My husband and I stayed for a week in one of your Honua Kai Resort condos in May. Our stay was wonderful. The service from the time we booked with KBM to the time we left was excellent. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook our own meals and do our laundry before leaving for our next island. It was so nice to have beach equipment to utilize. The location was also excellent. We enjoyed so many different parts of Maui. I will definitely recommend this rental as a great place to stay.

We had a great stay with KBM at Honua Kai. Everything was exactly as described and pictured. Communication was quick and efficient. Check-in was seamless. Everything you might need while visiting is included. Unit was very clean and modern compared to other condos in the area. Highly recommended.

A very pleasant , quiet location with a nice ocean view. The resort staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool water temperature was a little too warm. A great family resort. Great beach for snorkelling, boarding, and swimming.

My family and I are blown away by the experience through booking with KBM. From making our reservations they have been extremely helpful with questions we had about the resort, the island, and activities. We booked activities through them and had great experiences with the other companies as well! Overall, the check in and checkout and our experience at the resort was top notch. We loved our stay at our rental unit. It was amazing. It was the perfect amount of room for the two of us. It included all the necessities for a beach day and the resort property is everything you could ask for. I will recommend this place to all my friends who travel to Maui!

This is a pristine unit!! Brand new Bosh washer and dryer that performed wonderfully. When we went to use the Tommy Bahama umbrella it was damaged by a former tenant and KBM replaced it immediately with a brand new one!! Very quick response! We?ll definitely stay with KBM again with no hesitation

Great experience with KBM

This is our second time staying in unit 318. We love coming here! The grounds are so well-kept, Duke’s restaurant is on site and the unit has almost everything that’s needed during your stay. We made several meals and enjoyed them on the patio. The views are great! The ice maker in our unit was broken but staff offered to bring us ice which we appreciated. The bed is very comfortable, however I would recommend replacing the bed pillows and adding a shower stool to make shaving easier. Overall we had a fantastic time and we can’t wait to come back!

KBM was very accommodating and will definitely book with them again

This condo was very well situated to have a relaxing vacation for a family with young kids. Great value for the price, and we would repeat the trip in a heartbeat! Plenty of room for two adults and two small kids. Kitchen was supplied with most everything we needed. Really appreciated the amenities for kids (pack-n-play, booster seat, sand toys) and the beach equipment. Perfect set up with the pool and beach just a few minutes' walk away. Beach was not the absolute mildest for littles, but a good middle ground with some small reef for snorkeling, plenty of nice sand and a little bit of surf for boogie boards but nothing dangerous. Also groceries and restaurants conveniently nearby. We loved having our free rental car available but went days without using it as it was easy to entertain ourselves onsite.

We loved our stay HKH 318. The view sitting on the balcony was lovely. We watched a couple common miners. Feed their Young and a nest outside in the tree. The bathroom was humongous. The bed was very comfortable.

The experience was awesome, KBM resorts were amazing from the great service, to the luxury room and pools, not to mention the beach at walking distance. My family and I enjoyed every minute, It was a great experience of a life time since this was our very first vacation ever and it exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend KBM resorts, our family will be coming back soon!

We come to Honua Kai Resort on Maui every year and could not be more pleased with Maria and her staff. They are always professional, helpful and quick to respond to questions. The room you get comes with all you need to have a good time. There are plenty of pools to enjoy and the beach is fantastic. The rooms boogey boards, eski, beach chairs and umbrella are a nice touch so you can enjoy the beach. Very handy to have cooking facilities so you can save money on meals and there is a grocery store just a short 5 minute walk away.

We have vacationed on Maui on numerous occassions, though this was the first through KBM and at the Honua Kai. By comparison, this experience exceeded that of any resort we have previously stayed at. It was a first class appointed room with a beautiful view from the lanai, a great kitchen, and a washer/dryer. The price included the rental car, beach chairs and umbrella, parking, and a well-furnished gym. The biggest reason that we willl return, however, was the overall value - a reasonable price with no hidden fees made this experience a happy one and one we plan to return to on our next trip to the island.

This experience was wonderful! Check in went so smoothly and I love that they take care of the rental car experience for you. Everything was clean and when our unit was found to be missing beach chairs, some were delivered within hours of us requesting them. One thing to know, they toss all spices and condiments between renters so you will be starting with bare bones fridge and cabinets. Definitely not a deal breaker, but it's always so exciting to not have to purchase EVERYTHING during just a week long stay.

We had an exceptional stay. The views are breathtaking. Our condo had everything we could need. Including beach chairs , boogie board and umbrella. Dukes, the on-site restaurant is delicious. Something for everyone. Pool side service is a bonus. My only regret, not staying longer. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Booking was easy and checking in was even easier! This whole process was so amazing and it went smoothly. The hotel is beautiful and the room had everything we could?ve needed!

Great accommodations, grounds, staff, accessibility to the beach. Walking paths are inviting to visit the entire area of restaurants, bars and water activities. Also, great season to visit as the crowds were minimal and the children were not a concern as it’s school time! Pools are clean and refreshing and a lot of choices. First time, but won’t be the last!

Absolutely fantastic! The unit was gorgeous, functional and ideal for a couple for 2 weeks. Great value for money, especially with car rental included in price. Would without a doubt stay here again in a heartbeat.

We have been to Maui several times over the years - we have been by ourselves, with family and for work. Never have we stayed in the Lahaina or Kaanapali areas, we are usually in Kihei or down in Waileia. This year, our party of 11 stayed at KBM Resorts, specifically in the Honea Kai resort. It was absolutely fantastic. Our party had three kids ages 10 and under, and they spent 90% of their days in the pools. Kid friendly, with a slide area and a lazy river area, meant there was a never ending supply of fun in the sun. The service from the KBM Resort staff was remarkable. We had reservations in a private condo, we were not part of the Outrigger hotel group, and it was one of the best stays in Maui we have ever had. Our condo was full service - we could cook, we could do wash, there were two beach chairs, two boogie boards, sand toys for the little kids, a constant supply of beach towels available and personalized service at every turn. We will be staying here again for sure!!

This was my wife and I's second trip to Maui together, and our second time to Honua Kai. This trip was a little bit more special though with my wife being 7 months pregnant with our first child. We absolutely love Honua Kai, and tell our friends about it any chance we get. The rooms are great, the staff is as friendly as they come, and the amenities around the resort are hard to beat. Can't think of a better place to enjoy some time away from the day to day life. The moment you step onto Honua Kai's property, you feel the weight of life lifted off your shoulders and can take a deep breath. The views are incredible, and there's no better place to sit on the beach and watch the whales if you're there during the right time. We will be coming back for many years and can't wait to experience it with our children.

We have stayed with KBM over a dozen times. The largest room at Honua Kai we booked was a 3 bedroom. This time we booked our smallest, the studio (we finally left the kids at home for one trip). From large to small accommodations, KBM’s customer service level remains unparalleled.

My daughter and I stayed in a studio ocean view unit at Honua Kai for a week. The resort was very well maintained. The unit had everything needed, including a washer and dryer, and a good-sized kitchen that was well stocked, and the appliances were all new. KBM was great to work with for the entire process. They communicated everything well in advance of our trip, so there were no surprises. Our unit even came with a free rental car for the week which was a huge savings! I highly recommend KBM and will be using them for future vacations!

I would give the resort a 10 if I could! The staff was helpful and so pleasant to work with. The room was lovely, and EXACTLY what was advertised. We loved the view, and having such easy access to the beach.

The villa was full of everything you need for a home away from home. It was a girls vacation. Very close to everything and pools galore to experience everyday with a short walk to the beach. The beach views were incredible. A masterpiece for pictures. Parking so convenient. A beach walk so you can go to other resorts and have a bite. Yes for sure will be back. No regrets at making this choice for your paradise trip.

Love resort and accommodation the unit is spacious and has had some upgrades in the main living are. The hardwood floor is very nice and easy to keep clean.

Honua Kai is a great resort. The units have beautiful accordion windows that open up wide which is nice and decent size patios. More towels were dropped off very fast when asked for them. It is a very nice resort.

KBM resorts provides excellent service and the room and kitchen were clean and well appointed with everything we needed.

Very nice unit with a nice bathroom and spacious kitchen. Outdoor space is great for relaxing, eating meals or catching up on email in between pool and ocean activities. This is our second time at Honua Kai and we will be back again the next time we come to Maui.

We had a wonderful time. The property was great and the location perfect for exploring Maui. We had an issue with the water heater. KBM was attentive and replaced it quickly.

We absolutely loved our stay in HKH-338. It made for a great home base as we explored the resort and the island. We hadn’t expected an ocean view and were very pleasantly surprised to be able to see it quite well from the right side of the deck and the bedroom. The AC was great, fans were awesome too. The staff at Honua Kai are amazing - make sure you bring plenty of small bills to provide tips for the valet if you choose to use it. They work very hard in hot weather! All in all, could not be happier with HKH-338 or the amazing experience provided by KBM! They were attentive, quick to respond to questions, and really made our special trip even more special with their service. Book with confidence - you won’t go wrong!

From start to finish, our vacation was great. Really appreciate the communication as well! KBM has been our favorite vacation rental company for years.

Our stay at the Honua Kai Resort was outstanding. The room and the property were very clean. KBM texted multiple times during our stay with information and called to verify we were settled and answered a few questions. Our room was fully equipped with everything we would want. The beach chairs, beach umbrella and boogey board were all greatly appreciated as we used them daily. Food trucks, coffee truck, restaurants and grocery store were all within easy walking distance. I would 100% go back to this property again! For anyone thinking I might be overly optimistic I will try to list areas for improvement. These are so trivial I hesitate to mention them. We had two people in a one bedroom condo. There were only two wash cloths, a couple more would have been nice. The underground parking wasn't explained very clearly as we weren't sure if a specific numbered spot was for us (it wasn't and the underground parking was great). I checked back with the valet and cleared it up quickly. The main floor trash room wasn't changed for a day or two during our stay and started to smell when we walked by. None of this was an issue, I'm just trying to think of something to write here. I would absolutely recommend this property to any of my family or friends.

A beautiful complex, a very enjoyable place to stay. Condo is very nice but could use a few extras. Furniture is getting close to needing to be upgraded as it is a few years now since it was built. Having said that it is not completely shabby but is showing signs of wear. KBM are very easy to deal with and do attend to your needs in a quick and efficient manner.

We had an incredible stay at KBM Resorts’ Honua Kai! The villa was perfect for our family, especially with the included rental car, which made exploring the island so easy. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. We loved the convenience of having a well-appointed kitchen and the beautiful ocean views from the lanai. The resort amenities were a hit with the kids, who couldn’t get enough of the waterslide and the various pools. The beach was lovely, offering some decent snorkeling, and just a short drive away were even better spots for exploring the underwater life. We also loved how convenient the location was—with a variety of food trucks only a 5-minute walk away and a Safeway just a 7-minute drive for any essentials. Overall, this was a wonderful family-friendly destination that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a blend of relaxation and adventure!

My husband and I went to Maui the week before Thanksgiving. It was quiet before all the rush had the best time ever all of the restaurants were excellent. Our room was nice close proximity to everything . The Gemini Snorkel Sail, what is the highlight? We saw dolphins turtles, octopus, and lots of fish. Can’t wait to go back.

We loved staying at Honua Kai in condo 344! It was a nice location with a pretty view of the ocean and mountains. Easy to access the pool area as well as walk to Whaler's or Times to stock up with food. The guest care from KBM was seamless. The rental car, checking into Honua Kai, and checking out were easy as can be. Only downside was that there were two maintenance items that the Honua Kai Owners Association required during our stay (pest spraying and changing the AC filters). All good! Honua Kai is a fantastic resort!

We love Honua Kai and can’t wait to stay there again. It was the perfect blend of condo and resort for our family. It checked the box for everything we wanted as a family.

We were very happy with our room and the grounds. The pools were fun and the beach was nice. We ate at Duke’s several times and were happy with the food and service.

This is the third year that we have stayed in this same unit It is clean, well equipted and centrally located. KBM was very attentive with info prior to arrival and checked in to make sure everything was satisfactory once we arrived The rental car was set up and there were no issues

Everything was as it was described. The unit was stylish and comfortable, with a nice view. Really convenient: Our unit was just steps from the elevator and the we always could find a parking spot near the elevator in the garage below.

Perfect suite, perfect experience!

The location for this condo was perfect for us. A short walk to the beach where the snorkeling was amazing. And the onsite pools offered a lot to explore and never felt crowded. There are two markets on the property to get coffee or snacks. A short drive (or even a little walk) gets you to a grocery store and a food truck park. The grounds at Honua Kai are pristine.

The Honua Kai continues to be the perfect spot for a Hawaiian getaway. Having the beach right there along with Duke's (one of Maui's best restaurants together with the great amenities at the Honua Kai make it a gem! The communication and customer service from KBM is first rate. We had the check-in information when we needed it and, when we needed a couple of things for the unit, they responded immediately with follow up within two hours.

KBM delivered on another wonderful unit that was in perfect condition with an awesome location for the family. Highly recommended them and this unit for an exceptional vacation.
