Beach Villas at Ko Olina is KBM Resorts' Ko Olina resort at 92-106 Waialii Place in Kapolei, in the Ko Olina community on Oahu's southwest coast. KBM's resort page lists 247 units in two buildings, built in 2007, with four lagoons and sandy beaches, landscaped pools and spas, and a championship golf course that hosts the LPGA Lotte Championship. BVK-B-308 is a two-bedroom, two-bath villa of 1,171 square feet that KBM's listing describes as beachfront in the Beach Tower, with beach and lagoon views. It has a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, large sliding pocket doors that join the living area to a lanai with ocean vistas, and a washer and dryer. It accommodates up to six guests.

BVK-O-1604 is a 16th-floor penthouse with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, 1,187 square feet inside, that KBM's listing says gives 180-degree ocean views from an open layout with expansive windows. It has a king bed in the primary bedroom, a washer and dryer, and a balcony high above the resort. It accommodates up to six guests.

Both condos suit a family or group up to six, so the choice comes down to the view you want. For being close to the water, BVK-B-308 is the beachfront villa in the Beach Tower. For a higher perch and wide ocean views, BVK-O-1604 is the penthouse.
