandy beach. Condo was beautiful and well-stocked. One of the K beds could use replacing and internet was often slow. Overall, a very nice unit and and nice resort. Definitely recommend, especially if traveling with children. I would give it a 4.5/5.0.

We had a couple items that would have liked to be different but overall this is a great unit. It is spacious, easy access to the pools and Duke's. Having a grill was great, but it is difficult to see at night out there. You never run out of hot water. Be careful of the patio if your feet are wet or it rains, very slippery! The unit is literally next to the pools and Duke's but it is never too loud. There were 4 beach chairs, 5 boogie boards, an umbrella, cooler and beach towels. More than listed in the listing, it was great!!! We had some issues but KBM was immediately responsive with great customer service. The wi-fi wasn't too great, we had 4 kids doing school on some days and two working adults on a couple days too. Having the keys in the form of a bracelet was way better than a card. There were two ovens which was great to have access to. Bottom line, we would book it again due to the space and access to the pools, beach and Duke's.

Beautiful condo in a perfect location with ocean view - steps from the pool and beach!! Equipped with everything you need to cook, bbq, and spend day at the beach with chairs, umbrella and even a cooler! The large patio was awesome to bbq and enjoy eating outside. Would definitely love to return!

We loved our stay with KBM at HKH-150! The room was just what we needed, plenty of space for our family of five plus two sets of grand parents. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. We appreciated all appliances in the kitchen and the kids utensils/plates/cups. The shower and bath in the primary bedroom was amazing for post beach with three kids. We made good use of the boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella that were in the unit; thank you for having it so well stocked.

We had a fabulous vacation at the Honua Kai. The condo exceeded our expectations. We loved the ground level location, the amazing patio and bbq, and easy access to the pools and beach. We also really appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, and boogie boards provided. The condo was well stocked with towels, paper products, and a fabulous kitchen. We highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again. Aloha!

We stayed as a family of ten. 2 grandparents, 2 sets of parents, and 4 kids within age range of 9-12. This is the perfect location! Stopped at Costco on our way off the plane and made our way to Ka’anapali. This unit has a full size high end kitchen for lots of cooking, including its own outdoor built-in grill. The unit is on the ground level with a healthy sized back yard facing the ocean. Access to the pools and the beach is a stones throw. No need to go through the lobby as the back yard has its own access in and out. All the rooms were so spacious and well maintained. We would 100% come back to this unit again. The beach had so many fish by just swimming out about 15’ from shore. It was amazing! Dukes restaurant is about 40’ walk for a nicer evening dinner (or breakfast). The unit also included 2 parking stalls and the bell hops were super friendly and helpful getting everything to our unit. The grounds and amenities were kept up and clean. If you wanted variety, a 10 minute walk can get you to a supermarket, food trucks, ABC store, and other fun shops. Overall super satisfied and would recommend to our friends and family.

First, the condo exceeded everyone’s expectations. I had 4 daughters with me, ages 12-23. Does anyone know what it takes to get 4 daughters to be visibly and vocally excited about everything? Then there were the property grounds with all the pools and the perfect beach for swimming and snorkeling steps away. The first 2 days we drove to the “best” snorkeling spots only to discover the best snorkeling was in our backyard, sea turtles included. Also, everyone we ran into or passed by was so friendly and kind. Everyone enjoying the magic of Maui. We’ll be back.

We loved the Honua Kai resort and the island. The three bedroom layout was perfect for our family of 10! The beach was beautiful and we had everything we needed to have the best vacation ever! We hope to come back someday. Thank you!

This place was a beautiful place, great view, great service, and amazing location. KBM resorts addressed any issues we faced in a very timely manner and responded very quickly to anything we needed. Kids loved the pool amenities, open areas to run, and access to the beach. They had kid packages including a pack and play (bring your own sheet), beach toys, and a high chair. I would definitely be interested in coming here again for a future stay.

Staying in this unit at Honua Kai made the trip! It was the perfect spot especially with little ones! Close to the pool and beach with amazing views and more than enough! We never once felt crammed in with 10 people. We are already wanting to come back!!

This was our 4th time staying at the Honua Kai - and as always, it exceeded our expectations. But, this unit specifically made our trip even better. So spacious, incredible access to pools, Dukes and the beach. Our kids had the best time and we’re already talking about our next trip - it will be a must to stay in this unit though because of how perfect it was in every way. We will be back!

Simply a perfect experience from check-in to check-out. Clean facility. Comfortable beds. Pleasant staff. Superior parking. So chill. So much to do on-site, at the beach & in the neighborhood. We can't wait to return!

This condo is all about location, and it delivers! This condo appears to be the closest you can get to Duke’s, one of the hot-tubs/wading pool/pool with waterfalls, and still have a view of the ocean from the lanai. The location of the condo was outstanding, and we loved spending our days outside and easily going between the condo, pool, restaurant, and beach. The interior is older in style, but everything was clean and functional. If you’re looking for a prime spot for families rather than modern décor, this is a great option.

My husband and I travelled to Honua Kai with our son and wife and his two young sons (1.5 and 4 years old). Honua Kai 150 was the perfect place for us! The unit is large, well-appointed, clean and bright. We made very good use of this unit's lanai / outdoor kitchen and fenced in grassy area. This unit is located very close to the pools and to the beach (you have views of the ocean from the lanai) and to Duke's. It was wonderful to have such easy access to the property's amenities with two little ones. Checking in and out was a breeze and all communication with KBM and its staff was extremely professional and friendly. We will absolutely use KBM again in the future and look forward to our next visit to Honua Kai.

Traveling with a family of 6 adults, we rented this unit situated in the Honua Kai resort. Our ground floor unit had views of the ocean, including nearby islands (Molokai and Lanai'i) from the living room, and a large private outdoor lanai. The resort pools, beach, and restaurant were a short walk from the unit. The rental included parking for our rental car and we found the valet staff to be responsive making it convenient to come and go to various activities during our stay. The very large master-bedroom suite, generous guest suite, and a reasonably sized third bedroom, each with its own full bath, provided plenty comfortable living space. We surprised by the quality of the kitchen and gas grill that we ended up using more than we planned prior to arriving in Maui. I will definitely consider a similar rental on a return visit.
