This unit at black bear was perfect for our family of four. The place was clean, comfortable with no complaints! Even though there is not much view off the balcony, the location was perfect. Walking distance to silver lake village and many restaurants. We highly recommend.

Location is perfect. Easy short walking distance to silver lake village! The unit was clean and very organized. Our two teenage boys had more than enough room in the 2 queen beds and the king primary was very comfortable for us. Hot tub always a must after a DV ski day! It was a good temp to relax. Communication from KBM was great too. We had zero issues and highly recommend.
