Honua Kai HKK-334/49

This condo made our family vacation very enjoyable. The layout of having one master bedroom separate from the others worked well for us with a 1 year old along for the trip. The spacious living area gave us all room to stretch out and got even better when the whole wall of windows was opened to the lanai. All the bedrooms had very comfortable beds and having three zones for the air conditioning made it easy to tailor the temperature to our needs. We ate breakfast either on the lanai or at the dining room table daily and even cooked a number of dinners in the gourmet kitchen. As this was a family trip we didn't have too much wine in the wine fridge but it worked out very well for keeping our water and other drink bottles cool and convenient. The underground parking was very convenient and we were able to park multiple cars. We also made use of the fitness room a few times. It had a nice variety of equipment and TV screens on most of the cardio machine with headphone jacks to give you options. The variety of pools on the property was a hit with both adults and kids. The shallow pool for little kids has enough chairs around it that it is easy to find room. The water slide was to big for our little kid but was still enjoyed by some of the adults. We ate at the restaurant on the grounds twice but with such a well set up kitchen in our condo it was actually easier to eat in. They do have barbeques on the ground by the pool but we didn't end up using them. We did use the beach chairs that were provided and had a great day at the beach down by black rock. That all said we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for your next vacation.

Our family has traveled to Maui before and stayed in different luxury hotel. Staying at the Honua Kai villa was and entirely different feel for our big family. It was beautiful and completely functional. KBM was extremely professional and thorough and we will never stay anywhere else.

This was a dream vacation! The accommodations of the unit and the property made a great vacation even better. The unit is very spacious and well set up for 4 adults. We made good use of the kitchen as well as the wifi and speakers available in all of the rooms. The property had everything we needed right there within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Honua Kai is our favorite place to stay and this unit was by far the most luxurious one we have rented. kBM does a superb job communicating with clients and all our needs were promptly addressed. The unit is very spacious, clean well stocked and has everything you could need for a family traveling with children. Great stay with our adult children and grandchildren.

First off, the facility was top notch. Beautiful location and surroundings. The grounds were absolutely gorgeous and very well kept. The swimming pools were amazing. The service from staff were great. Every was helpful and friendly. The room and view were awesome. Very comfortable and clean inside. All appliances worked well. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The location was easy walking distance to the board walk, the beach, stores and shops. I would not hesitate to stay here again, which I plan to day again for another family vacation in a couple of years. Thank you for allowing us an awesome time.

Beautiful property. Speaking of property managers- they were fantastic. Very attentive and called or text daily to see if everything was ok and if we would need or like anything else. Outstanding service. Highly recommend KBM and this unit.

The place was great! The size and space, the balcony (which is probably my favorite of the room), the appliances, the pools, outdoor grills, the parking... Etc was all made easy. Resort staff were very nice and helpful. The facilities were kept very clean! The hardest part was probably getting there ;) oh and having laundry in the room was a huge perk. Enough cannot be said about the location, right on the beach facing the west. Perfect for watching the sunsets. Got to see many sea turtles and even a monk seal came up in the beach for a rest. Overall a trip of a lifetime!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Honua Kai Resort. Great location and a little quieter and less busy than the other resorts close by. Very good check-in process and friendly staff. Our children loved the beach and beautiful pools. My wife and I also enjoyed dinner at Dukes which is on site. The 2 room bedroom condo was perfect. Even had beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkels, and boogie boards to use. Furnishings were all in very good shape. The beds were very comfortable and my wife loved the sheets. We loved opening the doors to the lanai every morning and hearing the birds chirping. We absolutely loved having such a comfortable place to rest from our many adventures in Maui! This room is the best room my family has ever stayed in. We were treated perfectly, and even were comped a huge giftcard to Dukes which was not asked, but very much appreciated! Thank you guys/gals!

This is an awesome condo in a very nice resort. Short walk to Dukes for fabulous seafood. Pools were wonderful. We splurged and rented a cabana. Pricy, but worth every cent! We got a free rental car and upgraded to a Jeep. Again,,,worth the extra money. All in all, we had a great time and would stay here again.

The room and resort is wonderful. This is our third time staying at this resort and our family loves it. Be prepared that this room has constant construction noise during the day for the foreseeable future as they build the onsite villas.

We loved staying at the Honua Kai resort. This place was very spacious, with 2 large bedrooms and living room space. Very large deck with an amazing view. We plan on staying here again in the future.

We came with our kids ages 10, 8, and 6. The space fit our family perfectly. The kids had plenty of room to do their own thing, and slept together on the bed. Kitchen was filed with your basic needs. Washer/dryer was useful and a plus with kids.

After planning and researching for many months, we chose KBM Resorts as our vacation company and could not have been more impressed. From the initial booking process all the way through check out every aspect was amazing, which made our vacation. Amazing. Can’t wait to return again!

It’s been a lot of years since we visited Maui, the last time we went we stayed at Honua Kai. I was hesitant to stay there again because it has been so long but Honua Kai DID NOT DISAPPOINT! We loved our time at the condo as much as our time elsewhere. So clean, up to date and had everything we could have needed. Customer service was excellent and I never had to leave a message. I was able to reach a person whenever I needed something or had a question. (These days that is very rare.) I will continue to recommend to friends visiting Maui. Thank you!

This unit was so spacious for our family. The living area and balcony had so much more space than other units and a great partial ocean view. They provided tons of beach stuff - chairs (some were brand new!), umbrella, sand toys, etc. Also, we were happy to have tons of kids plates, cups, a pack-n-play, etc. and all the kitchen gadgets we needed (even a rice cooker!) We had one issue with the thermostat in one room but customer service was great about getting someone over to fix it. Aside from the unit, the resort is amazing too! The best pools, hot tubs, and onsite restaurant Dukes. Also the check-in process was SO easy and the staff was 10/10! We would definitely stay here again, and certainly book with KBM again!

Prob the best unit on property. Oversized 2 bedroom 2 bath huge balcony was perfect for our family of 7. Another great trip to Maui will stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in HKK-334. It was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed plus much more. It was so nice to have beach chairs for my whole family and a boogie board as well. We loved the huge wrap around lanai. Everything was absolutely perfect. We would definitely stay at this condo again.

We just spent a wonderful week in our favorite condo, Konea 334—what a delightful stay! We were pleasantly surprised by the recent upgrades, including new carpets and furniture. The condo was spotless, peaceful, and serene. We found everything we needed, including kitchen appliances, a washer/dryer, and plenty of utensils. A sweet touch was the L’Occitane products in the bathroom—such a lovely extra. We also have to mention the special Christmas atmosphere everywhere—the lobby was beautifully decorated, and Hawaiian-style Christmas songs were playing. It made us feel so welcome and festive. Thank you, KBM Resorts. We’re already looking forward to booking another stay this summer!

This was such a great vacation! From the time we booked the trip to our departure KBM made sure we had everything we needed and also checked on us a couple times to make sure we knew how to access everything. The location is my favorite place to stay for n the island. It’s not crowded, people are respectful and all the personnel that works at the resort are friendly and attentive. They have parking that’s underground and secure along with gates at all entrances. The grounds on the property were immaculate and extremely clean! We walked down the boardwalk and o. The beach barefoot without having to worry about glass, trash or anything else! We will be renting here the next time we come to Maui!

The selection of rooms that were available and the QUALITY of the resort was stellar. KBM had excellent and precise communication including the directions with the rental car company. I had a few calls with them prior and each time it was met with courtesy. We have already referred friends to KMB and we will most definitely use them in the future.
