Check-in at this property is generally at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Specific times can vary slightly by development, so please confirm exact details on your reservation confirmation or contact KBM Resorts and one of our team members will be glad to assist. We always do our best to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests when possible.

KBM Resorts offers a flexible cancellation policy. If you cancel more than 90 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund less a $99 cancellation fee. If you cancel 45-90 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund less your initial deposit. Credits toward future stays are not available for cancellations.

Parking permit will be issued by the AOAO office at arrival, parking is based on first come first serve and there is no assigned parking stall to this unit. Please register your vehicle with the office upon arrival. To make registration quick as possible, please have your car's information on arrival. This includes make, model, color and license plate #. This information can sometimes be found on your key fob.

Pets are not permitted at this property.
