Limits of the data

What do KBM's pages not say about the two towers?
The resort and unit pages do not state walking distances from each tower to the beach, pools or restaurants, and do not say which pools sit closest to each tower. They do not give a floor count per tower: the resort page lists 9 floors for the resort, while a Konea unit page, HKK-1029, shows a 10th-floor unit, so confirm a floor with the team. Units are labeled Gold or Platinum Collection (Hokulani shows 33 Gold and 10 Platinum, Konea 38 Gold and 5 Platinum) without a definition of the tiers on those pages. The facts here come from the Honua Kai resort page, the unit pages linked above, and the KBM guide Maui Neighborhoods Compared: Kaanapali vs. Wailea vs. Kihei. Call 808-568-3270 before booking if any of these points matter to you.
