KBM experience was great...Hona Kai 201 was perfect with great views of the ocean. Communication was perfect and they were very helpful/responsive.

When we walked into this home it was an absolute jaw dropper! Wow...the views were amazing and the lanai was also awesome! It really felt like Home and was very clean. We enjoyed every minute of it and had all 9 people fit comfortable in this home. Thank you so much!!!

Nine of us (two families) stayed in the condo and had the best time! Gorgeous view, great patio and kitchen!

KBM was amazing. Their care for our stay was evident in the way they checked in with us during our stay. When there were issues or questions they were prompt and very kind. Would highly recommend them and will definitely rent from them on our next trip to Hawaii.

It was so easy to work with the customer service reps. It was great that when I called, a person actually answered the phone. I did experience some anxiety over having my check get from the east coast to Hawaii in 10 days considering the US Mail, but I called each time and the employees were very kind and assured me things will be fine. Communication was excellent from beginning the booking process to check out. I will use this company again and will definitely recommend them to friends.

3 bedroom was perfect for 6 adults and 3 young keiki.

This unit has a great setup for a family getaway. With three bedrooms on one end and a great kitchen, family room, and wonderful balcony (overlooking both the pool & the ocean) in the other end we couldn't have asked for a better place for our family. With my wife ands I, our two kids with their spouses and our 4 grandkids, the location was perfect. So glad we stayed here!!

My family and I spent 8 days admiring the view from Honua Kai HKH-201 and what a view. Best SUN SET in Maui, off the lanai or beach, your choice and you won’t be sorry with either one. Our grandkids had a wonderful time on the beautiful beach as well as the pools that are made for everyone. You got your quiet pool, your kid pool, your family pool and your fun pool with a slide! The grandkids couldn’t ride enough, like to have worn Poppy out. If you’re looking for the place for the ultimate family vacation you found it. I highly recommend HKH201 for your next family vacation. You won’t be disappointed.

This was our third visit to Houna Kai and continues to be our go-to place. This 3 bedroom ocean-facing corner unit has an abundance of interior space for our family of eight. The extra large balcony is ideal for sunset views and whale watching. There are several pools to cover all ages and lots of grassy areas to play on. The KBM staff was quick to respond to any requests we had, We would and have highly recommended this property.

Our unit was fabulous! We had such an incredible view and were right on the water! The place was well kept and maintained and HUGE! We BBQ'd on the wrap-around deck complete with a Viking built-in BBQ. There was Duke's restaurant on property and staff at KBM was always following-up with us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and if there was anything they could do or that we needed. The rental car turned out to be great and we used it everyday. We had such a memorable time. my wife and I have 4 adult children from ages 23 to 26, so these are cherished trips. We had a blast! Including a Tsunami warning but we felt safe and nothing materialized from it! When we go back, we'll use KBM again! Thank you so much for the memories! Paul & Lucie Neves

This is a great condo with an even greater Lanai. Wonderful condo for our family.

The room was perfect for our annual girls trip, very roomy for our group of 5 women and stocked with everything we needed to have a great time, the beach toys and cooler were nice to have as well. The listing pictures are true to what you arrive to and and the resort was perfect. Our group all agreed we would stay here again.

Our family loved staying at the Honua Kai Resort and Spa. The room was spacious and equipped with everything we needed for a week in paradise. The pools were great for the kids. The beach was fabulous. The sunsets were amazing! We upgraded our rental car to a jeep and took some fantastic adventures!!!

Booking was easy and efficient. Directions for check-in and check-out were detailed.

Incredible vacation experience Staff: Simply Amazing. From my first email to the last communication. Everyone was always helpful and friendly even though it was obvious how busy they were. Condo was large, beautiful and very clean. Stocked with everything we could ever need including wifi! The kid toys and puzzles were well used as was the huge patio. And at the the end of the trip, I appreciated just being able to just close the door and leave when it was time to go home. I would book through them again!

Honua Kai Resort itself is our favorite! So beautiful. All in all we of course had a wonderful vacation. How could you not in Maui.

The unit is great and very spacious Well furnished and well taken care of. The location is the best. You can see both the ocean and the mountains from the huge wrap around lanai. There is a large nano wall that opens out into a he lanai from the living room and the master bedroom.

Perfect vacation getaway, we will be back next year.

The property and unit were terrific! Nice space inside and large oversized deck allowed for spreading out. The pools and beach were perfect and the fitness room was well equipped. It was a perfect location, close to everything we needed, and it was ideal for our family vacation

Beautiful room and resort! Maui is an amazing place and the Honua Kai does everything to make the experience even better.

Honua Kai is an awesome place because it combines benefits of both condos and resorts. Only a 10 minute walk to the food truck park or the grocery store nearby. The unit itself was super nice and spacious. We loved being able to cook in the full kitchen and hang out in the living room. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were huge. The AC was great too.

We really loved staying in this spacious two bedroom and two bath unit. The deck is huge, with a great view and plenty of space to seat 8 for dinner. We appreciated the access to netflix and beach umbrellas and chairs.

This was an incredible spot, and one we will definitely return to! The unit was equipped with everything and more. Our expectations were exceeded on every level!

We just finished 8 nights at Honua Kai. It was an amazing experience. The room was as pictured and a perfect place for my husband, myself and our 19 year old twins. The access to beach chairs, coolers and towels was perfect. We had several meals at Dukes which was great to have on site. KBM was also wonderful! We received texts and emails throughout our stay and all questions were promptly answered. I highly recommend KBM and the Honua Kai.

Great stay and very comfortable. The place had everything we needed for dining in the room or sitting at the beach. Wouldn’t change a thing about the property. Make sure to do your grocery shopping before heading to Honua Kai. So many options to research once you get off of the airport.

We stayed in unit HKH-236 at Honua Kai and had a great trip. The location is excellent, right on Kaanapali Beach for easy morning walks and sunsets, and it had Duke’s Restaurant with live music right on the property. The pools were nice, but chairs filled up fast unless you went early. The unit itself was perfect for our group of six. The secondary bedroom had a king bed that could be split into two twins and still fit a rollaway. Having parking options included in our stay was a big plus (garage, self-parking lot, and valet). We also used the north parking gate access, to easy get to the food truck lot and Honokowai Marketplace for snacks (shave ice and dole whip), a nail spa, and Times Supermarket, which is only a 10-minute walk by foot.

We really loved staying in this unit. Everything is updated in the unit. The refrigerator in it self is a newer model. Each room In our condo was up to date, clean and very comfortable.

Just wrapped up the best family vacation! The unit was very comfortable and homey. Such an easy walk to the pools and beach. Communication with KBM was smooth and reliable. We will absolutely be back!

Very clean, large, great communication from the team and enjoyed the provided sand toys, beach chairs and umbrellas. The kids loved the pools and everything was so convenient. Smoothies at the whalers cove on site were amazing and reasonably priced. Also convenient to have dukes on site- the hula pie is amazing! Will definitely be back. Thank you!!!

We had an amazing stay at KBM Resorts in the Hokulani Tower! Our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit was incredibly clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully set up, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location is fantastic—there’s ample parking which made everything very convenient, and there are plenty of great shops nearby to explore. One of the highlights was having Duke’s Maui just across the way. Being able to walk over for great food and beautiful ocean views was such a treat. The pools were also wonderful—very clean and perfect for kids. Our family spent a lot of time there and the kids absolutely loved it. Another thing we really appreciated was the KBM customer service team. The agents were very responsive and proactive in checking in to make sure everything was going well during our stay. That level of care made the experience even better. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we made such great family memories. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend KBM Resorts and the Hokulani Tower for families visiting Maui!

We loved this place! We took our four kids - two stayed in the second room, two in the living room. Loads of space, great kitchen, great balcony, great pools. Absolutely would stay again.

Highly recommend KBM. Rarely does a company pay attention to the level of detail that KBM does. From our initial inquiry right through to our check out, they were on top of everything and made our stay enjoyable and stress free. We will definitely book with them again.

The unit is beautiful. Although it is not a direct ocean view, it does have a pretty partial view! The pools are amazing. The unit was fully stocked with sand toys, snorkel (but no fins), coolers chairs and towels!

My family of 4 went to Maui and loved our time there. The location on the west side was great for us and everything is near by. The resort was nice with lots of great views. The room itself was great for our 2 boys on the pull out coach which probably needs a new mattress. Lots of storage and loved the full kitchen with table.

It’s hard not to have a great time in Maui. The Honua Kai never disappoints with its excellent location and amenities. We have stayed at this resort over the years 5 times. Our experience renting from KBM was excellent. There was a small hiccup and it was dealt with quickly by the local team. We would not hesitate to rent through KBM again and specifically room 238. Comfy bed and great linens. All good!

KBM resort staff was excellent from start to finish during my three week stay! The free rental car deal was fabulous and pain free! The use of the garage was very convenient. The unit was clean, very comfortable, fully stocked and functional. Overall, the resort was great! The gym was a good size and well equipped. Having Duke's on the resort was super convenient. Also, the Whaler General store was nice to have within walking distance in a pinch for most anything you would need to get by. The unvented dryer took a little while to get used to, but by making sure that the lint reservoir is clean and by using the timed drying for at least one hour worked well! Everyone that I dealt with at the resort was very professional and helpful! I hated to leave and would definitely stay here again! Kudos and Mahalo!

The stay was so wonderful. Great views, the communication was on point and was able to check in hours beforehand as we landed earlier in the day. No hassle for checking in and out, directions via email and txt was great. If you stay a week you get a complimentary car rental as well as a complimentary valet. Will definitely stay here again

This was an amazing place to stay. The room was beautiful with a great partial ocean view. The grounds and the pools were also breathtaking.

This was our first time at Honua Kai and it met all of our expectations! The condo was clean, updated, and had all the essentials we needed for a relaxing stay. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of four. We loved the special touch of having beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, and toys for the kids to make sand castles. The patio was spacious with a large chair and ottoman, a dining table, and the ocean view from the balcony was beautiful. Although not oceanfront we still had a spectacular view of the ocean while enjoying our breakfast on the balcony. The resort itself is beautiful with the grounds meticulously maintained, multiple pools to choose from, the staff was always smiling and helpful, and there was never a shortage of towels to grab when we came down. The beach is a short walk beyond the pool area and was the perfect size offering space anywhere to plant yourself for the day. We highly recommend this resort, and this unit in particular if you’re looking for a 1 bedroom for your stay. Huge thank you to KBM for their constant communication and customer service! We plan to visit again and will make sure to reserve HKH-238 for our next stay!

We booked Honua Kai and our expectations were exceeded. The free rental car was a bonus, but the service from KBM was better than any other company we have booked through. One of the beach chairs was ripped, and after reaching out they contacted me and brought a new chair to our room that day. We were also running low on some kitchen supplies and they arrived with replenishment within a few hours. Having such a responsive team put us at ease and ensured we had a great vacation! We will definitely be booking with KBM again.

I must say our experience at KBM was outstanding! I have run several businesses and I believe communication is key….well KBM and the people of KBM are excellent communicators. From check in to check out we were treated with excellent services the KBM people answered all our questions which allowed us to launch into our holidays without a worry. Now sometimes things don’t run as smooth as you would wish and for ever one of our small issues the KBM staff offered a solution vs excuses…..impressive Thanks folks we will be back next year

We love staying at Honua Kai. The beach and pools are 10/10. The location is great and walkable to other Kaanapali restaurants and beaches. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. We had troubles with the wifi the first day but the KBM team was very attentive and had a solution right away.

This room was so great for our family vacation. The customer service with KBM was amazing. They provided whatever we needed in a prompt manner. We would definitely stay here again and book through KBM.
