Great place to take kids and grandkids

We took our children and grandchildren(21 total) for our 50th wedding anniversary. It was a great multi-generational facility. The location was great, the condo, pool area and grounds were well kept and the staff friendly. KBM was quick to get us the supplies when we ran out. I would recommend and return again.

We almost scrolled past this listing and I'm so glad we didn't. Unit 204 at Papakea is a genuinely special place — tastefully decorated, spotless, with a kitchen stocked well enough to actually cook real meals. The complex has a great feel to it and the beach access is the kind of thing you stop taking for granted about halfway through day one. Hosts were communicative and helpful. One of those stays you reference for years when talking about good trips.

The unit is beautifully maintained, the kitchen is genuinely well stocked, and Papakea's proximity to the beach meant our mornings were perfect every single day. hard to explain but some vacation rentals just feel soulless and this one absolutely doesn't. it's warm, it's well decorated, it's clean, and you can tell someone actually put thought into making it nice. the kitchen had everything. the bed was fantastic. and papakea being so close to the beach made the whole thing. we talked about this place the whole flight home.

We had a wonderful stay at Papakea D204 and would highly recommend it! This condo was perfect for our family of four and had everything we needed for an amazing Maui vacation. The ocean and koi pond views were absolutely beautiful. One of my favorite parts of each day was enjoying my morning coffee on the lanai while taking in the peaceful scenery. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was a huge bonus and made our stay even more convenient. We also appreciated all of the beach gear that was provided, including an umbrella, lounge chairs, and a cooler. It made our beach days easy and stress-free. Overall, this condo exceeded our expectations and truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!

Papakea D204 was the perfect home base for our Maui getaway. The condo was spotless when we arrived and immediately felt welcoming and relaxing. One of the highlights of our stay was taking advantage of the resort amenities. The BBQ area near the pool was fantastic—I was able to grill steaks for dinner while the kids had a blast swimming just steps away. We also enjoyed spending time on the putting green, which added another fun activity for the family. The location couldn't have been better. We were just a short drive from Whalers Village, where we enjoyed several great dinners and evening outings. Having a variety of food trucks nearby was also incredibly convenient for casual meals. After long days exploring the island, we loved winding down in the living room and catching a movie on the large 55-inch TV with easy access to popular streaming apps. In the evenings, my wife and I enjoyed relaxing together while taking in the beautiful scenery and ocean views. Papakea D204 offered everything we were looking for in a Maui vacation rental—great amenities, a fantastic location, and a comfortable atmosphere. We would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Maui.
