This place was awesome! The ocean is literally right outside and we spent every morning on the lanai watching waves and turtles. The condo was spotless, well stocked, felt private. We will def be back.

The views were unreal and I loved that you could hear the ocean all day and night. Napili Point is quiet and peaceful and still close to great beaches and restaurants. Mahalo!

We chose this condo for the oceanfront location and it did not disappoint. Watching sunsets from the lanai was the highlight of our trip. The layout was comfortable and the kitchen was easy to cook in. It felt like a home, not a rental.

If you are looking for a true Maui experience, this is it. The proximity to the water is incredible and we saw turtles almost every day. The unit was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Our kids slept on the sofa sleeper and actually slept through the night on there - hallelujah! We loved that the unit came with complimentary kids toys for the beach, as well as beach chairs, cooler, etc. A great little Hawaiian home and we will be recommending it to our friends! Thank you for a great stay!

This condo delivered exactly what we were hoping for. Oceanfront, quiet, and close to great beaches. The lanai was our favorite spot and we spent most evenings watching the sunset. We will book again!

While the unit was a bit outdated (living room furniture, bedroom furniture and wall decorations), the unit itself was perfect! We loved the location, the amenities and the customer service. Having a full kitchen was so nice as was a washer and dryer. The mattress on the king size bed was very comfortable. The AC unit was only in the bedroom but that was all we needed in January. We very much appreciated the pool and beach accessories left for our use as well. Sunsets were beautiful and the snorkeling right out our door was phenomenal. We were able to see whales breaching in the distance as well! We would 100% use KBM again and stay in this particular unit again as well. Other benefits included free (and near to the unit) parking and a free rental car as well! Every dollar saved helps a family on a budget.

Awesome location facing a calm cove feels like a private sea, which provides best snorkeling I have ever experienced! Also very easy access - just 5 minute walk - to Napili beach, one of most famous sandy beaches on the island. The unit is tidy and clean equipped with all items we need.

If you’re looking for a place in west Maui to relax, consider Napili Point! Very private beach front, plenty of parking (which can be challenging in Napili!) and close access to sandy beaches and food options. Condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed to live carefree for a week…not once did we have to go out and get something, everything was included in condo (washer/dryer, laundry detergent, dishes, utensils, beach equipment, etc). Will definitely be returning and definitely booking with Napili Point, thanks for an outstanding vacation!!

My husband I just spent an incredible week here. We loved walking right out the door and snorkeling in Honokeana Cove with the turtles in the morning. We saw 8 in one day! We loved eating breakfast and lunch on our patio and watching the waves roll in. The pools are situated beautifully to watch and listen to the ocean. We loved relaxing, swimming and reading poolside. It was like being on the beach without the sand. Then if we wanted to snorkel or swim it was a quick 2-5 minute walk depending on where we were going. Napili Beach was fantastic. Kapalua was incredible for snorkeling and we just walked 15 minutes there and avoided dealing with parking. The location of this place is fantastic. Quiet, beautiful and easy access to everything. I couldn’t have loved it more. There is AC in the bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. A fantastic experience all the way around

Great location, clean condo, easy communication with KBM staff. Easy check in, offered solutions with one issue we experienced with the dryer. We have stayed in KBM managed properties multiple times and we will again.

I loved this condo! Beautiful view of turtle cove and morning surfers! Great spot to watch the sunset on the lanai. The room itself was comfortable and had all the “things” we needed for our stay. It was an easy, short walk to the beach at Napili Bay. We would definitely stay here again!

Our unit was sold after we booked through airbnb KBM made the transition quite smooth. They honored the price we had paid. Any small requests we made were handled quickly. The unit itself is lovely. A beautiful view. We saw whales from our lanai. There are no stairs to enter or exit. There is a step down inside. The snorkeling in the bay was amazing. My husband saw a stingray. We had a high surf while there and the waves were incredible. The split A/C made it easy to have the bedroom cool and have the breeze going through the main area. Very comfortable. A well stocked kitchen was great for cooking. Bathroom is spacious. There is security on the grounds and we were very comfortable with that. Overall I highly recommend staying here.

Overall we loved our time on Maui, as always (we’ve been here 20+ times and we are based on the east coast). I love napili bay, so this is a prime location to stay. The views are gorgeous and make this place wonderful. The welcome note and gifts they left for us was also super thoughtful! (We love the socks!). There is a great high boy table to eat which is critical for capturing the views over the bushes while you eat! This table was great. The AC units worked well. Overall, we would be back for sure!

We enjoyed a month at Napili Point. Check in was easy & had a lovely welcome gift & snacks. Really appreciated. KBM Resorts.They have been great to deal with, a couple of maintenance issues solved. Unit is comfortable & well equipped . It was a five star experience except the missing lanai furniture. Only a high top table & chairs were provided. Could not just sit/lounge with a good book. We love this area, we can walk to Napili Bay, favorite restaurants & awesome beach trails. We will be back to Napili Point next year!

Our stay at Napili Point through KBM Resorts was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and came fully stocked with everything we needed—from beach chairs and towels to a fully equipped kitchen. The views of the ocean were breathtaking. The location is ideal—just steps from some of the best snorkeling on the island at Honokeana Bay (we swam with sea turtles daily!) and a short walk to the sandy shores of Napili Bay. We also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the property was—it truly felt like a hidden gem. KBM Resorts made everything seamless with great communication and easy check-in. Their team was responsive, friendly, and professional, and they made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommend this unit and KBM Resorts—we’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful view. AC in bedroom and living area worked great, which is important to us. Well stocked with most everything one would need in Maui. That being said, we would rent it again. KBM was excellent to work with and we would not hesitate to rent from them again.

We stayed 4 nights and everything went smoothly. Great location , we usually stay in Kapalua but actually prefer Napili. The condo was perfect for 2 , well equipped . We did not cook but everything you need for cooking is there . Best bonus was beach chairs and umbrella / cooler . We really didn’t use the a/c coming from SanDiego we prefer non conditioned air. Ceiling fans kept the unit very comfortable . Sunsets were lovely ! Great spot .

Our unit at Napili Point was perfect. It had everything we needed - loved the extras like beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. It was a great location to walk to Napili Beach and Kapalua bay. KBM was very responsive with any issues that came up. Would highly recommend booking with them again.

I stayed here with a family member for a week in October 2025. It's a great location and we really enjoyed our stay. The view is amazing! Gorgeous sunsets and the sound of the waves. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the dishes and cutlery are better quality than many vacation rentals I've stayed in. The sharp knives are ACTUALLY sharp! Parking is easy and plentiful. There were always empty spaces, no matter the day or time. There is a beach closeby. It's also where the turtles hang out and rest on the shore at night. Snorkeling is top notch! (remember to stay 10+ feet away from the turtles) Plenty of beach gear, including Tommy Bahama chairs and boogie boards. We added a pool noodle to the gear stash (helpful while snorkeling).
