Wow! This location was better than I expected. I loved sitting on the lanai watching pickle ball and gorgeous ocean views. Everything was walking distance, the space was beautifully decorated and stocked. I am so happy with the accommodations and I can?t wait to come back. Thank you for such a beautiful space to enjoy our vacation!

An Exquisite Retreat with Breathtaking Views and Incredible Convenience Rating: 5-Star My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Champions Villas in Wailea. We had a fun and relaxing time. First and foremost, the location of the condo is centrally located and it is surrounded by the Wailea Blue Golf Course and Wailea Tennis Club. It is also a short walk (10 minutes) to The Shops at Wailea or a 3 minute drive with ample parking. Beautiful Wailea beaches are a short drive away or about a 15 minute walk. Another plus is that Ulua Beach is a great nearby spot for snorkeling. The condo is clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary items, which made cooking for our family of six a breeze. The adult pool and family pool provided the perfect retreat for relaxation and play, catering to everyone's needs. We made use of the poolside grills for multiple meals. World-class dining is also within a 10-15 minute walk or a short drive away. From start to finish, our hosts were attentive, responsive, and genuinely cared about our comfort and satisfaction. We recommend this condo to anyone seeking a remarkable retreat in Maui. Without a doubt, we will be returning for another memorable stay in the future.

We are a group of five friends celebrating our birthdays in Maui and this was the perfect stay during our getaway in paradise. Conveniently located just a short walk to shopping/market, dining, and beach, this accommodation is super clean and beautifully furnished with everything we need. The beds were comfortable and the location so quiet and peaceful, we slept very well. We enjoyed light breakfasts and morning coffees on the balcony with a nice view of the ocean. Some evenings, we relaxed in the jacuzzi by the pool. The fully equipped kitchen enabled us to cook on days we feel like eating in. Overall, this place was perfect and we’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Maui.

We had an amazing stay at this condo, which offered exceptional value! The space was extremely roomy, with plenty of space for the entire family. There were two large bedrooms, a living room, a balcony stocked with beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas, and washer and dryer. Everything was spotless, clean, and updated. The location was PERFECT, just a short and pleasant walk to The shops at Wailea, to Ulua Beach, Wailea Beach Path for sunrise and/or sunset . Overall, we couldn't be happier and will definitely return!

Our stay at the grand champions 120 was fabulous. Conveniently located in upscale Wailea, the unit was nicely, decorated very clean and cared for. The management team was informative and easy to work with made our stay seamless. We look forward to our return trip to grand champions 120 aloha.

We stayed 6 days in this well equipped 2 bedroom apartment. It was nicely decorated, had full kitchen with plenty of dishes. The shower was huge! We also enjoyed just listening to all the birds while sitting on patio. The pools were small but clean. This unit also had beach equipment for our use! The location of the apartments made it easy to see various sites in Maui. I would definitely recommend this unit to others.

We had a great time at the condo, it was in the perfect location. The property management was very accommodating, we needed a high chair and they brought us a brand new one within minutes. The condo was very well equipped, with beach toys, towels etc. Our kids also enjoy the swimming pool and walks to the beach.

The condo was just as pictured and in a great location! Clean and comfy. We will definitely stay again.

Grand Champions GCH-120 was a great place to stay at during our time in Maui. The condo was spacious and it has everything to accommodate our family of 5. Its private balcony has view of the tennis/pickleball court as well as the ocean. We were able to watch sunset as well as New Year fireworks. The interior was nicely decorated and very clean. The location of the condo was nearby to the beaches as well as the shopping/market areas.

We truly enjoyed our stay! This is a lovely unit with two large bedrooms and two baths - a full double shower in the master bath. We had everything we needed - cooked breakfast most days in the unit and a couple dinners. We enjoyed our breakfasts on the lanai. The breezes are nice and with a top floor unit, we had the front door and back windows open most of the day and hardly needed the AC except for late afternoon when the sun hit the windows. There’s beach chairs, some kids beach toys and pool noodles available. Also a washer and drier in unit. Would highly recommended!!!

Comfortable, peaceful, modern, private, beautiful! Our stay in this spacious, two bedroom, upstairs condo was delightful! It's location allowed us to explore many beaches, snorkeling spots and a mellow surf break in South Maui- all within short, easy drives. The provided mini-cooler, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and boogie boards made beach trips fun and pleasant. We enjoyed preparing many of our own meals in the well equipped kitchen, which includes a large fridge/freezer. There is easy access to multiple gas grills in either of two gorgeous pool areas, one pool geared for splashy play, and the other a quiet area for a tranquil experience- both well maintained and beautifully landscaped. Relaxing on the tree-top level lanai provided an excellent vantage point for the bird watchers in our group, with a view of the sea and adjacent islands in the background. A variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping are accessible within 1/4-1/2 miles of the condo (pleasant walk or short drives with plenty of parking). For runners and walkers, the Wailea Boardwalk and Beach Path is nearby, making for plentiful route options with amazing scenery. Golf and tennis also nearby. The four adults and two kids in our group completely enjoyed our stay and we hope to return very soon! 

Condo 120 on the second floor was a perfect place to make as our home base during our week in Maui. It was clean and spacious and offered all the amenities to make you feel at home. There was more than enough room to spread out our 3 large luggages on the living floor to rearrange our gear for all the different activities we were doing. The washer and dryer on the balcony was an extra blessing, as we would go through 2 or even 3 pairs of swim wear in a day. The view from the balcony is beautiful and looks all the way out to the ocean. The balcony furniture offered a comfortable area to enjoy the quiet morning sunrises and soft ocean breeze. One thing we especially love about condo 120 is that there are so many hooks for hanging things everywhere, especially for your wet clothes and towel. It's just a small detail, but it made such a big difference. The condo is close to the shopping village, the boat launch for snorkeling excursions to Molokini crater, one of the best snorkeling beaches on the island, Ulua Beach, and local food options are just a few minutes away. There's a reserved parking spot for the condo so we never had to worry about finding a place when we came back late. There are also guest parking spots right next to reserved spots so if you have two cars, there's always space for the second one. The host even arranged for a surfboard to brought to the condo for our use. There are beach umbrellas, chairs, and sand toys available also. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay around Wailea.

We enjoyed our return 10-day stay and Grand Champions Report Wailea. We love the Wailea beaches and lush landscaping in south Maui. Sidewalks throughout Wailea allow for easy morning walks. The close proximity to beaches made it easy to coordinate beach days and dinners out with local family.

We had such a wonderful time in Maui — thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with us! The house was spotless, spacious, and filled with natural light. When we arrived, the air conditioning and fans were already on, making the space feel refreshingly cool and welcoming. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and the home had everything we needed and more. We instantly felt comfortable and right at home. The location was incredibly convenient — just a short drive to Island Gourmet Market, ABC Stores and The Shops at Wailea. Maluaka Beach, one of our favorite spots, was less than 10 minutes away by car. By the way, you can enjoy a graceful Hawaiian hula performance at The Shops at Wailea for free on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There are also free hands-on activities for kids, such as weaving a basic Ti leaf lei, ukulele lessons, and more. Although the official check-in time was 4 PM, we were pleasantly surprised to be notified around 1 PM that the house was ready for us, which gave us a great head start to settle in and begin enjoying our vacation. Our kids especially loved spending time at the community pool every day — it quickly became one of their favorite routines. We also had a blast exploring the beaches, shopping, and sampling all the amazing food Maui has to offer. It was truly an unforgettable vacation, and we’re so grateful to have stayed in such a lovely home. Thank you again for everything!

This was a wonderful resort with plenty of space, many amenities, and very friendly staff. We got a 3 bedroom 2 bath with a balcony and it felt absolutely luxurious! The property itself was also very well maintained and beautiful. Very conveniently located near the beach and several stores/restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

My family of six loved staying here! The condo was nicely furnished and had everything we needed to be happy and comfortable. It’s a perfect walking distance from shopping centers, restaurants and several beaches. The staff was wonderful and checked in on us frequently. We have food restrictions and really appreciate a fully functional kitchen! We had a beautiful view of the ocean and stunning sunsets. Having beach chairs, body boards and a cooler available for use made our beach outings so easy. We can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful four-day stay at the Champions Villas in Wailea and couldn’t have asked for a better Maui experience. The villa was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the island. We loved the peaceful setting, lush landscaping, and easy access to the pools. The location is ideal—close to stunning beaches, great restaurants, and shopping, yet quiet and serene. Waking up to the views and enjoying evenings on the lanai made the stay feel truly special. The property felt safe, well cared for, and very comfortable, like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Champions Villas to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in Wailea.

Our condo stay was a great experience! It was well-kept, clean, and perfect for our group. The condo is close to great restaurants, shopping stores, and groceries. The area is very accommodating and will be a great location for future visits!

The condo accommodations were pristine! So very clean and comfortable. All the amenities that you could possibly need. The dinner we had, top notch! The two golf courses we played, Kapalua and Wailea were honestly the best courses I have ever played. My son and I had a blast! Memories that will last a lifetime <3!

My wife and I and another couple stayed at the Grand Champions for a week. The unit was very clean and in a quiet setting. They provided all the amenities. Location is in a great spot in the beautiful high demand Wailea…near world class golf, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed one of the several pools and spas on the property. Property was very well maintained with plenty of guest parking.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Maui condo! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The unit was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable — truly a home away from home. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to beach gear, which made our stay so convenient and stress-free. The location was perfect — close to great beaches, restaurants, and shops, yet still peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed having coffee on the lanai each morning and neighborhood walks at sunset in the evenings. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into making sure guests have a wonderful experience. We can’t recommend this condo enough and would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Maui!

Our condo was just as described. It was clean and well apportioned. The facilities were on point, including a pool and grills in case you feel like eating in. The condo was within walking distance of some up-scale restaurants and shops. You could also walk to the beach or to the golf course. The management staff checked in periodically, but were not obrussive. They were mostly interested in how the stay was and whether we needed or wanted anything. Check in and check out were each a breeze. We will look to stay at a KBM managed property again for sure!
