This property and unit exceeded my expectations from booking, check in and check out. The resort is immaculate and well kept with an abundance of activities for all. The unit was stocked well and everything was in working condition. We will definitely stay here again and I will not hesitate referring my family and friends.

Friendly, courteous and fast response at all levels. Our unit was clean, very clean, and luxuriously appointed. We felt like we were home. We actually wished it was our home. It sure is tough to leave such a perfect place.

We have traveled to Maui on many occasions but KBM Resorts was by far the best experience we have had. From the reservation to the car rental, the check-in was smooth and seamless. Our room was immaculate and came with a giant toy box filled with chairs, sand toys, boogie boards and a cooler. Our view of the resort and partial ocean was stunning. KBM even left a Welcome Gift of chocolates on the table for us. We won't be booking with anyone else on our future trips to Maui! Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!

The Villa was perfect for what we needed. I have never stayed in a condo on vacation that was so big! If you are traveling with kids I would highly recommend going through KBM. The accomodations included everything you need for the little ones. It was so nice to not have to rent a highchair, pack n play, beach toys, etc.

Beautiful condos, well appointed, in excellent condition. The grounds are fabulous, beach access and Duke's, market in building very helpful. Can be quite noisy at night, with guests keeping music on and doors open to the central are till all hours.

The unit was exactly how it looks in the pictures. They provided dishwasher soap, laundry pods, and kitchen necessities. Along with beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards! The unit is very large and has a very large balcony. We loved our time there and will definitely book again! A memorable Christmas vacation with my adult kids- one we will never forget! Thank you !

This resort is in a great spot, big enough for the whole family great pools,Dukes on location, and easy walk to food trucks and a grocery store. Highly recommend to anybody looking for a fun family vacation.

I would highly recommend booking your vacation thru KBM. From the moment I called and said what I was looking for there was an email giving me locations, prices and pics. Then I made my choice and filled out my request online and response was quick. Property was beautiful and better than expected. The box of chocolate's left on our dining room table was a nice touch! Thanks for making our vacation awesome and hassle free!

Honua Kai has a Great pool complex for the whole family.

Great place to stay. We like the location, the spaciousness and the furniture and fixtures at Honua Kai. Toiletries were top notch. Bedding was good. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen accessories, the beach towels and surf boards and chairs. The lanai is fabulous!

We had an awesome experience. From the time that we booked to the day we left we were amazed and how easy everything was. The unit we stayed in (Konea 445) was everything that we expected and more. The grounds at the Honua Kai were amazing and we felt like we really got what we expected. We will stay here again.

KBM is so thorough and helpful. We have stayed and traveled to Maui many times and we will no longer book with anyone else.

Accommodations were great - very clean and absolutely everything we needed (beach chairs, cooler with wheels, beach towels, boogie boards, etc). Pools were beautiful and grounds were well kept. The waterslide was fun for the kids. KBM was very responsive if we ran low on items (toilet pepper,etc). We would send an email and the items showed up shortly after.

We had a great time. Booking was easy and check-in was no problem. We hope to stay at a KBM property again in the future.

Everyone wants to have a good experience from start to finish on their vacation! We certainly did! The Reservation Manager, Maria was amazing. She was very client focused and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I received reminder emails over the next few months to remind us about our holiday and what to expect. It made me feel that we were going to be special guests of the condo complex! I received a telephone call when we arrived in Maui to let me know the check in time and who would be meeting us upon arrival. As we arrived, we were greeted by the Bell Boy who took our luggage up to the room with Kyle,the KBM representative who gave us a brief orientation of the condo. Everything was very easy for us. The condo itself was beautiful, clean and well appointed with high end appliances and furnishings. We had all the comforts of home. We had a two bedroom condo. The four of us had plenty of room and spent alot of time on the large balcony that could accommodate all of us with ease. The view from the four floor was beautiful! The pool, the gardens and the ocean were in our view everyday. The beach was beautiful and the pool area magical with waterfalls! The landscaping in the complex is amazing and the bushes and tress were blooming with red and yellow flowers. The staff working in the complex were very friendly and helpful. Maria was always there to answer any additional questions I had while we were there. Truly a great place to spend a vacation! Thank you. We will be recommending the Honua Kai Resort to our friends and it will be on our list of vacation resorts to come to.

We stayed May 20-27, 2017. Beautiful unit and well equipped. Nice location and close to everything. We enjoyed our vacation and would love to come back and stay again.

Our Hawaiian condo rental through KBM was excellent! The customer service offered made for a smooth and easy vacation experience. We received a complimentary car rental which was a valuable perk for us. We wouldn't hesitate to go through KBM the next time we book a vacation stay in Hawaii.

Loved the experience and will definitely be coming back to Honua Kai. Great amenities and location was perfect. Kids enjoyed themselves and we enjoyed the condo - perfect size for our family.

This is my third year using KBM for my rental and they are so great to work with. I love the fact they give a free compact car rental if you book 7 or more days. The unit we stayed in was nice and clean and very comfortable. I look forward to going back and using them next year.

The Honua Kai was an amazing property. Loved that we had a cooler, beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards waiting for us!! The pools were fantastic and the small beach on property was nice! It was our first time to Maui and we'll be back!!

Beautiful resort with nice pools, on the beach. Dukes restaurant on site. Nice furniture, comfortable beds, plenty of storage for clothing, beautiful bathrooms, great deck with plenty of deck furniture. TV was adequate and there was good wifi. Nice underground parking. Wristband system for room entry, pool towel access. Our room had a rather small kitchen for a room that housed up to 8 people, including a lack of places to put your groceries and supplies. It has a sized fridge which was also too small for 8. Also it lacked some basic necessities, such as not enough glasses, spoons, towels and a few other items. Overall good experience as these small annoyances did not stop us from having a great time.

We had a party of 8 and we stayed at the Honua Kai Resort in the Konea Tower room 445. Our flight landed at 9:40 am and although our room was not ready for check in, the staff was very helpful in holding our luggage and getting the kiddos some towels for the pool to cool off and start our vacay while some of the adults walked across the street to the local grocery store to grab necessities. The hotel also held our groceries in containers and in the fridge/freezers as well while our room was getting ready. The have grills in the pool/hot tub area so you can get your steak on too. Once checked into our room, it was nice and clean and there were some beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler for us to use at the beach. Our room was very close to the elevator and from there we had very quick and easy access to the main courtyard that lead to the pools, hot tubs and the beach! Be careful though there are some rocks/coral when you go into the water so be sure to wear your swim shoes! Off in the distance you can see whales splashing, my sister and her brother-in-law were swimming and were bumped into by a turtle and there are seals that will pop their heads up once in awhile. Although there are lights from the resort, when on the beach, the skies are so dark you can see the stars multiplying right before your eyes as the sun sets. I highly recommend this resort and would definitely come again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Maui at the Honua Kai. We are already making plans to come back. In my opinion, the location to the beach, pools, views, facilities were all really amazing! Our family of six loved our stay here. We are ready to come back and stay again!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and comfortable. Having two large beds in the second bedroom made it easy to have my kids visit for a few days. The facilities are beautiful. Having easy access to pools, hot tubs, and the beach was wonderful. The beach walk made it easy to get in a healthy walk each day. The BBQs and gym are a real plus. We will come back again!

Our stay at Honua Kai in Maui was absolutely incredible—spacious suites, breathtaking ocean views, and easy beach access made it the perfect tropical getaway. The resort’s laid-back luxury and family-friendly vibe created unforgettable memories for all of us.

We had a lovely stay at the Honua Kai. It was the grandparents' first time to Hawaii and they absolutely loved it. The view from the balcony was beautiful and and the grounds of the resort were well kept. The unit was very clean and spacious enough for our family of 7. The beach chairs and umbrellas provided in the unit was very handy for our beach days. Overall, this was a great stay and we will be coming back on our next trip to Maui!

This was our 3rd time in Kaanapali, but first time at this resort! The unit was spacious and perfect for a group of 7. The management team were super attentive and accommodating. We walked to Whaler's village and took the shuttle back, which dropped us off at Maui Villas, which is only a short walk back. The area is central to everything you could need. Make sure to check out Leilani's at the Beach, Plantation House Restaurant, Food trucks next door, and Baya Bowls!

We stayed here with our extended family of 10 during Christmas. The resort was clean, friendly, and very accommodating. The beach, pools, grocery stores--all close and easily accessible. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone staying in Maui with a large group.

The condo was beautiful and well equipped for everything we needed during our week long visit. The key codes for doors, parking gates and fresh towels was very convenient.

Every room in this condo is spacious and inviting. The lanai/ balcony in particular has a terrific view and space for everyone to enjoy the indoor outdoor living. The washer and dryer are modern and work great! So nice to wash up the clothes so easily in our own unit. All in all, a terrific stay!

Had a fantastic vacation with my family at this fantastic location. The pools, beach, food trucks, and location were incredible, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Can't wait to come back to Maui!

The Honua Kai was secluded yet convenient. The room was so comfortable and we loved the pools, hot tub, waterslide, and beach access. The gym was a bonus. Finally the staff were attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Wonderful week.
