We have been skiing in Park City for over a decade and TPC 301C is our favorite condo rental so far! It is well appointed, clean, and quiet. We particularly enjoy the unit’s proximity to the Town Lift and Main Street shopping and dining. We look forward to renting this unit again in the future! Also, the KBM Resorts management team was diligent in making sure that our condo rental experience was exceptional and stress free.

We had a great time during our four-day stay at Town Pointe managed by KBM. The condo was as expected. It was ready and clean, up to our standards, when we arrived. It worked out great for ease of access to Town Lift for skiing and boarding and to Main Street for shopping and eating. Communication with management was good prior to our arrival and while there. We were pleased with our accommodations and our experience.
