Nice big rooms with amazing views. The pools are really fun for the kids. I would definetly come again and stay.

Great view with wrap around balcony. Great patio furniture. Resort is lovely. Upgrades on furniture. Note that the dryer is ventless so takes a little longer.

Our family of four had an incredible stay! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We very much appreciated the beach gear and the clothes drying rack - we used them every day and made our stay that much easier because of these touches. Thank you for adding to our memories!

Such a perfect spot! Stayed here with wife and 4 young kids. The condo was perfect and clean. Loved the tile floor throughout. Would definitely stay here again. Watched 100s of whales right from the porch during breakfast and lunch.

Our room was great! Clean, cozy and an incredible view. Appreciated the beach equipment, Chairs, umbrella etc. No complaints, fun was had by all.

The resort was very family friendly, wonderful amenities! My kids (ages 7, 3.5 and 3.5) had a blast. Having a full kitchen was fantastic and allowed us to save some $, having breakfast at home. We would love to come back!

The unit and property lived up to the hype and exceeded our expectations! We loved it and felt very comfortable with the accommodations. The guest services team was very responsive when anything came up. We will be back again!

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this condo! The location and check in/out was great. The unit was stocked with everything we possibly could have needed plus more. Everything was clean and even a lot of the kitchen supplies.

We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights. The property is very well maintained and clean. Our two bedrooms, two bathrooms apartment was excellent, exactly as described. The customer service was great, and complimentary valet parking is provided if you have a car. Overall we had a great time resting and exploring the island.

Everything was great. Seeing whales everywhere on this trip was spectacular! Honua Kai is our favorite place to stay on Maui. Our 7th time here. The vacuum was nice to have and keeping clean floors. But mostly, I love the “homey” feeling the units offer.

Great unit with well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and great views from living and dining room, as well as a great wrap around deck. Property very well maintained with easy access to beach and pools. Duke's on site has nice background music for the day. Both bedrooms have big bathrooms with bath/shower. Washer/Dryer including soap for the stay. Parking and elevators easy to access. 4 TB beach chairs and umbrella as well as 2 small boogie boards in the front closet.

We had the best time and experience. Customer service was great with anything we needed while we were there! Definitely coming again!

Aloha! I have always booked directly with resorts and never used a vacation rental company before and needless to say, I was a little concerned on the process, service, and security of it all. After all is said and done, I am extremely satisfied by KBM for the assistance and service throughout the process and the final product and experience of our family vacation. We found a smoking deal, the Hard Hat Special, at the Honua Kai property and booked our vacation. KBM was super fast and responsive with multiple property quotes and multiple date requests while we were planning our vacation. Once we decided on our dates and room, KBM made the rest of the process a breeze. Free rental car and free valet/hotel parking was a nice additional benefit. The room was very nice, well appointed, comfortable and gave our family a very comfortable home base for our stay. The kids and I found the construction project next door to be educational and entertaining. The noise was hardly noticeable with the windows closed. There was obvious noise when the doors and windows were open, but it was hardly disturbing. After all, we were only in the room for meals, rest and sleeping, so the construction was never an issue for us. We are already planning a trip for next year and will be contacting KBM for assistance.

We had a great time at Honua Kai- we have stayed there before and knew we would have a good experience. Only negative was the lanai due to construction next door. We were aware of construction- I just didn't think about how much dust there would be on lanai.

Overall, we were extremely pleased with this unit and the KBM Management. It was truly as advertised. While there is construction next door, nothing could be heard. The unit was exceptionally clean upon check-in and was well stocked with bath and beach towels. The property itself was beautiful, very well-maintained, and had wonderful staff.

Renting this unit with KBM was a great experience! The unit was clean, well stocked and we loved the L'Occitane soaps and lotions. I was a bit worried about the free car rental, but this was also a good experience and a super benefit. We upgraded slightly. The closet had a boogie board, 2 chairs, 2 umbrellas, great sand toys and a cooler (this will need replacement soon). Unit was supplied with 6 high quality beach towels. KBM website and registration was easy and they were very responsive prior to our arrival with reminders to make check-in easy. I would definitely rent with KBM again!

I love going thru KBM Hawaii, the staff is great to work with. The follow up and communication is great and they will go the extra mile to take care of you. It would be in your best interest to follow up with a KBM Hawaii staff to make sure the room as everything it should have. That said; I will still go thru KBM Hawaii, but will make sure it's a quality room that we expect from Honua Kai Property.

We always love staying at the Honua Kai. Working with KBM has been a great experience. We originally had booked our trip for 2020 but had to cancel due to Covid restrictions shutting the island down, and they allowed us to push it out until 2022 as we were unable to visit in 2021.

Honua Kai is a gorgeous property, conveniently located to Maui’s attractions. The unit is spacious & well equipped with everything you’ll need for a wonderful vacation! It also has lovely lanai to enjoy the trade winds or whale watch.

We just returned from the beautiful island of Maui! We stayed at Honua Kai 11 years ago and we were excited to return. Overall we were happy, the grounds are beautiful, pools are lovely and the beach right outside the resort is amazing, great for snorkelling! This unit does have a nice view. KBM was very easy to communicate with and they were responsive. Check in process was seamless and easy. We would use KBM again.

I highly recommend staying at Honua Kai in West Maui. There are three pools, Duke’s infamous restaurant, and the grounds are beautiful with a 5 min walk to the pristine sandy beaches. Unit HKH-412 is a beautiful 2 bedroom condo with a full kitchen and W/D. You can watch the sunset on the ocean from the comfort of the large balcony. The unit is equipped with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler. It’s a great place for the family to stay and centrally located to all the sights on the Island.

Great condo, worked perfectly for my family. There were two adults and 4 teenagers (17/18 yr olds) and we all felt very comfortable. The condo was well stocked in the kitchen, AC works GREAT and it was such a pleasure siting outside with our morning coffee's and evenings meals with spectacular sunset views. We love the view and amenities! This was our second time in this unit and it we loved everything but the appliances. Everything else was amazing! We love the pool, the comfort of the beds, the view, and everything else about the resort!

This lovely condo far exceeded our expectations. The view was amazing, and our family spent a lot of time enjoying the balcony. There were seven of us, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The unit was very clean, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy meals in. We will be back for sure. Thank you!!!

Our stay has been nothing short of an absolute dream. It has exceeded every expectation! The resort property is so breathtakingly beautiful and the access to the beach is unbelievably convenient. Incredible beach with some of the best snorkeling we have experienced. The living space is big, and so unbelievably comfortable. The view is as good as it gets! Whale watching every morning while drinking coffee on the massive deck space. The pools are soooo fun!!! The kbm employees at the resort are the best in the biz. They have been so responsive and accommodating! I could seriously go on and on! We will be back and we will be sending our friends this way.

This home #425 in the houna kai resort is more beautiful that the pictures on the website where we booked this vacation. Everything was perfect, the rooms are bigger than we thought and everything feels new and updated. Even the art on the walls is nice. The hotel has so many pools right outside the door and the view from the balcony is amazing. I can't recomend enough. I am so happy we stayed here. The KMB company that helped us was really great to work with and when we broke the coffee pot by accident we called them and they brought a new one 10 minutes later for free. Really good service. We will be back!

We stayed in unit H425. I have stayed in two other units in the 2 ocean front buildings, each time I booked through KBM. Each time I’ve been impressed with the room, KBM, and the resort. I also wanna give a shout out to the cleaning crew that cleaned our room in between the two weeks of our state. They were amazing. The two and three bedroom units are spacious and impressive. Well, I’m sure there’s always going to be something broken or that needs to be fixed. I’ve never once had a problem getting KBM to handle the problem with ease and swiftness. For every “problem“ I’ve had in all three units that I’ve stayed in they’ve been here practically immediately to take care of it. And when I say problem, I mean minor things like a broken icemaker a bug on the counter, the TV wouldn’t go on, etc. Never anything serious and again they were always right here to take care of it. The rooms in the resort itself are gorgeous. The patios and large open-wide sliding doors make this resort stand apart from the others I’ve stayed at here in Kaanapali beach. Inlcluding the neighboring property, the Westin vacation resort and the Marriott vacation resort or further down the beach. Hands-down, I would pick this one every time. The multiple pools are awesome. Whether you have a family with just adults or adults and children there’s something for you. The beach is great and it’s right out front. You’ll see turtles and whales from the beach and/or from your room. I haven’t stayed in the villas as yet but one day look forward to doing that. Everything is close by supermarkets, ABC stores, etc. If you don’t have big plans, you could probably get away without having a rental car but KBM also offers a rental car with some of their rooms and that is very nice to have. But there’s plenty to do within walking distance. I can’t say enough good things about KBM and on a Honua Kai resort. As for this unit, H425, it’s was great. The view was excellent.

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. It had most of what we needed for our 10 day vacation. Overall it was one of the best vacations we have ever had. The views were beautiful and many of us saw whales from the balcony. The beds were comfortable and we slept great. The boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, and ice chest were great to have. The resort was amazing with great pools, hot tubs, and a wonderful beach. The snorkeling was amazing! The water was so clear and we saw lots of tropical fish!

When we pulled up to the front of the Honua Kai the valet’s were so helpful. They Loaded a car full of luggage and groceries and delivered them to the condo. In the condo we loved the view of the ocean and sat out on the balcony every morning and evening. We were able to watch whales and the sunset.The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning worked great and the blackout curtains in the bedrooms were appreciated. There was plenty of laundry soap, dishwasher detergent and paper products. We were there 10 days and ran out of none. There were beach chairs, bogie boards, beach umbrella, and a large cooler.

We have been staying at the Honua Kai for 12 years and we have stayed at so many different units. We loved this one. It was big enough to accommodate our party of 6. It’s centrally located right in the middle so you’ve got full ocean views. Right next to the elevator: it’s super convenient. It’s stocked with everything you need. We’ve used KBM before as well and they’re always helpful and try to accommodate early check in. I would absolutely stay here again!

This unit was great. Short distance from elevator, amazing lenai and views, and perfectly laid out and stocked kitchen. Highly recommend. The property manager KBM was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. We will be booking this unit again along with other vacation rentals through KBM.

The ocean was visible from our room, which was SO beautiful! The entire condo and deck were gorgeous. Everyone was so helpful if we needed any help. The beach was amazing and Duke’s restaurant was delicious. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation.
