Fantastic experience with this company KBM Hawaii. We had a great week in Maui Liked getting the rental car included in the price - we did upgrade the car but it was a great asset dealing with KBM Hawaii. The unit we rented was a great layout and had beautiful views

Place had an awesome view as it was a corner unit. You are practically on top of the beach as you sit in the balcony. Two separate and private bathrooms for each of the bedrooms was a plus. Conveniently located to a shopping center within walking distance. Also sits at the beginning of a very long and nice boardwalk. I was able to upgrade my free car rental to a bigger car since we were five.

The view is perfect, you are right in line with the ocean. Quite part of the beach if you are looking to be just off the edge of the action and as close to the ocean as you can get.

Room 419 is just the perfect height above sea level to give a wide expanse of ocean to view wildlife and weather events but still be able to hear the sound of waves breaking on the shore. The condo was clean, and comfortable and everything was as advertised. I would highly recommend this corner condo to anyone looking to spend time exploring Maui, or just kicking back and relaxing with the stunning view and beach access.

This resort and unit is amazing. The view from this unit is incredible. The beauty of the ocean, mountains, and sunsets are priceless! The only disappointment was our bathroom sink was inoperable. We arrived to discover the plumbing had been removed. I later learned KBM staff had left a voicemail notifying us of the matter. Setting aside the inoperable sink, our stay was excellent and I would recommend #419 and KBM resorts.

We had a perfect stay on Maui. The accommodations were great for our family. The ocean front view was stunning! Watching whales and seeing the turtles from the lanai was a dream! The unit provided beach chairs which we used every day. We prepared and ate many of our meals on the lanai. Can’t wait to return!!

Let me just say that pictures do not do this condo justice! It literally felt like we were in the ocean it was so close. Upon arrival, I was worried seeing it was back in a resort area (as I couldn’t wait to get away from the crowdedness of Waikiki), but it was so private we didn't even notice the resorts or have a “packed” beach front. I was blown away walking into the condo! It is huge and so amazing for our two teenagers to have their own space separate from us. There are views from everywhere, and the kitchen has everything you need. We used the concierge service and they got everything we asked for including a Christmas tree to make our stay feel more like home! Highly recommend, makes everything go smooth upon arrival and allowed us to relax! Did I mention the views (lol). From the balcony and beach we saw huge turtles daily (one came on the beach to sunbathe right in front of the condo) and whales (mostly early am). This has topped all of our other vacations and we are already discussing renting this condo for next year’s Christmas break!

Look no further than Mahana 419! My family and I had an excellent stay here. I've been to Maui several times and this is the place I would recommend to anyone and absolutely will be visiting again. The location is perfect - you can walk to a grocery store, many restaurants, and some shops. Driving to anywhere on the west side of Maui is just a short trip. The beach in front of the condo is great for tanning, hanging out, and even great snorkeling. Also, the view speaks for itself. We visited during whale season and we saw dozens of whales while just hanging out on the balcony. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking, living room has plenty of seating, and the beds were comfortable. Also, it has AC, which can be nice midday when the sun is on the west side. We had a wonderful time, we already are trying to figure out when we can go back!

KBM Hawaii family owned management company, that wants you to have a great vacation experience. Mahana 419 is 50 yards from the ocean, so great condo to see turtles, dolphins, monk seals and whales without leaving your condo. The sun sets at Mahana 419 are the frosting on the cake, with direct western exposure.

Great location. Great communication with KBM, they reached out on our arrival day, just to make sure everything was in order. Highly recommend.

Attractively updated condo with the best views in Maui.

My family of 6 had a great time in Maui, staying at Mahana 419. The condo was very nice and provided the right amount of space for my family. The view is incredible! The location is great too, as it’s right next to the start of a 1 miles boardwalk and a 5 minute walk to the food truck park, which serves great local food and coffee. The Mahana facilities are nice and I’d recommend anyone stay there.

This is our favorite unit at the Mahana, and we hope to come back here in the future. The views are unbeatable, we love that we can hear the sound of the ocean waves, and it is well stocked. The condos are in a very convenient location, close to many beautiful beaches and great restaurants. The managers were very responsive and helpful with our needs. It is nice to have air-conditioning during the hotter months.

We loved our stay! It had everything we needed and had the best views being a corner condo. The bedrooms/bathrooms and condo were fabulous- plenty of room for us and our two teens- the beds comfortable and it came with everything. The hot tub and pool were great as was the staff if we needed anything or had any questions. I highly recommend this condo for the space and peace and location. Close to so much - food trucks, shopping, Excursions- and yet not as busy/loud as some other places we saw. Loved the quiet hours from 10pm - 8am. It also came with coupons to concierge (a huge added and helpful bonus) and other discounts as well. I can’t say enough wonderful things- we are truly sad to have to leave! Thank you! We’ll be back! We had the best time staying at this Condo. Spectacular views, whales visible from Lanai everyday, Turtles right under the balcony and amazing sunset views. Condo was well equipped with reclining chairs, comfortable beds and AC. The property is well maintained and property managers kept in touch to ensure we have everything we need. I was worried about the comforters as I didnt like the prints in the picture, but gladly they were nice white sheets and upgraded furniture! Kitchen lacked some basic stuff like coffee, sugar, oil, ziplog, foil paper - which was no big deal but if you plan in cooking in the condo you have to buy all these little items on your own. We had no complaints and struggled to leave the place. We will definitely be coming back to MAH-419 again!

Great views and great location. Had the low key vibes we were after with easy beach and pool access. Was great to be close to restaurants, matcha, and big wave shave ice stand nearby. Close to lots of activities with short drive made this a great spot for our vacation. Condo was clean and comfortable for our family of 5.

We love staying at this unit and have been back many times. The view is unbeatable, waking up every morning to the feeling of almost being on the ocean and being a quieter part of the kaanapali beach. The unit is bright, clean, tastefully updated, quiet, has everything we need and the location is really unbeatable being at the end of the boardwalk where we can walk to dining, shopping, golf and you are literally on the beach. We look forward to our next trip back to 719!

My husband & I were lucky enough to visit Maui & stay at this property. The view is breathtaking. We saw baby seals & turtles playing below us each morning . There were beautiful sunrises & sunsets. The unit exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious, & had easy access to the ocean & small shops. Kitchen was equipped with all we needed. Bedrooms & bathrooms were comfortable & well maintained. The balcony was a treasure. You could sit out there, hear & see the ocean. We will be back to this property.

We stayed at the Mahana in Unit 719. This 2 bedroom corner unit has stunning views in all directions. The location was perfect with a grocery store nearby and the 2.7 mile boardwalk from the Mahana to Whalers Village was great. We spent hours just sitting on our lanai watching the whales - Amazing! Needless to say, we will be back.

Honestly, we don't write reviews very often, but the Mahana unit 719 deserves one. We just got back and I'm already looking for excuses to return. The views alone are worth it. We genuinely did not expect to be that blown away. Every morning we'd shuffle out to the lanai with coffee and take in all of the wildlife (whales, turtles, dolphins). We frequently spotted whales right from our room, no more than 800yds offshore, which still doesn't feel real. My partner kept saying "this can't be our view right now." The staff were also just really lovely. Not in a rehearsed, over-the-top way — just genuinely nice people who seemed happy to help and made the whole trip feel easy and relaxed. If you're on the fence, just book it. We almost didn't and I'm so glad we did.

We have stayed at the Mahana before and love the location. It is a perfect spot in March to watch the whales and surfers. The complex is clean and well maintained. The KBM team is very easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions.

Amazing vacation and I'm super impressed with the experience with KBM Resorts. From the rental car that was included, to the ease of checking in, everything was perfect. After our first night, my husband and I really wanted a few more pillows and I left a message with KBM but since this isn't a hotel, I really didn't expect this request to be fulfilled. But within a few hours, more pillows arrived. We stayed at Mahana 1211 and loved this unit. Breathtaking ocean views, nice furnishings, very well stocked and extremely clean! The location is perfect with the grocery store across the street and restaurants everywhere! The pool is smaller but we don't mind that. It's relatively quiet and that's what we prefer. Overall, this has been a top notch vacation and everything exceeded my expectations! Thank you KBM Hawaii! I will return and plan to rent from you again!

Great experience using KBM. We had an amazing 2 bedroom condo at Aston Mahana on the top floor. The views were incredible and the condo was stunning. Took advantage of their free car rental program but upgraded to a jeep. We had superior accommodations for substantially less money than the neighboring resorts. Highly recommend.

This 12th Floor Penthouse End Unit was as lovely as you described it, with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and the islands of Lanai and Molokai; and "Thank You" for your welcoming gift of Chandon Champagne. We enjoyed it on New Years Eve after an order of "Hula Pie " from Duke's Beach House Restaurant. Your Cleaners had the unit looking good for us for an early 3 PM check in. Your property is well stocked this unit with nice cookware, kitchen utensils, glasses and dishes, as well as large beach towels and beach umbrellas. and even a boogie board. We enjoyed our stay. We did not hear any construction noise. I saw a workman one day and told him "I want you to know I haven't heard ANY noise from from your work." He laughed. I initially thought the guest bathroom had no hot water in the sink or shower, but I discovered that you have to leave the water on for two to five minutes before it gets hot. I especially appreciated your checking to make sure I had the correct unit code for the front door. I found you available to talk to anytime, even though it was during the Christmas/New York Holidays. Thank you for being there for us. We took very good care of the unit and left it in very good condition with dishes done, kitchen clean, garbage gone, towels in the shower, and sheets on the beds. We also left good food for the less advantaged. We like your program. Someone will get a nearly full Quart of New England Maple Syrup, bread, eggs, English Muffins, OJ, Guava Nectar, Dasani Water, Danish Creamery Butter, Imported Reggiano Parmagiana, and Mascapone, Whole Wheat Organic Spaghetti, nearly full pound of Organic Spaghetti, 1,/2 bottle Classico Italian Cheese Pasta Sauce etc. Happy New Year to you ! We look forward to your taking care of our next visit to Maui.

Stunning Views from both bedrooms and most of the condo, We saw many whales, a couple seals, and a few sea turtles from the balcony. Well worth the cost for the view alone. Great beach access. Gorgeous and very well-kept pool and spa. Easy access to local grocery stores and restaurants. KBM is so easy to work with, Mahana staff are great and so helpful! We hope to be back soon!

We loved our stay in Maui. The views at the condo can't get any better! Right on the beach staring at the ocean!!! We all enjoyed sitting on the balcony and spotting dolphins. Nice decor. Working with KBM rentals was effortless. They came right away when we needed something. Condo is fully stocked with what we needed. Would stay here again!

We stayed 8 nights in Mahana 1211. Our unit was just as in photos, the balcony and the view were amazing! We watched sea turtles from the balcony all week and even caught a swimming mink seal! , The welcome chocolates on the table were a nice touch too. KBM team checked in on us via email during our stay, and quickly brought us more laundry detergent when we ran out (thank you!). Overall had a great stay!

This is a beautiful two-bedroom condo on the top floor with amazing views of the ocean and a double lanai. The decor is updated and pleasing. Furniture is super comfortable, and family room has slider to lanai so floor to ceiling view of the ocean. The lanai has a high-top table and chairs so you can eat out there and enjoy watching whales, boats, surfers, sea turtles, dolphins, and—of course—sunsets from a birds’ eye view. There are several comfy lounge chairs as well. Kitchen is really well-provisioned with everything you need for cooking. Both bedrooms have nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. The main bedroom has a slider to the lanai so you can leave it open and fall asleep to the sound of waves. Condo included beach chairs/towels, beach umbrella and cooler, and some beach toys for kids. KBM is GREAT to deal with—so responsive. I love the Mahana—low-key vibe with just the right amenities (pool, hot tub, lawn with chairs overlooking beach, beach and beach path access, shuffleboard, tennis/pickleball courts, easy parking. Grocery is close (3 minute drive). No restaurant/store on site, but you can walk to many nearby. Concierge for booking activities in lobby. Really comfortable quiet beautiful place to stay.

This is one of the nicest apartments I have stayed in on Maui. The VIEW! The LANAI! The BEACH! It is all just wonderful and a perfect place to relax. We cooked and had plenty of dishes and glasses for the entire crew. We will be back.

This 2 BR suite is nothing short of spectacular! The beachfront location is so convenient to the entire Kaanapali/Kapalua community. And the views from Mahana 1211 are extraordinary, just chill on the lanai and watch the beautiful whales as they entertain you!

This was our second stay and we were not disappointed. The condo was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect.

The staff works so hard and it shows! The property is meticulously maintained; it’s beautiful. They actually clean the gas barbecues every single day! I had a concern with bugs and KBM responded within minutes!! They thoroughly investigated, brought in a professional pest company, changed out ALL linens and were exceedingly professional, even when zero bugs were found. I was very impressed with their speedy response and their professionalism. We will definitely use KBM for future stays.

To celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary, we came BACK to stay at The Mahana, and it was everything we remembered. This time we stayed on the top floor in a corner penthouse unit MA1211, and it was amazing. The unit is very well kept, plenty of amenities for your oceanside experience, and everyone at the resort was extremely nice and accommodating. After finding the unit on VRBO, I noticed that it was managed by KBM Resorts. From booking and throughout our stay (which included a Tsunami scare) the entire staff was top notch! They helped with all of my special requests and communicated effectively via Text and Email for all portions of the trip. I can't single out one agent because they were all so friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them the next time we come to Hawaii or one of the other cities where they have accommodations. Thanks! John

We normally stay at the Bay Villa’s with KBM, but this time from a recommendation from a friend we stayed at the Mahana. At first, we were a little skeptical about a high-rise, but as the days went on, we enjoyed it more and more. The building is relatively quiet. It is not overly fancy, but it has virtually everything that you need hot tub, pool barbecue towels. The views from the ocean front are fantastic. The unit is well a portion and has everything you really need. We recommend the Mahana very much.

This condo is a penthouse looking out over the ocean and right on the beach. Coastal decor and comfortable furniture. You can fall asleep listening to the waves, watch whales and turtles from your lanai as good as any boat trip. You have a great view of rainbows on Molokai and sunsets over the water. Well-stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook or grill. Mahana is a quiet place with pool, hot tub, grills, shuffle board and easy parking. There’s a grassy lawn overlooking the beach (you need to walk a little further down for bigger beach access with sandy bottom) with chairs galore. You are right next door to Duke’s restaurant and the Beach Path that goes all the way to Whaler’s Village. KBM is a great company to deal with—easy access to help for any issue and people to call (not bots) with questions about reservations. They maintain their places well and always ask for feedback. Super responsive.

KBM is the best management company I've worked with. When all is going smoothly, they still keep in constant contact to make sure you are taken care of. But when things go awry - like getting stuck in the monsoon that just hit Maui - they rise above and beyond. Warnings for hazard conditions, and then working to accommodate us with cancelled flights, extended stays, rental care extensions - they really stepped up and helped to ease a very stressful situation. I'm very impressed!
