The apartment is full equipped. Thera are all you need to spend an excellent vacation. Pretty close to a beautiful beach. We really enjoyed. As we were three people, it would be fantastic to have one more chair for the beach. Everything was very good

We have absolutely loved this condo! Nice view on the quiet side of the resort. It was pretty windy when we were here and the Condo location made it so the lanai was out of the wind and made it wonderful to enjoy! Could have used a bit more hand/shower soap since it came with only two small bars of soap for the entire condo and would have liked a cookie sheet, but we consider those extremely small issues! The beds and pillows were comfortable and we really appreciated the beach chairs that were provided. We also liked that it was close to the beach and poolside elevator! We loved this Condo and would definitely come back again! Highly recommend!!!

We had an AMAZING stay at Honu Kai. We had a party of 20 of us. Multiple families, tons of kids. Everyone had their own condo, so we had separate spaces, but the resort had such beautiful grounds and space for all of us to gather together, on the grass, at the tables near the pond, at the EPIC pools. The Resort ROCKS! The staff were all super helpful, responsive and lovely to work with. I cannot recommend this more! Looking forward to going back!
Perfect Stay in Paradise

Our first time in Maui didn’t disappoint, and this unit was up front as part of our experience. The unit was meticulously clean upon our arrival, and more beautiful than we dreamed. The kitchen was well equipped, the furniture was comfortable, the bed was comfortable and restful. The beach package was perfect as we enjoyed many days on the beautiful beach. KBM’s rental car package was perfect and seamless also. We had no issues at all picking up or returning our vehicle. We didn’t have children on our trip, but the unit was well equipped with a pack and play, high chair, beach toys and boogie boards and also kid size plates and utensils. We also had toiletries provided in the gorgeous bathroom, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, trash bags, etc. if needed, there is a general store in the Konua building and a grocery store within walking distance. The fitness room was well equipped with high quality machines which was wonderful. The pools are magical. There is a quiet pool if you prefer that environment, or any of the other beautiful pools to rest and read a book. The grounds themselves are maintained at the highest level. The staff are friendly and accommodating as well. My husband did some snorkeling which he thoroughly enjoyed. Dukes is a great restaurant and bar which I recommend, but do be prepared for the drink prices. A mixed drink with tip is roughly $20. We did a 10 day/9 night stay and didn’t want to leave. Also, important to mention, the communication with the KBM staff was great!! Calls and emails were answered almost immediately if we had questions. From the time we booked our vacation until the day we arrived and day we left, KBM was helpful and available. I can’t say enough good things about KBM’s staff and service. I highly recommend Honua Kai as a resort, this unit in particular, and KBM as a management company. Mahalo!!!!
First Timers at a Resort

This was our first time at a resort in Maui and it was amazing! Our 7th floor 1 bedroom condo was lovely! A peak of the ocean from the lanai. It was well appointed with all the necessities including two Tommy Bahama chairs and an umbrella. The pools were beautiful and not too crowded. The beach right out front had great snorkeling with a large variety of beautiful fish. We were pleasantly surprised that the fancier resort was not too noisy or crowded and we would love to return!

It was fantastic having laundry in unit as well. The only minor complaint was that the knives in the kitchen were very dull but other than that a perfect stay. Absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking to experience Maui!!

The unit is fantastic. Very clean. Well stocked with everything needed for a stay. Comfortable bed and even pull out couch was good sleeping. Facility grounds were nice with room to play volleyball, throw baseball, swimming pools etc. Easy walk out to beach. The beach is a rocky right out back so not great for swimming, but must of Maui seemed to be this way. Beach views are fantastic. Would come back again.

Resort was beautiful. Lots of pools and right on the beach. Unit was well equipped - nice to have chairs, toys, etc. I was impressed they stocked the fridge with a charcuterie plate, wine, and snacks! It costs a bit more than other hotels I've stayed at but you get a lot more with all the pools and beautiful new building. It's not full ocean view but you can both up to the mountains and down to a partial view of the ocean so I could check out conditions before heading down to the beach. I'd definitely stay again. Oh, and so great they include a rental car.

KBM made it so easy to book our beautiful one bedroom in HKH-714. We had a beautiful balcony and could see the sunset every night. Our condo was updated with a nice kitchen , living room with a large tv and the bedroom was spacious with a beautiful ensuite. We enjoyed being able to park underground. We also enjoyed having the rental car which was part of renting the condo. KBM are very good at answering the guest services line and when our coffee pot and toaster stopped working they brought a new one over right away. The grounds were beautifully manicured and there was many pools to choose from for swimming. We also enjoyed the gym on the property. We would highly recommend KBM for booking and the Honua Kai resort in Kanapali. The beach is right outside your door and is great for a nice long walk and there is a boardwalk right beside the beach that takes you to Whaler’s Village which is a wonderful area for shopping and has great restaurants. We are looking forward to returning again soon for longer than 10 days. Thank you to all the staff and guest services that made this stay so special. T&J Kotchon

Booking was seamless with many room options available. We arrived late but already had our room number and door code which was so no need to stop at a front desk. The resort is well maintained with beautiful gardens and multiple areas around the many pools to spend the day. On many occasions we were able to enjoy the live music from Dukes. Overall a great experience and we are hoping to return with the whole family

The communication from KBM was excellent from the beginning. Working with us to make sure our condo reservation (at Honua Kai) was not going to be impacted by painting of exterior building during our stay, receiving our checks, reminding us of what is needed before arrival, etc. They emailed us that we could check in early and the condo was spotless and well appointed. They checked in during week to make sure all was ok and delivered an extra blanket when needed. Excellent. Would absolutely book with them again.

We've had the most wonderful stay!! The 1 bedroom partial ocean view exceeded our expectations. It was very comfortable and we saw many whales from our balcony! The property itself was a perfect combination of resort and condo and on great repair. The towel dispenser was extremely helpful, we were always able to find beach chairs, and parking spots were plentiful. The unit itself had everything we needed to be very comfortable for two weeks including beach toys for the kids and boogie boards. I would absolutely book this unit again for our family of 4. We had family staying at other properties and everyone commented that our unit and the honua kai facility were the best!

KBM Hawaii couldn't have been better! I emailed several times leading up to our trip and always received a quick and super friendly reply. Really got me in the aloha spirit before arrival. The check in was fast and flawless. The complimentary valet was INCREDIBLE. It saved us SO much time as a nice young man loaded all our groceries and luggage onto a rack and brought it upstairs for us while we were getting the tour of our unit. Also was really glad to learn that KBM donates leftover food and baby items, so I happily left a pack of diapers and wipes behind. Couldn't have been happier with our stay at Honua kai and cant wait to return!
