Honua Kai HKH-504/20

H520 is a wonderful 2br, 2 ba, corner unit that is nicely decorated , very clean,in great condition, and a unit I would highly recommend. This is the third time we have stayed at the Honua Kai (last year was similar unit directly above H520) and really enjoyed the extra large balcony facing south with a partial view of the ocean on the west side. The units facing east( mountain view ) get enormous amounts of wind and it's hard to enjoy any meal, at anytime because of it. The air condioner and ceiling fans were fantastic.

We were happy with the whole experience. The resort was wonderful, the gourmet coffee shop was excellent, nice pools and hottubs, and having Dukes on site was a real plus. Sonny was an awesome waiter! The 2 bedroom unit was perfect! Loved our stay!

HK 520 was a beautiful condo and the Honua Kai resort was ideal for a family of 5 with kids 6 and under. Great beach, fun pools, tons of kids for instant friends. Parking was more convenient than any other resort we've visited, and plenty of stores, restaurants, etc nearby. KBM was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It was really helpful that baby amenities and beach toys were supplied in the unit. The L'occitane bath products were a nice perk :).

We have to say that the condo was amazing and we hope to be back. We will recommend KBM and Honua Kai to our friends! Really appreciate the tons of beach towels you gave us and the extra 2 beach chairs you brought for us. Loved the welcome chocolates! We really enjoyed them.

This was our first time using KBM to book a hotel and it was a very easy and hassle free experience. The room we rented was a corner unit and had amazing views of the ocean and mountains. It came fully equipped with beach gear, sand toys, pack and play, wagon, etc. Definitely made the trip more fun and memorable.

We had a wonderful stay at Hanua Kai HKH-520. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was spacious and fit our family of 4 adults and 2 children perfectly. The apartment was perfectly located close to the beach and pools. The apartment was equipped with beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, and snorkeling gear. The apartment was well air conditioned with a thermostat in each room to keep as comfortable as you desired. The Lenai was a great bonus with mountain and beach views. The resort had a restaurant onsite that was great, and pools had food and beverage service. We saw whales and turtles right on the beach just a few feet from our rental.

We had an amazing vacation at Honua Kai. The property does not disappoint. Just steps from the beach and ample pool space. The unit is equipped with beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler. I would definitely stay here again!

This room was absolutely perfect. The balcony was huge and offered a view of the mountains and ocean. It was clean and comfortable. There are water toys and chairs in the closet and the beds were comfortable. The resort is beautiful and has 4 pools. We had the best time!

Great experience staying at Honua Kai with 2 little ones. We enjoyed the multiple pool options, beach access, barbecue and good location. The facility is clean, and the management is extremely responsive. We got our questions answered in minutes. The room was clean and well equipped, including beach toys and chairs, and unlimited access to beach and pool towels.

We had our family there for a 60 th birthday. We all had an excellent stay and enjoyed it so much we booked for next year.

Our family enjoyed a week at Christmas. We had a fantastic stay at Honua Kai, HKH- 520. From the moment we walked in, it felt welcoming and comfortable — bright, clean, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing Maui getaway. The layout was spacious, and we loved how the large glass doors opened up to the lanai. We spent so much time out there enjoying morning coffee, ocean views, and the gentle breeze. The kitchen was well-stocked, which made it easy to prepare meals, and having in-suite laundry was a big bonus for a longer stay. The resort itself is beautiful — lush grounds, multiple pools for both relaxing and playing, and easy access to the beach and boardwalk. We especially enjoyed evening walks along the shoreline and grabbing meals at Duke’s right on site. The location worked perfectly for exploring the west side of the island while still feeling peaceful and resort-like when we came “home” for the day. Overall, our time at Honua Kai 520 was exactly what we were hoping for — relaxing, convenient, and filled with great memories. We’d happily stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Room 520 was spectacular. It had both an ocean and mountain view, which made the stay feel extra special. The two-bedroom layout worked perfectly for our family of four—the kids loved sharing the room with the twin beds, and we enjoyed having the king bedroom. The room was thoughtfully equipped with chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys, which made our beach days easy and fun. Those little extras really added to the experience. We would come back in a heartbeat!

504 is a great room with views of the ocean as well as the mountains. It was very clean and had everything we could ask for. My friends and I enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer!

The condo was large, spacious and well laid out and easily accommodated the five of us for our three week stay. We never heard any noise from guests in other condos. We had an amazing view from our lanai. We enjoyed having a restaurant and coffee shop on site. Having an excellent grocery store within walking distance was especially convenient. Parking for our rental vehicle was always available.

Beautiful property inside out. KBM was very responsive to my numerous questions. We also had a small issue with the dryer, which was taken care of immediately. I would recommend the property and KBM anytime.

Honestly this was one of the most well managed, worry free vacation rental Experiences I have ever had. From the beginning with my first correspondence and contract dealings; Maria Tobon was phenomenal. Responsive to questions almost immediately. She took a genuine interest to ask what we were celebrating, and how she could help... this was 4 months before our trip! Anytime we reached out to the concierge/contact email at KBM throughout the week, the response from their team and redemedy (if necessary) was top priority. The condo was stocked for every situation. Young kids, beach gear, football... appleTV to get to all your streaming apps. Really, we needed for nothing but groceries when we arrived. Providing dish washing pods and laundry pods was a VERY NICE TOUCH! I will recommend, not only this company, but this condo to med-large families. It has everything!

We had a fantastic time at this condo. Communication was excellent and check in was smooth. The condo itself was spacious and clean. There was a full set of kitchen and bath amenities. And finally, the view was just unbeatable!

We have loved our stay at Honua Kai 504. From booking to arrival and check in there was awesome communication and contact. Our condo was beautiful, big, and better than expected. Loved having the 2 king beds in the room for our kids. Bathrooms are huge and kitchen was supplied with everything needed for a week stay. I cant say enough good things about this unit. The view was amazing! We enjoyed our entire stay and we were really appreciative of all the things they had for our kids, including TWO pack N plays, a highchair and kids utensils. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay in this 3 bedroom condo. Well appointed and maintained. The property managers were quick to respond to any issues we had, down to supplying us with extra kitchen towels. There were beach chairs and a cooler to use which came in very handy as well as an assortment of games for evening fun. This round we were traveling with our adult children and having King beds in each of the rooms was a treat. I can't speak to the TV's as we never had them on. Views from the balcony of the sunsets and whales was breathtaking. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven.

It was wonderful! Excellent view from balcony. Very comfortable to live in with a larger family. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Bonus of beach items to use. Easy access to beach, pools, town, etc... Would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Honua Kai in unit HKH504. The unit was spacious and met our needs. The far guest bedroom with the ensuite bathroom had two king beds! The master was lovely with direct access to the deck, lovely spot for morning coffee. The unit can sleep 10, though we only had 5 people. There were also box fans in each room which our son and his fiancé appreciated as they need "white noise" to sleep. There were 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a cooler, 4 boogie boards and 2 umbrellas for our use. We really liked the electronic code entry system for the parking garage, door and towel kiosk. So easy to use. This unit has designated underground parking which was nice and kept the car cool. We enjoyed the pool and the beach and rented a cabana for 2 days. The KBM team was great in answering my questions ahead of time. The air conditioning turns off as soon as you open the door to the deck, even if you close it right away. But once we got in the groove of pressing the "on" button again on the AC the place stayed cool. The views from the unit were wonderful. We loved that it faced south as the sun was never directly hitting the desk so we could sit out all day and enjoy without direct sun. As it's on the outside of the U, we never felt like we were in a fishbowl, which I would think would happen if on the inside of the U. They had a nice package of coffee and chocolate covered macadamia nuts for us upon arrival. Would definitely rent from KBM again AND we'd definitely want this unit as well. Beds were comfy too. We didn't have any children with us, but they did have plastic dishes and children's beach toys available.

Unit 504 was great! We had 3 couples plus 3 grandkids, and the rooms were nice. The master bed/bathroom was awesome. The whole unit layout was good for us (even my 6'3" 15 yr old grandson slept on the sofa bed with no issues)! The kitchen was well stocked and accommodates simple dinner/meals. We grilled 'in' (dinner) 3 nights. Because we had a 3 bedroom unit, the balcony was extra long and a FANTASTIC VIEW of the ocean. All of us spent quality time on the balcony every day listening to music or the waves! An extra bonus for us was the 4 beach chairs that were used EVERY day. KBM Resorts was good to work with. They kept us informed, and the access codes were easy to use/follow. Will I rent there again AND use KBM? absolutely!

This was the most amazing place to stay. So big and nice, very clean, and perfect location. It was perfect for our large family.

Loved everything about this resort. Rooms were clean, spacious, well accommodated and provided all the essentials we would need. This resort had several pools which is great if you’re vacationing with babies/kids.

We had another great experience with KBM at Honua Kai Resort. The rooms were spacious and the 2 king room was a lifesaver. The beds are super comfy (need to know what mattesss brand they were) everyone said they slept like babies and no aches and pains in the morning. The lanai had gorgeous view of the ocean and mountains. Beautiful sunrises over the mountains and sunsets in the water. Until next time this was our favorite unit so far after 10 years coming to Honua Kai Resort.

HKH-504 for a week was 10/10 for our family of 6. We loved the unit, it was great to have separate bedrooms for mom and dad, the girls and the boys. KBM provided everything you could think of needing, from beach gear (chairs, boogie board, football) to books to laundry baskets! The unit was clean and well taken care of. Plenty of towels, garbage bags, paper towels, tp, etc. Never needed to call for anything. Highly recommend booking this unit. We will for sure be back!

The unit was as featured in the listing. There was plenty of space for everyone in our group. The unit is well equipped for everything you would need to cook dinner at home, but also everything you would need for a fun day on the beach (chairs, cooler, boogie boards). The amenities at the resort and the location were top notch! Would love to stay here again.
