KBM rescued us from a horrible situation with another property manager. You allowed us to rent Ridge Villa 514. Rating: 5 out of 5.

Beautiful resort and unit with amazing views of the ocean and Molokai island especially from our ground level unit- stayed with family including parents Everything needed was in the unit including beach towels etc-kitchen ware fully stocked. Convenience Honolua store & couple of restaurants right on the property, also Zipline tour if interested Great experience for first time trip to Maui-would stay again

Truly enjoyed our stay here. It definitely needs some updating but everything works! And clean! The views are spectacular! The lawn was amazing for our 2 boys. Also, the pool is just across the parking lot. That was a plus! We?d stay here again in the future.

Solid, timely, and clear communication from KBM on arrival process and info. wonderful location, beautiful view, step right out in to beautiful lawns, northern exposure, very private, directly across from pool, fold out couch in living room is quite nice.

The condo was perfect for our family, and our stay was the best we could have imagined. The amenities of the villa made our stay very comfortable, and we enjoyed cooking meals and grilling at the pool. The beach chairs, umbrella, toys, and even a boogie board made beach days great for our family. The customer service agents that we spoke with were very helpful, and made our stay even better. I highly recommend the Kapalua Ridge Villas for you stay!

Albeit the decor of the unit seemed very much original, we thought it was charming and authentic. We loved the amenities, location and quietness of the entire property. The view wasn't bad either ;). The unit felt very spacious and was equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely go again.

The villa was perfect for the 4 of us! The views were incredible and the villa had everything we needed. The kitchen was great and we appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas! We’d return in a heartbeat!

We enjoy coming back here every year. A recently added den made for a perfect remote office. Staff, as always, is extremely tentative and responds timely with any questions.

We booked a villa for a 9-night stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had an amazing experience. The villa was spotless, freshly updated, and the kitchen was well equipped. The KBM team provided excellent support throughout. We’d be happy to return and relive the same experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kapalua Ridge Villas. It is a beautiful area and they are great condos to stay in with a group. It is close to multiple beaches, hiking/walking trails, Kapalua stores and hotel properties.

The condo was excellent! The views were spectacular. We even saw whales jumping in the distance. The condo was clean and well-stocked, even including beach chairs, umbrella, body boards, and a cooler. The location was serene and quiet. All of the beaches we wanted to visit for the best snorkeling were within a 5-10 min drive. The beach closest to the condo is beautiful and quiet and within walking distance albeit a steep hike back up the road (we would just drive everyone down with our stuff and have one parent take the car back up—there is also paid parking by the beach). Easy check in and out. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our week in Kapalua. We were close enough to food, markets, golf, ocean, and beautiful places to walk. It was so peaceful. My family of 6 had the best family vacation.

This condo checked all of the boxes for our family Christmas vacation on Maui. I woke up every morning and looked out of the bedroom window to take in the unbelievable view. Just breathtaking. The condo was very large and easily accommodated our Six adults and two toddlers. It came with everything we would want or need and it was extremely clean. Every bedroom had its own tv, and the AC had separate controls in each area. KBM stocked the condo with beach towels, soap, shampoo, paper products etc. The door code made check in a breeze. We would definitely stay here again especially for the views.

Our Kapalua Ridge unit was spacious and comfortable. The location was great and the views were stunning. We were a quick walk away from multiple beaches and good snorkeling. A bit of a drive (10-15 mins) to most restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping, but in exchange you get the relative quiet of the Kapalua area. Highly recommend.

The atmosphere of bright Hawaiian blue sky with its fluffs white clouds and dazzling blue sea edged with turquoise waves gently rolling on curves of shores began my enchanted stay in the A Hui Hou condo in Kapalua. The airy, expensive feel of the condo itself embraced me, and its clean, simple décor gave me the pleasures of being in a beautiful home. Kudos to KBM for maintaining the rooms so well! Everything from the kitchen with its well stocked appliances, utensils and dishes to the handsome living room/ dining room, convenient bathrooms and big elegant bedroom with it oh-so comfy king size bed made my stay a delight. I was so happy there I didn’t want to leave.

We stayed at this beautiful condo earlier this year. We were delighted to be across the street from Ironwood Beach/Kapalua walking trail, down the street from Merriman's and next to the Kapalua golf course. What an amazing time had by all. Appreciated the cleanliness of the condo and the welcome gift from KBM. Thank you!

We truly enjoyed our peaceful and comfortable stay at this condo. The views are breathtaking and the condo is nicely decorated and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked with all little details. A warm welcome to guests was also received with Hawaii treats. Its near a few of the top beaches on Maui, Kapalua , Napili Bay and DT Fleming are just minutes away. We enjoyed walking around in tropical neighborhoods. KBM is very easy to work with and helpful in giving us directions to get to Kapalua Bay in walking distance. We definitely book our next vacation via KBM for our return Maui visit.

Everything about our stay at the Ridge Villas in Kapalua was first rate. Our villa was impeccably clean and well-appointed, down to the Occitane soaps and shampoos! Emails and information from the KBM management team were timely and provided contact info in case of need. Much appreciated to know help was an email away. We enjoyed the pool area within the complex and loved the proximity of scenic shore walks and accessible hiking trails and drives. Beautiful vistas from our deck overlooking the ocean and the Bay Golf Course. The included car rental was a great bonus to our stay. Thank you KBM for a wonderful holiday experience.

Our vacation for four (two couples) was absolutely incredible! This spacious condo provided plenty of room to relax and unwind. The master bedroom featured a stunning en-suite bathroom, while the living room had a large, incredibly comfortable pullout couch and a second full bathroom with a shower and laundry. Plenty of privacy for each couple! The well-stocked kitchen had everything we needed to prepare gourmet meals—which we did daily! The large, shaded balcony was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and evening dinners, offering breathtaking views of the ocean and coastline. Each morning, we couldn't wait to wake up and watch the sunrise, listening to the birds chirping, the waves crashing, and feeling the cool ocean breeze. It was truly magical—like stepping into a painting! The property itself was just as impressive, with a fantastic pool area, a large covered space for dining, relaxing, or working, and top-quality gas grills. We also loved the lending library, which had a great selection of books for poolside reading. The Kapalua Walking Trail, one of the best walks in all of Maui, was just a short stroll away. Nearby, Ironwood Beach was stunningly beautiful and wonderfully secluded. Plus, the Ritz-Carlton and Montage were within walking distance, offering great restaurants and shops. Every moment of this trip was worth it—an unforgettable experience in paradise!

Enjoyed our stay at the Villas! Nice location, close to beaches and trails. About 15 minutes from nearest town for groceries and what not. Layout of the condo was great, gave my wife and I our own bathrooms. Loved having coffee on the patio each morning!
