Great communicators make it a low stress/no stress event

KBM was great, constantly communicating with me (look - i'm a 60 year old fun loving Dad but need a bit of help on the technology front! - KBM always responded to my texts and emails very quickly)

Perfect apartment!

Everything worked perfectly, and was well described. Quick to answer and always available. We were a party of 6 adults and the space felt very spacious.
