Kapalua Golf Villas KGV-20T2/T8/21P2/P3

The unit was clean and loved the table on the lanai…so nice sitting out there for dinners. Pots and pans and dishes for that matter were very nice. Loved having two full bathrooms and the bed was very comfortable. The dining room table was more comfortable thank it looks worked half days there. Loved walking the trails and walking to Kapalua and Napalli beaches. Would stay again and was very very happy with kbm. They had great service for a couple issues and supported us right away.

We had a great time staying at the kapalua golf villas! It’s a beautiful area & a few minutes from everything you need. The villa was clean, kitchen was stocked with basic utensils/cooking supplies, and we loved having a beach kit with chairs/umbrella etc.

The space immediately felt welcoming and well prepared. Everything was clean, thoughtfully arranged, and ready for us to enjoy without any stress.

From check-in to checkout, the entire stay flowed smoothly. It allowed us to focus on enjoying our time rather than managing details.

Mornings felt calmer just sitting with coffee and taking everything in. It added a peaceful, memorable layer to the stay that we truly appreciated.

You can tell the property is cared for. Everything felt intentional and well managed.

Our stay at the Kapalua Golf Villas in unit 20T8 was nothing short of exceptional! The communication ahead of time was timely and thorough and we were able to get into the unit and find everything we needed without issue. The unit was amazing in every way! Beautiful decor and comfortable furnishings throughout, clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and we slept like a dream. Bathrooms had very nice toiletries, a hair dryer, and more. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, toys, and a cooler we used at the beach which was awesome! I cannot say enough about the view from the lanai - just wow!!! We loved our stay in this amazingly gorgeous area and will definitely be back!

I cannot thank these people enough for our stay! Let us know everything from our room; rent a car. On it. Room was beautiful and all amenities in the room from full kitchen with supplies. Extra everything towels beach towels and things to take to the beach. Who does that?. Decor in the room was so nice and of course the view. Thank you KBM! Your staff was always there and gracious to help us all week. We will be back next year ?

We just enjoyed another amazing stay in unit 20T8 for our anniversary, and we truly can't say enough about the property and overall experience. This is the place to rent in Kapalua! The unit is bright, impeccably clean, and beautifully appointed. It has everything you need for a perfect stay—and then some. From beach gear and a fully stocked kitchen to high-end toiletries, a super comfortable bed, smart TVs, and a washer/dryer, every detail is thoughtfully provided. The tasteful decor adds a touch of elegance that makes it feel like a true home away from home. The lanai and view are absolutely phenomenal. We spent countless hours enjoying meals and cocktails while soaking in the scenery. The grounds are breathtaking and meticulously maintained. We loved both pools and the easy access to the Honolua Store, where we picked up just about everything we needed. Plus, you're just minutes from great restaurants, bars, beaches, and hiking trails. We’ve found our happy place in Maui, and we will 10000% be returning to this unit. If you're considering a stay in Kapalua—book this place now!

KBM is a fabulous company to do business with. They are extremely responsive, courteous and very helpful. The 20T8 Golf Villa was fantastic, clean, well maintained, comfortable and roomy. It was a great home away from home for our winter retreat. We would definitely rent from KBM again as well as this same villa. We love the Golf Villas. The grounds are beautiful, maintained exceptionally including the 4 pools. Can’t wait to come back.

Overall very nice unit that had lots of amenities. Kitchen was well stocked with the necessities and loved having all the beach stuff so we didn't have to bring anything. Also the pools were very close.Only down fall is it is a bottom unit with 2 other units above you. The people directly above us were early risers and a bit noisy....we could definitely hear them.

We had a lovely time in this beautiful ocean view condo! The lanai is the perfect spot to eat breakfast and lounge. The kitchen had everything we needed - utensils and pans, etc., were in excellent condition. Comfy furniture and beds. Pools are in pretty garden settings. Walking distance to the beach. Easy booking with KBM, and they responded immediately to our inquiries. We would definitely return to this unit!

We have traveled a lot and stayed in Hawaii many times, but this unit at the golf villas outdid our expectations. You can tell that the owner really cares for this place. Incredibly well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, great view, and great choices for entertainment. Wonderful easy living in Kapalua. We can’t wait to return. Don’t hesitate to rent this unit!

Golf Villas 21P1-2 is the best unit in the complex. We love that it’s a ground floor unit so that we can easily walk out from our lanai (which has a full ocean view - amazing sunsets) to the pool. We always stay in this unit if we can as it has two comfortable king bedrooms with a pull-out couch if needed for additional guests. The condo is always so clean and has all of the essential vacation rental items you would need for the kitchen, as well as chairs, umbrellas, coolers for the beach. It’s also extremely quiet yet it’s conveniently located to some of the best beaches and restaurants on the island (walking distance from at least 4 restaurants and 2 beaches). KBM is a pleasure to work with - check-in is seamless and they are always available if you need anything! Highly recommend staying here for the perfect Maui vacation!

Our family booked this two bedroom unit for 10 days in October and we had an amazing time. The location is perfect - you can’t beat Kapalua with its calm sandy beaches, perfect snorkeling and beautiful sunsets. You are also close to Fleming Beach if you want some good boogie boarding or surfing action. The condo is big and has everything we needed. The double king master suites were perfect for our group, with the kids using the pull out sofa bed. It was clean, well stocked for all of our cooking needs, and had great showers/water pressure (that’s important to me!). The lanai was lovely for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. We loved that this was a ground floor unit so we could walk straight out to the pools. This complex has 3 or 4 pools, so finding a spot was never an issue. We were also able to walk to four different restaurants - as well as the Montage and the Ritz. Every morning we hopped on the coastal trail from the condo and walked along the ocean for about 2 miles. It was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend booking this condo in Kapalua. We have already booked our return trip next summer.

This unit has everything you need for a great Maui vacation. Convenient location, great sunsets from the deck, easy walk to the beach and the four pools. The Kapalua golf villas are an excellent choice for a vacation stay in Maui, even if you do not golf. They are very clean, spacious and family friendly. The villas also feel very private and quiet. The views of the golf course and Pacific Ocean from the lanai are spectacular. The four pools scattered around the villa resort were all magical. The kapalua golf villas are also walking distance to several wonderful beaches.

We had a great time staying in the Kapalua Golf Villas. Our apartment looked brand new, and was very beautiful and comfortable! We had everything we needed to spend a relaxing and enjoyable vacation - a fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathrooms, washer and dryer unit, and comfortable beds. They also provide all the baby /toddler necessities like chairs and beach wagons, and potties. The patio view to the ocean was fantastic! It was such a pleasure to watch sunrises and sunsets from there. Also the staff is very helpful and friendly. We were missing a set of kitchen knives and beach towels, and they provided everything once I gave a call.

We come to Hawaii every winter, but this was our first time renting from KBM. We have stayed at the Kapalua Golf Villas about 5-6 times before, so we knew the property. Previously we had used another local rental agency and VRBO. The KBM staff's communication and friendliness was superior to both other options. The furnishing of this townhouse was the nicer than any other of the previous townhouses we have stayed at on this property. I was a little bit leery of KBM's offer of an included free rental car. I assumed this rental may be some budget, second rate, off airport location car rental agency. I was pleasantly surprised to find out it was one of the major national car rental brands located on the airport property. The car rental experience was seamless and actually made the trip easier being one less thing to set up before the trip. Would we rent from KBM in the future, absolutely. Matter of fact, we most likely will just go straight to their website to book our next trip.
