Extremely pleased with the service provided by KBM and also the condo we rented. The condo exceeded our expectations! We had a gorgeous 2 BR condo with 2 master baths, overlooking the Bay Golf course. When browsing condos to rent, look for a map of the Kapalua resort to find where your prospective condo is located. Our condo had a beautiful golf course view.

This is a very nice unit with ground floor lanais. Modern, very well appointed. Great beds. One note for some potential renters -- there are 22 steps down from the parking level and then 3 steps up to get to the front door of the unit.

Really enjoyed our stay at the golf villas. Walking coastal trails and snorkeling were great. Liked being walking distance to Honolua store. Would definitely come back

KBM is great and have a streamlined system for reservations, check in,... The offer of a vehicle was great. This trip we were very disappointed with our unit(golf villa) and the Kapalua complex seems a bit under duress.

Beautifully set up with many thoughtful items to enjoy immediaately upon arrival. Everything worked as planned.

Nice roomy condo with beautiful views of sunsets across the golf course. Comfortable beds, large bathroom with huge shower in master bedroom. Well equipped kitchen.

We had a fantastic time at the Kapalua Villas. The resort is fabulous, the villa was very comfortable, quiet, and clean, the beach chairs, beach towels and boogie boards were a nice touch since we use them every day. The Condo was very spacious and upgraded, the kitchen had everything we need to prepare meals. The location was great close to beaches, snorkel spots, grocery, restaurants etc. beautiful sunsets at the spacious lanai with the golf course view. Loved our stay at this particular condo. KBM Resorts employees are all very kind, responsive and helpful. They exemplify the spirit of Aloha. Anytime I called KBM, they were very quick to respond so that makes up for it all.

We love Maui and YES Maui is OPEN FOR BUSINESS including all of your favorite tourist activities and even some of your favorite restaurants in Lahaina have rebuilt and serving up amazing dishes. Kapalua Golf Villas were in the perfect quiet and pristine location for us on West Maui adjacent to the Montage and the Ritz. We walked the Coastal Trail every morning; we visited the Honoloa Store every day for coffee and snacks; and even enjoyed Greg Laurie’s telecast Sunday Sermon on the lawn. Sunset views were amazing from the lawn directly behind our unit. We had a parking space for our rental car. The unit was clean and well-stocked. Greens on the course looked amazing although we did not have the chance to take advantage of this amazing course on this trip. But the driving range is a 2 minute drive away. We had younger kids and our favorite activity was Kapalua Zipline whose parking lot was within walking distance of the Golf Villas. Location was also a short drive to Nipili Beach, Kaanapali Beaches & Restaurants, and walking distance to Merrimans. Thank you for an amazing trip. We will be back!

We stayed with friends. We really enjoyed. The space was well planned. We really liked how we felt separate from the couple we were traveling from when we turned in at night. The kitchen was laid out really well. The common grounds were very nice and how it was situated to all the beaches were very convenient.

All in all a wonderful trip and my family enjoyed the accommodations. Lovely setting, a very nice unit and excellent value.

Great location in a well appointed suite. The booking experience, including car rental made our vacation stress free and easy to plan. KBM followed up regularly to ensure our trip was perfect! I would highly recommend booking with KBM.

Perfect accommodation for our Multi-generational Spring break vacation. Walking distance to several amazing beaches, short drives to a wide choice of restaurants, close to 2 world class spa facilities and golf courses. Large grassy areas and selection of 3 pools kept the kids active. 2 separate bedroom suites provided privacy, while the living/dining/kitchen and patio gave everyone amble area to socialize. We would definitely book this property again.

This condo is great. Rent it. The two showers are beautiful. The kitchen is new with nice cabinets. There's a dishwasher and a new fridge. The furnishings are new and very nice with Japanese influence. There are two overhead fans. The couch is comfortable. There's a washer and dryer. There's two big TVs. The bedroom is big and the front room is big . There's central air and personal parking.

Nice, comfortable and stylish condo. TVs were smart and large. We felt like it was home.

The unit was nice and clean with a beautiful view of the golf course and a partial ocean view. The location was great. The beach, trails, a few restaurants, and a convenience store were within walking distance if you don?t want to drive and worry about parking or valet. The condo was well stocked with beach stuff. The only drawback for us was the air conditioning in the bedroom was not cooling very well during our stay. We had to use the ceiling fan and a box fan to keep the room comfortably cool. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

This unit was great. It was very clean had all of the essentials needed to cook meals, go to the beach, etc. It is very closely located to golf, beach, restaurants. Great walking trails and great views.

Everything about our stay here was wonderful. The Condo Unit was cozy and comfortable. We so enjoyed our stay and would love to come back and stay again sometime. Loved that there was a book of information about the grounds and area around. Had restaurant suggestions and favorite places to eat and phone numbers for reservations. Very helpful. Pool area was great. Lanai was lovely to sit on and loved the view of the golf course and trees and a little piece of the water. Very quiet and peaceful. And a car came with the stay! Thank you so much for making our trip something to look back on with great memories.

This condo was incredibly comfortable and welcoming. We loved the quiet setting, relaxing on the lanai, and having helpful information about the area right at our fingertips.

Why would you rent from anyone else , we come to Maui often and KBM is the best!!!! From arrival to departure they will look after you perfectly, the employee's are all exceptional and very quick to respond to all questions. The unit was spotless and well appointed, everything was GREAT.Thanks KBM

This was our first experience with KBM and it was fabulous. The agent answered all my questions, and I had a lot! We did all our communication by email and our messages were promptly returned within 48 hours. The check-in/check-out process was very easy. I had a question about the instructions that were left in the unit, I called the office and my mind was put to rest right away. We would definitely use KBM again.

We’ve just returned from two weeks on Maui at this condo unit. We had a terrific visit. The unit is clean and has recent updates that set a more contemporary beach vibe. Appliances are all new. There were plenty of linens available. We spent many hours on the very large deck. Our experience with KNM staff was very positive. We would recommend this unit to those who love the peaceful quiet of Kapalua.

We loved our stay in Kapalua! The condo was perfect in every way. We also loved the location on the golf course and we could walk to beach, restaurants and trails. Loved the lanai and pools and sunsets. We will be back!

We love this place. We’ve stayed in KBM properties multiple times and have always had great experiences. Clean, convenient, well appointed, and a huge lanai that fits the whole family. Comfortable beds, beach toys, close to the pool. The shuttle for getting around is also nice.

We had an amazing time, best vacation in years. It was a perfect location, we rented e-bikes so we didn't have to deal with local parking at the beaches. The one bedroom condo was perfect. When I booked the reservation, I wasn't sure if I had stayed there back in 2014 but it ended up being the same area/location, just ran by a different company. This specific unit was not outdated like the last one I was in and it had all the amenities and beach equipment needed. Hopefully we can stay at the same spot in the future.

The villa was spacious and had everything we needed. But our favorite spot was the balcony where we could watch the sunset. The villa is located near several beaches that we were able to walk to. Beach supplies (towels, chairs, etc) were provided. KBM responded quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely vacation here again.

Very happy with my week’s stay at this villa. Great sunset views from balcony. Villa was nicely furnished. Area was quiet, the grounds were well landscaped, convenient walking to the beaches and located close to other attractions.

This property provided a beautiful, serene, and quiet place to stay in particular because we were there during the recent storm on Maui. A local store and nearby restaurants were easily accessible. The beach’s in this area are beautiful. The villa came with beach chairs, sun umbrella, and boogie boards. We spent a day at D T Fleming beach and ate a delicious lunch at the Burger Shack. This is our second stay at the Golf Villas and plan to come back again.
