Amazing property - will be returning to this same unit again! It was an absolutely wonderful property for our family of 4. Loved the outside sitting area with the sounds of the waves, watching surfers, and amazing sunsets. Location is perfect - snorkeling with turtles just steps away on the reef, walking distance to amazing beaches, and the property's waterside pools were so relaxing! The unit was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. Truly fantastic - thank you!

This is a lovely condo in a beautifully maintained, quiet complex. Days spent on the spacious deck, watching turtles gather in the cove…even snorkeled with them one day! Can’t-miss sunsets! Great location close to restaurants, sandy beaches and the Kapalua coastal trail. The unit includes comfortable beds/furniture, a nicely equipped kitchen, and all beach essentials (chairs, towels, umbrella, coolers). Smooth rental experience, great communication and timely response to questions. Would book again!

We absolutely loved our stay in this stunning condo! The location is unbeatable if you dream of spending your time on Maui snorkeling with turtles, walking to Maui’s top beaches and restaurants, and watching surfers, whales, and sunsets from your lanai! The condo was super clean and well stocked with all of the kitchen, bathroom, and beach supplies a family could need. You really can’t beat the location of this place - you could enjoy activities within walking vicinity of the condo all week, or drive under 1 hour to many of the top Maui tourist attractions (i.e. hiking trails, surfing lessons, snorkeling, scuba diving, etc.). We have visited the Hawaiian islands a few times and this place by far was the most enjoyable and accommodating stay across all of the islands, so we will be back!! Mahalo!

Our stay here was amazing! We were able to snorkel in Hokuena Bay, right below our Lanai, and there were so many fish and turtles! 2 minute drive to Kapalua Bay, and you can walk to Napili Bay. The condo is great with plenty of room, and watching whales and sunsets from the Lanai was sublime. I highly recommend!!

KBM provided outstanding service on a fantastic rental unit. From the initiation of the rental process through the entire stay, KBM responded to all inquiries promptly and all concerns were immediately addressed. Due to our travel itinerary, our check-in was late at night. Check-in was very easy as KBM provided clear, concise check-in instructions. A KBM representative even called after our check-in to make sure everything was perfect! This was our 9th visit to Napili Point Resort, and our first through a KBM managed property. Previous stays have been in 1-br A units which were all great. The added space and bathroom with the upstairs C units was great. This particular unit was exceptionally clean and well appointed with all necessary cooking untensils and cleaning supplies. KBM provided a very nice welcome package, too! This reservation included a complimentary rental vehicle provided through Budget rentals. This was a deciding factor in choosing a KBM property and we were very happy with Budget and the vehicle. The booking process was very easy as was obtaining the vehicle and Budget even upgraded our vehicle to a larger vehicle free of charge. We were extremely happy with this location and with KBM and would not hesitate to recommend both.

We had an absolutely amazing stay here! The view is spectacular, and the "front yard" is a bay perfect for snorkeling, with so many fish, corals, and turtles! The pools and BBQs on the immaculate grounds were a plus as well. And the golden sand of Napili beach is just a few minutes walk along an easy path. Inside, the unit was clean, cool, and so well stocked, with excellent kitchen amenities, comfy beds, A/C and fans, towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, binoculars, detergent, etc. Coming home to the unit all week was an absolute joy! We loved staying in a luxurious setting, but one that was only 2 stories high. The vibe felt like a small community rather than a huge high rise resort. Would give more than 5 stars if we could!

The views from this location are absolutely stunning. It’s set in a fantastic part of town, with markets, coffee shops, and great food all within walking distance. The resort did an excellent job with the decor, check-in process, and the thoughtful gift basket. We felt right at home the moment we walked into the condo. We’ll definitely be back!

Thank you all for an absolutely amazing week at Napili Point! We traveled a long way and trusted that booking Unit C31 was the right choice — and the moment we walked through the door, we knew it was. The condo’s unbeatable location, with its stunning panoramic view of the bay, was pure bliss to wake up and fall asleep to. What a dream vacation for our family. The condo had everything we could possibly need — brand-new appliances, plenty of beach gear, and a fully stocked kitchen (we brought our own groceries and beverages). We enjoyed morning coffee while watching the sunrise and evening sunsets from the patio. Each day, we snorkeled with sea turtles and hiked along the cliffs for breathtaking views. KBM was incredibly attentive and communicative throughout our stay, and it’s clear they care for the condo as if it were their own home. We felt completely at home from the moment we arrived to the moment we (reluctantly) left. A few of our favorite nearby restaurants were Joey’s next to Napili Market and Miso Phat — wonderful local spots that shouldn’t be missed! We will absolutely be back and look forward to staying in C31 again. Thank you, KBM, for an unforgettable week in paradise!

We recently spent two weeks at Napili Point C31 and could not be happier. First, the view of the sunsets and the turtles in the cove is amazing. Watching the sunset from the lanai while watching the turtles swim around was beautiful. Second, the unit is packed with all sorts of gear for great outings to the beach. Boogie boards, Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrella, coolers, towels... anything you need, it's provided. Third, the unit is clean and comfortable. The spacious, king sized bed is extremely comfortable, which was important to us being there for two weeks. The kitchen is well appointed; we found everything we needed to make simple meals. Finally, the location is ideal. The unit is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, pickle ball courts, and the Kapalua Trail for amazing walks! We enthusiastically recommend unit C31.

This condo was in the ideal location for us as a family of four who have never been to Maui before. Tucked away in a small cove with lots of turtles and calm waters was an excellent place for snorkelling. Central location to explore the west side of Maui and not far to go the east side too. Condo had everything we needed to go to the beach and stay at home to cook when we wanted. Front desk is not much help if needed so stick with the KBM folks if you need anything. They are very responsive. Thanks for the great stay.

I stayed here on a recent girlfriend getaway. It worked out so well. We had ample space to hang out together, starting our mornings with coffee on the lanai (that view!), prepping a few meals in the kitchen (well appointed), etc and loved being able to retreat to our own bedrooms and bathrooms at the end of the day. The Napili Point location is fantastic. We took daily walks along the Kapalua trail, walked to restaurants, swam and hung out at Napili Beach (the unit comes equipped with beach chairs and umbrella so you don't need to rent them separately), and snorkeled in Turtle Cove right on property. Just a short drive away we got to snorkel in Honolua Bay (just North) and Airport Beach (just South), got amazing poke and a few other provisions conveniently at the Napili Market and enjoyed Kaanapali walks, restaurants, shopping and live music too. We were treated to some of the best whale watching Maui had to offer right from C31. The view from the Lanai was perfect and we could see whales all day long from that one spot if we wanted. Great accommodations and location. We will be back!

My wife and I stayed at Napili Point with our 2-children in a one-bedroom plus loft unit. The location was perfect. Stunning views of the ocean. Perfect for turtle and whale watching. Easy access to snorkeling just steps away from the condo. Very active turtle bay and safe accessibility for the children. Outdoor shower to rinse before jumping into the 2-community pools. Several clean barbecues to enjoy your favorite cookout. We especially like the Napili area because its quiet and well-kept but just about 1-mile outside the busier resort town of Kapalua. Short 10–15-minute drives to Kaanapali and Lahaina. Napili Point is a quick 5-minute walk to The Gazebo restaurant and Napili Bay Beach, and a 5-minute drive to the Kapalua Bay Beach. Less than 1-mile to the Napili Plaza for local shops, dining, and groceries. The condo itself was cozy and homelike, well maintained, and had all the beach gear and household items needed to enjoy our stay. Water Works Sports next door offers water and beach gear sales and rentals. We highly recommend Napili Bay and the condo unit!

My husband and I returned to Napili Point after 20 years and found it just as beautiful, magical and relaxing as it was on our first trip with our son when he was a baby. You can't beat the views, the turtles, and the well-maintained property. The sandy shores of Napili Bay are next door, or head straight into the cove below for snorkeling. Napili Market and the coffee shop 5min drive away are both great! We would stay again - and hopefully not have to wait 20 years for our next visit!

This was a 5 star stay for us. The corner unit view, airflow, spaciousness, comfort, beds, facility grounds, location and proximity to the cove and bay?was excellent. We would stay here again.

KBM Resorts Guest Services was very good in proactively communicating, quick responses and generally making themselves available for any questions. Only shortfall was not specific to the rental unit itself, otherwise would be 5 star rating.

View is beautiful from the deck, living room and kitchen. (Partial ocean view from master bedroom.) Sunsets are amazing and wonderful snorkeling just steps from the Condo. We saw sooooo many turtles. Easy walk to Napili Bay where there is a sandy beach as another option. There is no AC in the main room and master bedroom, however we found the fans and tradewinds kept the condo cool. There is an AC unit in the 2nd bedroom which was nice when needed. The condo has a charming Old Hawaiian feel and a nice large deck. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location for snorkeling. Turtle cove, Napili bay and Kapalua bay are all walking distance. Condo was very nice. Loved the balcony. It had everything we needed. Kitchen supplies, beach chairs, beach towels and washer/dryer. Convenient to the Gazebo restaurant which is awesome for breakfast and lunch. Beds were comfortable.

The condo exceeded our expectations. Rooms were spacious with lots of places to spread out, unpack and make the condo feel like a home away from home. The lanai was our favorite space to relax and enjoy the perfect views. Kitchen was well stocked making preparing meals at home convenient and easy. The corner unit with lots of windows allowed for the ocean and trade winds to keep the condo comfortable. The use of beach chairs, umbrella and ice chest was an added benefit. The complex was very quiet and located in the center of all the best things West Maui has to offer. A short walk to lounging poolside, snorkeling with lots of turtles (Honokeana Cove) and sunbathing at Napili Bay. Dining and shopping a short walk or drive away. We are looking forward to making this our temporary home again!!

Although I stayed at Napili Point Resort for a work project, KBM worked with me to find reasonable accommodation in a short time frame. Their rental car offer is a great addition to the stay. Unit was clean and Customer Service was excellent throughout the stay. Very thorough check in and checkout communication.
