Nov 2018: My wife and I enjoyed our week in spacious, updated, ground-level Bay Villa Unit 28g2. Master bedroom has very nice ensuite. Nice sitting areas. Plenty of cookware, dishes & glasses. Lanai views of ocean and easy walking access to coastal trail and swimming pools. We would rebook without hesitation. Access to unit does involve a flight of outdoor stairs from parking level.

Fabulous accommodations. We look forward to coming here every year as it does not disappoint. The views and landscape are breathtaking and the added bonus of whale watching from our lanai was priceless. We will be back soon.

We couldn't ask for a better experience! This rental has anything and everything you need. We'll be back!!

Wonderful unit, very enjoyable 8 days. Unfortunately, there is not really a convenient beach, so if you are a swimmer, expect a healthy walk.

This resort was in a great location with awesome views of the ocean. Check in was a breeze and the amenities were very convenient.

I stayed here for my birthday it was so beautiful, very clean , very tropical , there are a lot of towels that was a plus . There are shopping stores walking distance and zipline close to the villa . Beautiful views I would give 10 stars if I could . Very nice walk to the beach

We reserved our unit only a few weeks before our stay in early January. The view has been a pleasant surprise. We opted to spend a lot of time just sitting in our 1st floor patio gazing out at the channel towards Molokai and watching for whale spouts or breeches. The windows on 3 sides of the view towards the ocean brings a lot of light into the kitchen/ living room area. The KBM resorts team was very quick to respond to any concerns we had. Finally, it was a nice touch that the rental car was included in the price of our stay. We will watch for KBM properties in the future.

Beautiful and well equipped ocean front unit. We have stayed at the Kapalua Bay Villas in the past and this unit is much larger than other 1 bedrooms. Great indoor and outdoor seating. Expansive views of the ocean and Molokai. Very large chefs kitchen with a sub zero fridge! Unit was very clean. Master bathroom has a huge shower. We will definitely be back and use this unit 100%.

This 1 bedroom 2 bathroom property is one of a kind. Everything is top of the line. View is fantastic. This is our go to place every year.

Such a beautiful place! Quiet, serene, stunning views of both the water and sunrise/sunsets. Easy access to walking trails. Condo comes equipped with everything you could possibly need. A perfect place for a quiet cup of coffee in the morning, followed by a beautiful view with a crisp glass of champagne in the evening. Parking right outside of unit makes beach and grocery trips super easy. Management company were so incredibly kind, and made the check in and check out process very easy. When you experience Kapalua, you experience first class everything!

I was there for Thanksgiving to relax with my family. The unit was impressive with the views. It was well equipped with everything we needed to have a relaxing week. KBM was good at communicating and checking that all was well. They gave me extra towels for the beach/pool and bathroom. They also provided rollaway beds for a fee. My young adult children say they were comfortable on them. I found the masterbed comfortable. The master bathroom was very nice.

Great unit and KBM checked in along the way! We will back next year for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kapalua Bay Villa 28G2. There were only two of us, but the condo could easily accommodate 4 people, since there's a pull out couch in the living room and there are two full baths. It's on the ground floor overlooking a large grassy area and beyond is an amazing view of the ocean. The coastal ocean trail is below the grassy area but you can't see people walking by, until you get close to the edge of the grassy area. It's only a 10 minute walk to the Kapalua beach and another few minutes to Napili beach, which we like better since it's more sandy and not as rocky.

Our condo was beautiful , and our stay was seamless with all check in details and information communicated before arrival. The unit has a gorgeous view of the water. It’s a perfect location with access to beaches and pools

Working with KBM to rent this property was easy and their staff were extremely professional. We loved the condo, especially the location. Could not recommend this condo or renting with KBM higher. I researched many rental locations and feel I made a perfect choice. The photos do not do it justice.

Amazing villa! We loved it. Everything we needed was right there. We had an issue with our A/C the second day and called for assistance and a maintenance staff member was there within an hour or so. Great customer service and perfect accommodations! We will be back!

We loved our stay in our unit and found it very comfortable. The view is spectacular!

We stayed in our Kapalua Villa October 1-7, 2016. This was our first trip to Maui, and we feel we hit a bull's eye! Our villa was even better than the pictures. The ocean front views were incredible and we were just steps from the beach. The kitchen had every appliance we needed, and it was great having a washer and dryer, too. Kapalua Bay is a true paradise and we loved swimming with the sea turtles there. Can't wait to go back! Aloha!

Our family had a great experience through KBM. We will rent through them again, though will be more selective regarding the individual unit. All of our requests were met in a timely and kind manner. We had some unique details to coordinate and they did very well! Mahalo!

We had a wonderful experience. The unit was outstanding. It was well furnished and very comfortable. The setting is amazing. Right by the ocean, footsteps from the Coastal Ridge access trail. Very quiet. The staff was friendly and very responsive to every question or need. We will be back!

We had a fantastic week in the condo and the experience with KBM was top rate. Condo was spacious and in good shape. Location on site is great for access to multiple pools and walking distance to two beaches. Amenities and supplies were better than anticipated. Location was very quiet and relaxing. AC in main living area was perfect, although a fan was needed in bedroom.

Absolutely wonderful vacation! Accommodations are comfortable and setting is beautiful. Staff and check-in/ check-out exceptional! Friendly and responsive. This is our second stay. We will be back !!!!

The views are incredible. The location is perfect for our fourth time back with kbmresorts company. They are very responsive and the sink overflowed and they came to fix it in a matter of minutes. 5 starts for them.

Awesome area to stay. Everything is right here for a relaxing vacation. Ocean steps away, 3 beaches in walking distance: one for snorkel one for body surf. Walking trail out side the door. The size of the unit and beach front is perfect. Walk, hike, snorkel, swim, bolder, watch the sun rise and set everyday. It?s a Good place to stay. KBM is responsive with nice customer service. I recommend staying here.

We just finished an incredible week stay at an ocean view villa in Maui, and it couldn’t have been better. The room was fully stocked with everything we needed, from beach chairs and an umbrella to an ice chest and all the kitchen essentials. The view was breathtaking, and the villa's location right along beautiful hiking trails made it perfect for exploring. This is our third time booking with KBM, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to come back and book through them again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the views were outstanding and the Villas community was very relaxing. The unit was spacious and had comfortable indoor\outdoor furniture all focused on the outside views of the ocean. We appreciated the many vents that allowed the natural air flow in all rooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beach chairs, cooler, etc were a nice touch for beach days. Close parking was always readily available as was the pool which we frequently had to ourselves. A big thanks to KBM Resorts as well. During our stay one of the devices providing Internet failed without warning. KBM Resorts had maintenance out the same day to fix it. I was so surprised by the quick repairs that I'd forgotten it even happened till I started writing this review. Would definitely stay again.

First of all let me express my sincerest appreciation for the team KBM, of Sanoe, Maria and Ronit, who complimented my navigating through the mariad of options, hiccups and any minor inconveniences. They handled everything with such professionalism and allowed me to transition to another unit, equally top drawer. Absolutely worth noting, nothing short of amazing experience and refreshing! Now onto to the Unit a room with a view. A big thank you Sanoe, a gem that will endear in my memory bank forever, priceless. Just wow! The attention to detail from the inviting lights on, upon arrival to the box of candy, first class! As I like to paraphrase, in the words of Arnie, I'll be back!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation staying in unit 30G2. It’s ideally located within walking distance to Kapalua Bay and 3 other beaches. Landscaping provided privacy even with the coastal trail being right outside the backyard. The unobstructed view of Molokai and vibrant sunsets from the trail were awesome. Toiletries were provided as well as dishwashing soap and sponge for the kitchen, tide pods for the washer, and dryer sheets for the dryer. We were able to make homemade meals with the utensils provided, and we packed just enough clothes to travel light knowing that a washer and dryer was available for us to use in the unit. The box of Hawaiian chocolates was a nice welcome gift, and the view of Oneloa Bay from the living room looking through the wall-to-wall glass window into the back patio was fantastic. The beddings and towels were fresh and clean, and beach gear were also available. The beach towels folded into sea crabs and the tissue paper arranged into flowers petals were cute, welcoming touches. The primary bed was comfortable, and the couch could be turned into a sofa bed. The shower area was very spacious, and towel hooks were plenty. A pack-n-play and a mini high chair were also available for those traveling with children. Parking is within a few steps from the front door as well as one of the pools. The Honolua store is conveniently located within a 5 minute drive from the villas and is like an ABC store but a little better. I’ve stayed at other KMB villas before both in Maui and Oahu, and they always deliver. Gate and door codes were super convenient. No need to keep track of key cards. Check in/out were seamless. I would definitely stay at a KBM villa again and recommend them to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing home away from home on their vacation.

Staff Service at KBM gets 5 Stars. Communication is key and eases the stress of vacation rentals. Very informative and kept me up to date on our 16 day rental on Maui.

Place is great. Has everything you need. Short walk to two beaches. We would walk every morning to get breakfast at the ritz.

Amazing views, great landscaping, and well kept facilities. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and at the same time it wasnt overly crowded. I'd have no problem visiting again!

Amazing views, location, and accommodations for our family vacation with a 1 yr old! 10 minute walk to the beach and we loved whale watching right from the patio.

This particular townhome was just what we needed. It was walking distance to restaurants, to the beach and to hiking trails. We had close pool access if we wanted. The beaches close by are deemed some of the best in Maui and they did not Disappoint. The inside of the townhome/condo was immaculate and upscale. All this at a great price when in comparison to other stays around the island. We could not have picked a better spot and were highly appreciative. Customer service was quick to respond and attentive. We would 100% stay here again.

We loved our week in this nicely designed condo, very spacious for a family of 4 with a full view of the ocean. Loved sitting on the balcony and hearing the waves and feeling the breeze. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment with stunning views, we spent 4 days there and absolutely loved it. Walkable access to 2 beaches, host was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place.

Fabulous condo in all respects. Phenomenal view, fantastic location and great layout plus so well updated and maintained. Our family of 4 was very comfortable with the plentiful amenities and beautiful furnishings. Would highly recommend.

A short stroll brought us to one of the best snorkeling spots we’ve ever experienced. The condo was a calm, cozy retreat to return to after exploring. Couldn’t ask for more.

One of the best places to stay in Kapalua! I LOVE our villa, especially the breathing taking ocean view you wake up to every morning!! It’s very modern & had everything you need to feel at home. We’re a family of 6 adults and it was very comfortable & spacious. The villa was located close to the beaches and the trail leading to the Honolulu Cafe was a treat! I would HIGHLY recommend this Villa. You won’t be disappointed! We’ll definitely request this same Villa once we come back to Maui!

This Kapalua Bay Villa was a nice change of pace from the tourist hubbub of Kaanapali. We loved the updated unit and the photos are very accurate. The ocean view was expansive and we enjoyed great whales watching every day from the unit. It's also perfectly situated for Kapalua Bay walk. There were three pools available for use so they were never crowded. The area has several lovely restaurants with different cuisines and if you are inclined to cook, the kitchen is well equipped. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking early as Merriman's and other highly sought after restaurants book months out. We don't golf but there are at least 2 golf courses. We will definitely return.
